The Anne Frank memorial in Merwedeplein, Amsterdam, located near the Jewish diarist’s first home in the Netherlands, was vandalized with red paint spelling out ‘Gaza’.

Four men have been stabbed in a series of unprovoked attacks in west London.
Detectives released a CCTV image of a man they are looking for in connection with the stabbings.
The victims were left with “significant injuries” following the attacks which took place over the past week.

A large majority of Canadians have been exposed to Russian false narratives about the war in Ukraine — and people who support the Conservative Party are more susceptible to believing Kremlin disinformation, according to a new report.
A survey from DisinfoWatch, part of the MacDonald-Laurier Institute think tank, found that 71 per cent of Canadians polled have heard at least one Russian false narrative and that a substantial portion “believe them to be true or are unsure of their falsehood.”

Telling a colleague they look “nice” could count as sexual harassment, a tribunal has ruled.
Marcus Hall, a senior lawyer, made such a comment to Megan Bratt, a legal secretary, at work, before asking her “Am I allowed to say that?”, a hearing was told.
The remark by the family law expert was found by the employment tribunal to be a sexual one which created an “intimidating” environment for Ms Bratt who described feeling “violated”.
