Woman in wheelchair evades police in blue light car chase

Police officers twice failed to catch a shoplifter in a wheelchair as she evaded them during a blue light car chase.

Footage showed a South Yorkshire Police car sounding its siren as the suspect fled on a three-wheeled motorised wheelchair on Sunday.

You may be investigated for hate crimes if you speak out against our disastrous mass immigration policy, the import of incompatible cultures & illegal alien invaders in Canada … especially if you believe White lives matter

Police northwest of Edmonton say they are investigating after three men were seen holding up what authorities are calling “racially motivated” signs by the side of the road Saturday.

Photos posted online by the mayor of St. Albert show the men — dressed in black and their faces covered — holding up signs that read “White Lives Matter” and “Deport Them All.”

Mounties say no arrests were made and the individuals left the area after they were cautioned by police about creating a disturbance for drivers on the road.

Now St. Albert RCMP say they are investigating the incident, with help from the Alberta RCMP hate crimes coordinator.

This is the state’s criminalization of dissent similar to the UK’s investigation of “mean tweets”.

Those in power know they’re sitting on a powder keg of their own making.

Mass immigration has caused great harm to Canadian society and people are refusing to be treated as 2nd class citizens in their own nation.

Update – When I initially posted I was not aware of the other photos showing the protestors to be Wannabe Nazis as seen in the tweet below. My Bad. That said my view point has not changed in the context of the original post. I blame City News for my mistake for omitting the additional pics.

Meet Trump’s gun-toting 27-year-old press secretary

She bills herself as the ultimate Gen Z political pioneer and the social media accounts of the new White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt are meticulously on brand.

Smiling Instagram shots on beaches are interspersed with polished performances on Fox News and links to stories hailing her as a “Wonder Woman” working mother, who will be the youngest person to step up to the White House press podium.

John Ivison: Canada has powerful anti-tariff weapons that Trump isn’t mentioning

The more that President Donald Trump feigns disinterest in all things Canadian, the more you have to think he really, really wants what Canada has.

“We don’t need them to make our cars. We don’t need their lumber…we don’t need their oil and gas,” he told the World Economic Forum in Davos last week.

America’s “bad management” over the past four years has allowed trade to become imbalanced, to the point where the U.S. is “paying US$200 billion a year to keep Canada going”, Trump said. (The U.S. Bureau for Economic Analysis pegs the goods and services trade deficit at US$40.6 billion, as a result of the Americans importing large quantities of discounted Canadian heavy crude.)

Nothing good will happen with Trudeau playing PM.

Suspected Sabotage of Deep-Sea Cable Triggers First NATO-Led Response

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization mounted its first coordinated response to the suspected sabotage campaign against critical infrastructure, after another underwater data cable was severed in the Baltic Sea.

NATO vessels raced to the site of a damaged fiber-optic cable in Swedish waters on Sunday morning, where a trio of ships carrying Russian cargo, including one recently sanctioned by the U.S., were nearby. All three vessels are now being investigated as part of a probe into suspected sabotage of the fiber optic cable, according to several European officials. One ship was detained Sunday.

Leadership race renews interest in Liberals – particularly under Carney – but CPC still leads comfortably

CPC support remains at pre-Trudeau-resignation levels, more than two-in-five still prefer that party

January 27, 2025 – The Liberal leadership race is still in its early days, but it is renewing interest in the party among voters, especially with the prospect of Mark Carney as leader.

The former Bank of Canada Governor Mark Carney appears to have an advantage among prospective voters over his main rival in the contest, former Minister of Finance Chrystia Freeland. That said, both still have to contend with Liberal Party members and make their case to be the next leader, and both still trail the opposition Conservative Party by a double-digit margin.

Majority of Canadians Back Suspension of Oil Exports to US but Concerned About Fairness to Alberta: Poll

The majority of Canadians are in favour of halting oil exports to America in the face of U.S. tariffs, yet they also say it would be unfair for Alberta to absorb the economic fallout resulting from such a move, a new survey suggests.

Nearly 60 percent of Canadians polled by Innovative Research say banning Canadian oil exports to the United States would serve as an effective means of exerting pressure on the United States should President Donald Trump follow through on his threat of 25 percent tariffs on Canadian goods.

The Pope Should Pontificate About Something Else

He knows nothing about U.S. immigration policy.

Of all the people you’d consult about U.S. immigration policy, the bishop of Rome is pretty far down the list.

Although he has more of a right to pontificate than most, the pope, like everyone else these days, has opinions on things he knows nothing about, and feels compelled to share them publicly.

Was There an Islamic Connection to National Socialist Plot Against Synagogues?

The New York Post ran a story on Wednesday, “Whacko accused of plotting attacks on NYC synagogues sobs to mom as he’s sent to prison: ‘Let them down,’” about a man named Matthew Mahrer, who just got sentenced to prison for his role in a plot to attack two New York City synagogues. The Post describes Mahrer as “a Jewish man and the grandson of a Holocaust survivor,” and so he appears to be a deeply confused man. Photographs of the would-be synagogue attacker were revealing: from the looks of his weedy man bun and weak facial hair, he seems to be a typical leftist who believes that the Israelis are the “oppressor” and the “Palestinians” are the poor “indigenous people” of the land.

No, America Wasn’t ‘Founded’ By Immigrants

On Sunday, CBS News’ Margaret Brennan tried to get one over on Vice President J.D. Vance, badgering him about immigration and claiming “this is a country founded by immigrants.” But this narrative isn’t just inaccurate, it’s a calculated lie intentionally pushed to justify radical open border policies that threaten to dismantle the very country our Founders built.

Vance held his own, refuting the baseless claim by noting the country was founded “by some immigrants and some settlers” and that such a founding is not a “get-out-of-jail” free card for having the “dumbest immigration policy in the world.”

And Vance is right.

Ukraine has been used for too long by elites to cancel anyone who questions their cause

Over the last decades, the representatives of left liberal movement, whether they are high-ranking officials, opposition, social activists or even ordinary citizens, are used to spreading and guiding everyone with “the only proper course” that serves faithfully to their own views and interests.

Any deviation from the imposed mainstream agenda results at least in a public shaming expressed by the internet army of liberals or even in full cancellation.

At the same time, the key leverages they use can vary.

Whither General Milley?

General Gender Unicorn Milley

Mutiny? A prescription for accountability from General Milley

As all readers know by now, during his last hours in office, Joe Biden gave former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley, a “full and unconditional pardon” for any offenses “which he may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 1, 2014, through the date of this pardon, arising from or in any manner related to his service as Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army or Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.” Milley, like many others whom Biden favored with these blanket pardons, had not been convicted or even charged with a crime.

Even though the pardon insulates Milley from being charged with any federal crimes, there is still a way to obtain some accountability from him. As a retired officer, he is subject to recall to active duty at any time. That provides a mechanism for much-needed accountability.
