Canada’s spy agency has gone all in on the LGBT agenda

The Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) wants to make it crystal clear: they are all in on the LGBT agenda.

CSIS is Canada’s spy agency—the foreign intelligence service responsible for protecting the nation from threats both foreign and domestic—published a series of posts on August 18 letting everyone know that they are hard at work. Promoting “Pride Season,” that is.

In Canada, we don’t just have “Pride Month,” like other LGBT-colonized countries. We have “Pride Season,” which according to the federal government includes June, July, August, and September.

‘90s Heroin Chic Is Back … For Boys

Eating disorders are on the rise among young males.

While many of us have been distracted by the controversy over the American Eagle ad with Sydney Sweeney and her “good jeans,” we have paid little attention to the ways in which fashion trends are affecting teenage boys and young men. Rejecting the buff bodies and the building of muscle definition of the past, teenage boys and young men have become increasingly attracted to the idea of starving themselves to achieve the perfect emaciated look. Thinness is everything to them, and some of them are obsessively measuring their food intake in order to look like waifish celebrities like Timothee Chalamet. Today’s boys are challenging the gender norm more than ever before.

The Americans making millions buying shares like top politicians

US politicians seem to know something about the stock market that ordinary Americans don’t.

Since April 2020, the value of the S&P 500 has surged by a heady 165pc. But over the same period, the stocks most purchased by members of Congress or their families have registered paper gains of no less than 465pc.

That’s according to a trading strategy designed by a start-up called Quiver Quantitative. American lawmakers are so consistently successful that a flurry of new platforms and apps now compile filing data from US politicians as a key input in strategies for retail investors and even hedge funds.

Same happens in Canada.

Medieval disease outbreaks?

Has anyone noticed the incredible scrutiny that left-wing propaganda bureaus (formerly known as “news media”) give to every little disease outbreak?

Let’s take measles, for example. It’s a virtually harmless childhood disease. You get measles once, and you’re immune for life.

When I was a child, whenever any of our friends got the measles, it was time for a slumber party. All the kids who weren’t immune from previous outbreaks got the measles, and stayed home from school for a few days.

CHARLEBOIS: Plastic ice cream and cow-free butter? Pushing food too far?

Producing butter without cows, pastures, or even crops — using only carbon and hydrogen synthesized in a laboratory — sounds like science fiction.

Yet, in the era of climate urgency and resource constraints, it’s increasingly being framed as the next frontier in food innovation. A new generation of philanthropists and investors is betting on disruptive technologies to reimagine how we produce food.
