Staging the Gaza Famine

Maintaining the famine narrative by confiscating humanitarian aid, starving the Gaza population, and staging emotional photographs is Hamas’s deceptive war strategy to vilify Israel.

One of the most powerful weapons Hamas has wielded against Israel over the past two years is not used on the battlefield, but propagated through the media.

Not standing a chance in combat against the Israeli Defense Force (IDF), Hamas’s most effective war strategy has been the global propagation of false narratives that accuse Israel of war crime violations, such as genocide and famine. These allegations work to delegitimize the IDF’s presence in Gaza and distract the world from Hamas’s atrocities.

Audit finds half of New York’s commercial trucking licenses went to illegal alien drivers

WASHINGTON — Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy threatened Friday to yank $73 million in federal highway funding meant for New York after an audit found more than half of the Empire State’s commercial trucking licenses were issued to foreign-born drivers in the US illegally.

Duffy issued the warning after the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration reviewed all non-domiciled commercial driver’s licenses (CDLs) issued by the New York Department of Motor Vehicles and found a 53% failure rate.

Anyone injured in a truck crash will or should be suing if the driver is proven to be an illegal alien.

We don’t know who to trust either.

“China isn’t a democratic country. Everyone suffers in that regime,” Zhang told Radio-Canada during an interview held somewhere between Montreal and Quebec City.

Concerned for her safety, the 39-year-old guards any information that could give away her location.

JD Vance blames immigration for Canada’s ‘stagnating’ living standards

U.S. Vice-President JD Vance made a series of posts criticizing Canada’s political leadership, public broadcaster and immigration system, saying our living standards are “stagnating” because of all the “foreign-born” people living here.

In posts to his X account Friday, Vance says Canada’s elected leaders have created “immigration insanity” by leaning into diversity.

“While I’m sure the causes are complicated, no nation has leaned more into ‘diversity is our strength, we don’t need a melting pot, we have a salad bowl’ immigration insanity than Canada,” he said.

He’s absolutely right. Blame Trump if you must but Canada’s scumbag elites deserve the lion’s share of the blame for Canada’s sorry state.

Tom Flanagan: Louis Riel’s leadership was ruinous for the Métis

And yet, Prime Minister Mark Carney celebrates him

Métis leader Louis Riel was hanged 140 years ago on Nov. 16, 1885. Prime Minister Mark Carney took time out of being booed at the Grey Cup for a nation-to-nation hug with David Chartrand, president of the Manitoba Métis Federation. Relying on Liberal talking points, Carney said that Riel wanted a “more inclusive Canada.” Now that the festivities are over, let’s think about Riel’s true impact upon the Métis and upon Canada.

Mexico president issues ferocious warning to Trump after US strikes threat

Donald Trump’s threat of US military strikes against drug cartels inside Mexico is a non-starter, Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said Tuesday.

‘It’s not going to happen,’ she said at a press conference, responding to Trump’s warning that he would do ‘whatever we have to do,’ including strikes within the territory.

Trump on Monday told reporters in the Oval Office that he would be ‘OK’ with assaults on drug lords operating inside Mexico, arguing that it would be justified to stop the inflow of the deadly opioid fentanyl.

Tasha Kheiriddin: Carney must not give in to China’s temptations

Prime Minister Mark Carney’s in a bind. On one side, there’s U.S. President Donald Trump, strangling our auto industry and cutting off trade talks, in the wake of Ontario Premier Doug Ford’s “Reagan was right, you are wrong” ad campaign. On the other, there’s Chinese leader Xi Jinping, offering to lift restrictions on agriculture and seafood imports in exchange for Canada dropping its ban on electric vehicle imports from China. Decisions, decisions.
