Despite cash influx, military says it won’t be functional until 2032

Over budget, underperforming boards with nails found to lack deterrent effect but also perceived as a symbol of toxic masculinity

With the federal government announcing new plans to triple Canadian defence spending, the military itself is saying the organization is so overwhelmed and dysfunctional that they won’t be able to meet even their current duties for at least another seven years.

Qatar Must Not Be Allowed to Play Any Role in Gaza

According to a recent report, the Trump administration is floating the idea of having four Arab states administer the Gaza Strip as part of a ceasefire agreement between Israel and the Iran-backed Palestinian terror group Hamas. On June 26, the Israeli newspaper Israel Hayom reported:

“Gaza hostilities will conclude within two weeks, ending conditions will encompass four Arab nations (including Egypt and the United Arab Emirates) to administer the Gaza Strip, replacing the murderous Hamas terrorist organization.”

Although the newspaper did not name the two other Arab countries that would take part in administering the Gaza Strip, there is speculation in the Arab world that one of them is Qatar, which has expressed readiness to help rebuild Gaza after the Hamas-Israel war ends.

STUDY: Media Are Concealing Mamdani’s Radicalism from Voters

On June 25, a 33-year-old Marxist Muslim named Zohran Mamdani won the Democratic mayoral primary in New York City. Over the following week, broadcast networks ABC, CBS, NBC, and PBS ran nearly an hour of coverage about the self-described democratic socialist, but spent less than two minutes on his numerous radical positions and scandals.

Just another racist grifter.

Canada-Based Pro-Al-Qaeda Cleric Lashes Out Against Hamas For Refusing Ceasefire Deals, Demands They Exit Gaza

On July 2, 2025, Canada-based pro-Al-Qaeda (AQ) cleric Tariq Abdelhaleem published a post on his Telegram channel attacking Hamas for refusing to accept a ceasefire deal. He called on the organization to exit the strip before the “complete destruction” of the Palestinians.[1]

Abdelhaleem’s post comes following a new American ceasefire proposal, which Hamas is currently considering.

I forgot this guy was still around! Bet he’s a Big LPC supporter.

‘futuristic’ new toilets debut at NYC parks, costing city $1M a pop

They’re flushing millions down the toilets.

The city dumped a whopping $5 million to install five new stainless steel toilets at public parks — even though the futuristic pods sell at a relatively cheap retail value of about $185,000.

The “Portland Loos” cost $1 million each with “additional site specific costs” that included related plumbing, electrical and pavement work that went along with the installation, officials said — but some Big Apple residents said the price tag is totally loo-dicrous.

To up defence spending, Canada must cut deeper, tax harder and borrow more – all at once

No sooner had Canada committed to immediately meeting NATO’s long-standing target of spending 2 per cent of GDP on defence – an increase of $9.3-billion annually – than the goalposts shifted. Dramatically.

At last week’s NATO meetings, a new benchmark emerged: 5 per cent of GDP. While 1.5 per cent of that could include spending on cybersecurity, infrastructure and defence-related technology, the overall target is a staggering $50-billion increase.

The Second American Civil War Will Be Fought Mostly by U-Hauls

The conversation about how divided we are here in the United States of America is a never ending one now. Twenty or thirty years ago, talk about “two Americas” was about economic status. Now it is about the great Red/Blue divide. It’s a bit much when people blather on about us being more divided than ever before, but that’s what you get when public schools stop teaching real American history.

School trustees with TDSB told what they can and can’t do (it’s mostly can’t) after Ford government takes over the board

Trustees with Toronto’s public school board have been given the do’s and the don’ts.

They can forward emails from constituents to the director of education and redirect calls to the board’s main line.

They cannot issue updates to their community; access administrative offices; use their board email account to communicate with constituents; or participate in any events as trustees, which includes engaging with school staff and parent councils.

That’s likely still too much for the racist commie groomers at the TDSB.

GOLDSTEIN: Questioning Canada’s immigration policies is not racist

The Mark Carney government will be performing a public service to Canadians if it abandons the reflex position of the Justin Trudeau government that any questioning of federal immigration policies is racist.

A report by The Globe and Mail that said 17,600 foreigners had their criminal convictions forgiven by the Immigration Department over 11 years, up to and including 2024 — thus removing a ban on them coming to Canada — is a case in point.

The rich are different from you and me

They drive multimillion dollar RV’s…

RV Parks Are Going Upscale With Luxury Amenities and $1 Million Spots

Angie Skinner, 53, a SiriusXM host, and her husband, Mike Skinner, 67, a former Nascar Truck Series champion, own a 55-foot-by-200-foot lot with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains at Mountain Falls Luxury Motorcoach Resort in Lake Toxaway, N.C. The couple paid $239,000 for their lot in 2016 and over $1 million to custom-build a spacious two-bedroom cabin with a host of luxury perks: Thermador appliances, a butler’s pantry, a built-in bar with a backlit onyx wall, a glass-enclosed wine cellar and even a built-in feeding station for their rescue Doberman, Clyde. During the summer and fall, when they are not on the road and living in what Angie calls “our home on wheels,” they stay in the cabin and occasionally use their 2019 Entegra Cornerstone coach for guests.

Meet Andrew Steele – Possibly the most irritating Youtuber ever but credit where it’s due as he he started out washing luxury coaches.

This is such an odd lifestyle to me but fascinating nonetheless. A big market exists whether for new or 2nd Hand Luxury Class Coaches but the maintenance costs are eye watering.

The low mileage on many resales makes me question why people purchase in the first place but what do I know, if I had a few spare millions I might just buy one.

Quebec’s Prevost is considered top of the line and multiple firms customize on their skeleton but lots of competition exists using different chassis.

I follow AZ Expert on YouTube he specializes in RV Roof Repair (scary how crappy many makes are) and loves his vintage Beaver.

Anyway just a slice of life I hope you enjoyed.

Alberta and Ontario call for repeal of Trudeau-era climate policies

OTTAWA — The environment ministers of two of Canada’s biggest provinces are calling on the Liberal government to scrap a host of Trudeau-era environmental and climate policies, saying the policies are holding the country back from meeting its economic potential.

Alberta Environment Minister Rebecca Schulz and Ontario Environment Minister Todd McCarthy said in a letter to federal counterpart Julie Dabrusin that the new, Mark Carney-led Liberal government will need to ditch Justin Trudeau’s net-zero agenda if it hopes to meet its promise to make Canada an energy superpower.
