Making English Our National Language Is One Step Toward A More Unified Country

Last Friday, Donald Trump signed an executive order making English the official language of the United States, ending 249 years of the country not having any official language, a designation the U.S. shared with only Mexico and the Pacific archipelago nation of Palau. The order also rescinded a 2000 Bill Clinton mandate requiring aid-dispensing agencies to provide language assistance to non-English speakers, while leaving the door open to agencies to do so if they choose. While the Left will undoubtedly cry “nativism” and “xenophobia” over the coming days, the order’s wording, historical perspective, and common sense show this is a necessary step to strengthen “melting pot” by uniting as “a citizenry that can freely exchange ideas in one shared language.”

French as an official language divides us to serve an elite’s agenda.

Sacked, Branded a “Safeguarding Risk” and Suspended by the Church of England – All for Telling Children They Don’t Have to Accept LGBT Ideology

This is about the extraordinary case of Rev Dr Bernard Randall and the latest developments in his story. In 2019, Dr Randall, an ordained Church of England (CofE) minister, was working without any issues at Trent College in Derbyshire. The college had a CofE chapel and a CofE ethos and Dr Randall was employed to pastor, teach and uphold Christian beliefs in the school. Everything changed, however, when the college invited extreme LGBT group Educate and Celebrate to implement its ‘gold standard’ inclusive curriculum to even nursery aged children.

Europe’s nuclear delusion

Macron would never risk Paris for Vilnius

He’s not even chancellor yet, but Friedrich Merz already wants to revolutionise European security. In a recent interview on German television, he called for a European nuclear umbrella, with the Federal Republic swapping US protection for the backing of Britain and France. His geopolitical gambit isn’t surprising: the current generation of European political elites has never experienced such a crisis of confidence in the transatlantic relationship, with Donald Trump smashing the certainties they’ve held dear since the fall of the Berlin Wall.

Mark Norman: Canada faces a lonely future of isolation

A darkening mood is settling in across Canada as it becomes clear that our country has come under siege by those we had previously believed to have been our closest friends and partners. We may have hoped that this would not come to be, but we are here now and we can’t pretend otherwise. Despite the appearance of randomness and incoherence, we are beginning to more clearly understand the rudimentary strategy at play behind what some have observed as “a dumb” move.

Slain gang leader who ‘lured nine Mexican students to cartel-ridden city’ jokes on camera before horror murders

A startling video has revealed the moment a gang leader pranked one of the nine students whose dismembered bodies were found on the side of a road in Mexico last weekend.

José ‘EL Jocha’ Lavariega was seen in the clip trying to scare one of the young people inside a hotel – before they were all found dead, with their hands chopped off, on the side of a road in Puebla.

Lavariega – who was friends with the nine slain students and invited them to cartel-ridden Oaxaca to commit robberies against local people – was also shot dead in his car not long after, with the culprit leaving a note at the scene, calling him a ‘thief.’

Ramadan instead of a Carnival: they call it multiculturalism

There must be a moment when we understand the logic of multicultural madness. And this should be one of them.

“Nuremberg cancels children’s carnival,” the BILD reports.

Threats have forced the German city to cancel the Rose Monday children’s carnival parade. The reason: the terrorists named potential targets, including carnival parades. No carnival in Munich.

“Ramadan instead of carnival: the failure of the multicultural project,” writes Anna Diouf with the necessary irony.

Liberal Government to create pathway allowing corporate parasites to impoverish Canadian citizens & hire illegal alien invaders as cheap labour

Canada to grant legal status for thousands of undocumented construction workers

Up to 6,000 undocumented construction workers will be given a pathway to gain legal status in Canada, Immigration Minister Marc Miller said in a news conference Friday.

“These undocumented migrants are already living and working in Canada, and are contributing to the sector,” Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada said in a statement.

“This pathway will keep them here legally so that they can continue to build the homes our economy and communities need with the proper protections.”

Mark Milke: Chronic Canadian apologies

Justin Trudeau crying on cue.

Canadian politicians agree on virtually nothing except that apologies are owed.

In recent decades, the first high-profile regret for history came in 1988 from Prime Minister Brian Mulroney for the internment of Japanese Canadians and the government’s theft of their property during the Second World War. Next was a 1990 apology for how the government declared Italian Canadians “enemy aliens” in that same war (after Italy joined the Axis against Canada and her allies). In 2001, Ron Duhamel, the Veterans’ Affairs minister in the Jean Chretien government, expressed official regret for the army’s execution of 23 soldiers during the First World War. In 2008, Prime Minister Stephen Harper apologized for residential schools, where native Canadian children attended (sometimes by force, and sometimes at the request of parents) between the 1880s and 1990s and where sexual and physical abuses occurred.

Trump targets Canadian dairy, lumber with threats of reciprocal tariffs

President Donald Trump is threatening to impose new tariffs on Canadian dairy products, claiming that Canada has been unfairly shutting out American farmers.

Trump insists Canada’s “tremendously high tariff of 250%” makes it “impossible for us to sell dairy products into Canada,” and warns the US could respond with reciprocal measures.

“This isn’t fair,” said Trump in the Oval Office.
