WHO Pandemic Treaty Faces Little Opposition in Canada as US Politicians Concerned About ‘Sovereignty’ Push Back

The World Health Organization (WHO) concluded a meeting on March 3 to advance negotiations on the global governance of pandemic responses. While the event flew under the radar in Canada, Republican politicians in the United States have taken a position against the treaty, expressing concern about its implications on their country’s sovereignty in policy-making.

The WHO published the “Zero Draft” on Feb. 1 as the basis of the negotiations to create a future international instrument to manage pandemics.

The Vanishing

The erasure of Jews from American life

Suddenly, everywhere you look, the Jews are disappearing.

You feel it like a slow moving pressure system, an anxiety of exclusion and downward mobility. Maybe you first noticed it at your workplace. Or maybe it hit when you or your children applied to college or graduate school. It could have been something as simple as opening up the Netflix splash page. It’s gauche to count but you can’t help yourself: In academia, Hollywood, Washington, even in New York City—anywhere American Jews once made their mark—our influence is in steep decline.

Someone seems to notice that the crocodile is not going to eat them last.

Feds Allowed Entry to Over 40% of Foreign Border-Crossers Deemed Risky: Audit

Over 40 percent of foreign border-crossers deemed by border agents to be security risks were still allowed into Canada by the Department of Immigration, according to a report.

“Due to multiple factors and considerations, the Department of Immigration authorized entry or permission to stay in Canada to a significant proportion of applicants who had received a non-favourable recommendation or an inconclusive screening,” wrote the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) in an internal audit obtained by Blacklock’s Reporter.

‘It Hasn’t Stopped’: The Northern Border Is Wide Open And People Are Funneling Across

CHAMPLAIN, New York — Migrants are crossing the northern border both into the U.S. and into Canada illegally, causing chaos on both the Canadian and American sides, with the latter side reeling from the costs.

Border Patrol encountered a nearly 900% surge of migrants into the U.S. in the Swanton sector—which spans parts of New York and Vermont—in January, when agents recorded 367 apprehensions. Migrants are also crossing illegally into Canada in droves along Roxham Road in Champlain, New York, where taxis with “frontera,” or “border” written in Spanish, on them, bring people back and forth for hours every day.

‘They’re going to exploit it’: U.S. border chief on increased illegal crossings at U.S.-Canada border

Increased illegal crossings from Canada into the U.S. have not reached a crisis yet, but collaboration between the two countries’ border patrols can always be improved, according to the chief of U.S. border patrol.

Raul Ortiz spoke with CTV National News’ Richard Madan on Thursday about the issues patrolling the U.S.’s northern border amid staffing shortages and an increase in crossings.

Last year, there were more than 100,000 migrant encounters from Canada, according to Homeland Security, which is more than three times the amount recorded in 2020.

U.S. seeking allies for possible sanctions if China aids Russia in Ukraine: sources

The United States is sounding out close allies about the possibility of imposing new sanctions on China if Beijing provides military support to Russia for its war in Ukraine, according to four U.S. officials and other sources.

The consultations, which are still at a preliminary stage, are intended to drum up support from a range of countries, especially those in the wealthy Group of 7 (G7), to coordinate support for any possible restrictions.

I question the assumption that CSIS is acting alone, maybe it isn’t involved at all.

Like Ardern & Sturgeon Justin and the Liberal party are in China’s thrall and  likely perceived as a security threat.

Who knows how leaky those 3 have been?

The US needs allies, so maybe it’s taking steps to ensure the Sinophiles like Trudeau, Adhern and Sturgeon are removed.

The NordStream pipelines didn’t commit suicide you know.

The Rise of the Right-Wing Peacenik

Once upon a time, Congressman Ron DeSantis strongly supported arming Ukraine against Russia.

That was in 2015, in the wake of Russia’s last invasion of its neighbor to the southwest—when Barack Obama was president and, more importantly, before Donald Trump replaced him.

Now, Governor DeSantis is thought to be eyeing the White House himself, and the Republican landscape has changed dramatically—and so has his position on Ukraine.

Vile Mohammedan school board member endorsed curriculum that whitewashes ‘Islamic terror’ from 9/11 history lessons

A Fairfax, Virginia, school board member recommended curriculum materials for teachers to use for their lesson plans which opposed using terms such as “radical Islamic terror,” “Islamic terrorists” and “jihadists” when discussing the history of the Sept. 11 attacks.

Abrar Omeish is a school board member and Georgetown law student who has become marred in controversy over a series of controversial statements. In one instance, she refused to vote on a motion to commemorate 9/11 victims.

Fox News Digital found that in 2021 Omeish recommended public school teachers use a “culturally responsive” curriculum guide for their lesson plans about 9/11 history.

U.S. Republicans are now warning: Migration from Canada is a problem as illegals flee Trudeau’s Sh$thole state

A group of Republican lawmakers say it’s time to protect the border. No, not that border. The other one, north of the United States. The one many Americans forget.

Their focus: the frontier with Canada.

That northern border usually is an afterthought in American politics, comfortably ensconced on the back burner of the country’s searing debates about the Mexican border.

‘Havana syndrome’ not caused by energy weapon or foreign adversary, intelligence review finds

The mysterious ailment known as “Havana syndrome” did not result from the actions of a foreign adversary, according to an intelligence report that shatters a long-disputed theory that hundreds of U.S. personnel were targeted and sickened by a clandestine enemy wielding energy waves as a weapon.

The new intelligence assessment caps a years-long effort by the CIA and several other U.S. intelligence agencies to explain why career diplomats, intelligence officers and others serving in U.S. missions around the world experienced what they described as strange and painful acoustic sensations. The effects of this mysterious trauma shortened careers, racked up large medical bills and in some cases caused severe physical and emotional suffering.

Is America Ready for the Next War?

History teaches us that no peace is ever permanent.

What are we watching in Ukraine? Is the Russian invasion a blundering failure by a desperate tyrant? Or is it possible that Vladimir Putin was correct in his estimate that Western democracies have become weak, decadent, and cowardly, so that his ultimate victory in Ukraine is assured? This is not a matter of moot speculation, to be volleyed back and forth in a game of intellectual badminton, but rather an issue of utmost urgency, which serious people must address if we are to avert destruction.
