Off to Canada: MSNBC Applauds Far-Left Academic’s Anti-U.S. Theatrics

Jason Stanley Left Wing Lunatic

MSNBC’s Ana Cabrera Monday invited Jason Stanley, Yale University’s so-called “fascism expert” and the author of How Fascism Works: The Politics of Us and Them, to mouth off about why he was supposedly moving to Canada. Stanley claimed he was doing so over Columbia University’s “capitulation” to the Trump administration in cracking down on overt anti-Semitism on campus, and cynically used the fact that he’s Jewish and was raising his children as Jews to somehow back up his incoherent position.

This genius is fleeing the USA because he’s Jewish and coming to Canada which is currently enjoying its Liberal-Left Kristallnacht era.

Pentagon Eliminates Lower Fitness Standards for Women in Combat Roles

The Pentagon this week ordered the elimination of lower physical fitness standards for women in combat units, a move that is likely to hinder the recruitment and retention of women in particularly dangerous military jobs.

An order by Pete Hegseth, the defense secretary, dated Sunday and announced on Monday, mandated that all physical fitness requirements for combat arms positions — units likely to see significant fighting in wartime — be “sex-neutral,” which is likely to significantly reduce the number of women who meet the requirements. The order directs military leadership to implement the new fitness standards by the end of October.

Could America run out of toilet paper?

Americans could face shortages of toilet roll and panic buying in supermarkets not seen since the first, nervy days of the pandemic, according to soft but strong warnings from timber and pulp experts.

President Trump’s planned tariffs on Canadian imports, including 27 per cent levies on lumber, would raise the price of a type of wood pulp that is a key ingredient in American toilet paper.

Canadian election: Whose side is Trump on?

For our readers who don’t live in the People’s Republic of Canuckistan, here’s a quick guide to what’s happening in the general election, set for April 28th.

On the left in the photos below — but not so hard left as his loony colleagues Steven Guilbeault and Chrystia Freeland — is Mark Carney, leader of the Gliberal Party of Canada.Unlike the other two, Mr Carnage has never been elected to anything. But was Governor of the Bank of Canada and the Bank of England. He is a banker, and a member of the WEF liberal elite.

Oh Canada, Our Fifty-First State?

Oh, Canada! With glowing hearts, we see thee rise in the news!

Trump wants to take over the Great White North. They impose high tariffs on our goods, and what do we get in return? The Liberal government refuses to control the nation’s borders, and crime is rampant all over Canada, as bad as we have seen in some of the United States’ major cities. Make them America, and we solve all our problems, right?

Reflections on the Counter-Revolution in America

Trump is racing to dismantle decades of leftist policies, but success hinges on speed, discipline, and the Supreme Court—while facing fierce resistance from entrenched institutions.

When Donald Trump entered office, he faced a number of choices that had confronted the last three Republican presidents, Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush, and George W. Bush. They all had the choice to either shrink government and reduce deficits or slow government growth while cutting taxes.

They had the choice of using American power to restore deterrence by invading belligerents (e.g., Grenada, Panama, Iraq, Afghanistan) or targeting enemies without deploying ground troops to change governments.

U.S. companies say Canadian retailers are turning away products

The “Buy Canadian” movement is sending new ripples of concern through the executive offices of U.S.-based consumer companies that banked on selling their products on Canadian retail shelves.

California-based diaper maker Parasol Co had been working since January with a distributor to expand the sale of its diapers and baby wipes to new retailers in Canada, including convenience stores, CEO Jessica Hung said.

Canada braces for impact as Donald Trump readies fresh tariffs

Even for a presidency that has waged pitched trade battles from its earliest hours, the next few days promise to be like no other.

It is tariff week in the United States, a pivotal moment in Donald Trump’s ambition to bend global trade to American advantage. On April 2, Mr. Trump’s vaunted “Liberation Day,” the White House plans to release a raft of what it terms reciprocal tariffs.

Le boycott: French customers shun McDonald’s, Coca Cola and Tesla to protest against Trump

On the rainy Grands Boulevards in Paris on Friday, the branches of McDonald’s and KFC were doing brisk business.

There was little sign of “le boycott” – a movement among French customers to reject American brands and products made in the US, in protest at Donald Trump’s trade tariffs and anti-Europe rhetoric.

A poll, which splashed the front page of the Libération newspaper last week, found that more than six out of 10 French people support shunning American products, and almost one in three are already avoiding them.

Democrats Lied: America was far more deeply woven into the Ukraine war than previously known.

The Partnership: The Secret History of the War in Ukraine

This is the untold story of America’s hidden role in Ukrainian military operations against Russia’s invading armies.

On a spring morning two months after Vladimir Putin’s invading armies marched into Ukraine, a convoy of unmarked cars slid up to a Kyiv street corner and collected two middle-aged men in civilian clothes.

Leaving the city, the convoy — manned by British commandos, out of uniform but heavily armed — traveled 400 miles west to the Polish border. The crossing was seamless, on diplomatic passports. Farther on, they came to the Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport, where an idling C-130 cargo plane waited.

The passengers were top Ukrainian generals. Their destination was Clay Kaserne, the headquarters of U.S. Army Europe and Africa in Wiesbaden, Germany. Their mission was to help forge what would become one of the most closely guarded secrets of the war in Ukraine.

Key Takeaways From America’s Secret Military Partnership With Ukraine

An investigation by The New York Times has revealed that America was woven into the war far more than previously known.

The war in Ukraine is at an inflection point, with President Trump seeking rapprochement with the Russian leader, Vladimir V. Putin, and pressing for an end to the fighting.

But for nearly three years before Mr. Trump’s return to power, the United States and Ukraine were joined in an extraordinary partnership of intelligence, strategy, planning and technology whose evolution and inner workings have been known only to a small circle of American and allied officials.

With remarkable transparency, the Pentagon has offered a public accounting of the $66.5 billion in weaponry it has supplied to Ukraine. But a New York Times investigation reveals that America’s involvement in the war was far deeper than previously understood. The secret partnership both guided big-picture battle strategy and funneled precise targeting information down to Ukrainian soldiers in the field.

The Pentagon and CIA are neck deep running this war. No wonder the Biden’s were protected and Trump attacked.

Trump’s tariffs will hit UK, Keir Starmer confirms

Britain will be hit by President Trump’s tariffs on Wednesday because a deal will not be concluded in time, Downing Street has confirmed.

Trump has vowed to impose levies on a wide range of goods from April 2, which he has declared “liberation day”.

Starmer’s hopes of securing an exemption for British businesses have faded despite the efforts of Jonathan Reynolds, the business secretary, to secure a bespoke trade agreement. Reynolds described talks last week as “challenging”.
