Hamas wanted Kamala Harris to be president, says freed Israeli hostage

Hamas wanted Kamala Harris to be president, a freed Israeli hostage has claimed.

Omer Shem Tov, has said his captors had hoped the Democrat would win the election and credits Donald Trump for helping to secure his freedom.

“As soon as Donald Trump was elected, they understood that he wants to bring the hostages back home,” Mr Shem Tov told CNN.

I have no doubts about this whatsoever.

Trudeau flunkies halted active CSIS operation in 2022 putting team at risk, watchdog says

A federal watchdog agency says an active overseas clandestine spy service operation was abruptly halted by a top adviser to former prime minister Justin Trudeau, a decision it says needlessly put CSIS officers in danger.

In a report released Thursday, the National Security and Intelligence Review Agency, or NSIRA, said it had investigated a 2022 Canadian Security Intelligence Service operation that was suspended before later being authorized to proceed.

I’m guessing Beijing or some other ne’er do well nation got in touch with Junior.

Students or spies? The young Chinese caught in Trump’s crosshairs

Xiao Chen turned up at the US Consulate in Shanghai on Thursday morning, hours after Washington announced that it would “aggressively” revoke the visas of Chinese students.

The 22-year-old had a visa appointment: she was headed to Michigan in the autumn to study communications.

After a “pleasant” conversation, she was told her application had been rejected. She was not given a reason.

She doesn’t have to be given a reason she is foreign national from a hostile nation.

Why is sovereign nation status only allowed when it advances a left wing agenda?

Most Canadians want feds to focus on gun crime, not confiscation: Poll

OTTAWA — As Canada continues to battle high crime rates, most Canadians want the federal government to focus on criminals rather than law-abiding firearms owners, according to a survey.

In a Leger survey commissioned by the Canadian Taxpayers Federation, 55% of those polled say Canadian gun policy should focus on introducing tougher measures to stop illegal firearms from being smuggled into Canada from the United States.

Pickering boy, 13, in custody after ‘sadistic’ random slaying of elderly woman

A 13-year-old boy is in custody and a shelter-in-place has been lifted in north Pickering after what police believe was a “sadistic and cowardly” random slaying of an elderly woman.

The Durham Regional Police tactical support unit made the arrest Thursday evening “without incident” and cops said charges are pending after an hours-long manhunt in the Fairport Rd.-Lynn Heights Dr. area, north of Finch Ave., where officers had been called at about 3 p.m. to respond to an unknown trouble call.

Note the perp’s identity is unsubstantiated at this time, the “internet” is saying he has been peer identified on social media.

I suspect this whole episode will be hushed up, just like the authorities denied the Danforth shooter’s motive was Islamist Jihad.

BROWN: In Ontario, some helpful ideas for Premier Doug Ford

‘With the statue of Sir John A. Macdonald set to be unboxed in Ontario, better must be expected of Ford’s semi-Conservatives going forward.’

After five long and shameful years, a three-term Conservative majority is finally unboxing Sir John A. Macdonald on the front lawn of Queen’s Park. Everyday Ontarians helped pressure them into doing the right thing — some were even arrested for it — but now, better must be expected of a Ford government drawing frequent unflattering comparisons to the legacies of Dalton McGuinty, Kathleen Wynne, and the federal Liberals.

Psaki Allows Comey to Compare Right-Wing Podcasts to Islam Extremists

Comey – Evil man

Last Friday, Democratic press secretary turned MSNBC host, Jen Psaki had on former FBI director James Comey to talk about his new book, a fictional story that centered on a right-wing influencer who directed his followers to commit violence. Psaki used biased questions and responses to validate Comey’s outrageous claims that right-wing podcasters were like Islam extremists and were “white supremacist adjacent,” not just in his book, but in real life.

Comey should be put on trial.

“Dead Men Don’t Kill”: German Feminists Ignore Link Between Immigration and Rising Crime

Recent attempts to clamp down on violence against women have been criticised for curving around the significant impact of uncontrolled borders.

A banner held by two leftist activists at a vigil for a woman stabbed to death in Fulda, central Germany, last Monday read:

Dead men don’t kill.

Why Does the NYT Oppose White Civil Rights?

On May 25, 2025, the New York Times published a piece by Erica Green, who “covers the White House and reported from Washington,” titled “For Trump, Civil Rights Protections Should Help White Men,” with the subtitle “Administration officials pick and choose which civil rights protections they want to enforce, and for whom.” My head nearly exploded reading this thing.

The featured photograph at the top of the article, showing President Trump walking towards Marine One, has the following caption: “President Trump has turned to civil rights protections in recent weeks to remedy what he sees as the disenfranchisement of white men.”

Yeah, and?

Reliance on ‘Renewables’ Makes Widespread Blackout Nightmare More Likely

A massive blackout left 55 million in Europe in the dark—just as renewables peaked at 78% of grid power, exposing the fragility of unreliable energy dependence.

Imagine taking the subway to work when the train comes to a sudden halt halfway between scheduled stops. You pull out your smartphone to go online and see what the problem is, but you have no reception – no cell signal, no internet.

Hours later, rescue workers arrive to extract you and your fellow passengers from the stalled train. You make your way to the street in hopes of taking a taxi or an Uber. But without your phone apps and with credit card machines inoperable, you are forced to search for an ATM—only to discover those aren’t working, either.
