Pressure mounts on Justin Trudeau’s Liberals as NDP joins Conservatives in calling for national meeting on carbon levy

OTTAWA — Opposition parties banded together Wednesday to call on the Liberal government to stage a televised, federal-provincial summit on the carbon price within five weeks, the latest shift in the long-running political battle over Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s signature climate policy.

The demand came through a motion in the House of Commons that was sponsored by Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre, and received support from the Bloc Québécois and New Democratic Party. It passed 172 to 150, with Liberal MPs opposing.

The Yazidis are a Kurdish-speaking group hailing from northern Iraq. They have for years been persecuted by IS terrorists, who have killed hundreds of men, raped women, and forcibly recruited children as fighters.

Twana H. S. repeatedly raped both children, with the help of Asia R. A., who prepared a room and put make-up on one of the girls, they said.

Trudeau government paying $84M to firm employing Katie Telford’s husband to manage rent assistance aid program

OTTAWA – The Trudeau government is paying up to $84 million to a company that employs Chief of Staff Katie Telford’s husband as a senior executive to administer its COVID-19 emergency commercial rent assistance program for small businesses.

Due to the ties between Telford and her husband, Robert Silver, the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) assures that their chief of staff has recused herself from any decisions that may involve MCAP, Silver’s employer.

Sleaze thrives when Liberals are power.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has opened up about her own horrifying experience of becoming the victim of AI-generated deepfake porn — warning that it is “not as imaginary as people want to make it seem.”

The Queens Democrat said she was scrolling through X while talking about legislation with her aides in a car in February when she came face to face with the AI-generated image of herself performing a sex act.

HWDSB trustee says she’s banned from private meetings because of Pro Hamas social media post

A Hamilton public school board trustee says she’s banned from participating in private board and committee meetings after refusing to delete a November social media post about being under investigation for other social media posts in support of Palestinians.

Sabreina Dahab, Ward 2 trustee for the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board (HWDSB), posted to X on Monday morning with the update, saying she is appealing her ban.

This is the crap she’s currently posting, outright false accusations of war crimes.
