Prime Minister: It’s time to address all Canadians on antisemitism

Three Toronto-area synagogues were hit by gunfire in the span of one week last week. No one was obtuse enough to express “shock.”

These acts are not shocking when one Toronto synagogue has been vandalized 10 times in 18 months. When swastikas were spray-painted on three Jewish-owned businesses in Montreal – and on a synagogue in Winnipeg, and two in Halifax, and another in Montreal. It’s not shocking when a Jewish student in Halifax was bullied out of his school, where classmates taunted him with labels of “Jewboy” and “Jewseph.” When a Jewish girls’ school in Toronto has been shot at multiple times. When a Jewish woman was stabbed in an Ottawa grocery store known for its large kosher section. When Toronto protests about the war in Gaza somehow, repeatedly, end up marching through Jewish residential areas.

This is the current state of play … it’s too late. Canadian cities look like NYC to me.

France Prepares Mission To Open Strait of Hormuz as Oil Prices Surge

France has announced preparations for an “international mission” to keep open the Strait of Hormuz, as the war surrounding Iran threatens one of the world’s most important energy routes. The move signals that Paris is considering direct military participation in efforts to secure shipping through the narrow waterway linking the Persian Gulf to global markets.

A lot of doped up Ontario women say top scientists

Number of Ontarians taking stimulants more than doubled after pandemic, study finds

The number of adults in Ontario who started taking stimulants, mainly to treat ADHD, more than doubled in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a new study that found women were the most frequent new consumers of medications once taken mostly by hyperactive boys.

The research, published Monday in the Canadian Medical Association Journal, showed that more than 220,000 adults in Ontario filled a new prescription for a stimulant such as Vyvanse or Concerta in the four years after March, 2020, up from about 107,000 in the four years beforehand.

Greenlanders should still worry about Trump’s designs on their island, Governor General says

RCMP code named “Charge It!”

Although U.S. President Donald Trump’s interest in taking over Greenland appears to have faded — at least publicly — Canada’s Governor General says concern remains that the fight over the semi-autonomous territory isn’t over yet.

“Even though the threat has kind of gone to the wayside … People are still very worried it could come back,” Gov. Gen. Mary Simon said in an interview airing Sunday morning on Rosemary Barton Live.

“It creates a lot of anxiety. It creates a lot of turmoil,” she added.

Where in her job description is “interfering where you shouldn’t”  written?

Starmer, a weakling in thrall to the Muslims

Keir Starmer – Rape, Genocide Apologist

THE WAR on Iran is not another ill-conceived Western intervention in the Middle East. It has been a long time coming. Unlike the false arguments made for the war in Iraq in 2003 and the ‘Arab Spring’ in 2011, Iran has been a continuous source of instability in the region. Without Iran there would be no Hamas in Gaza, Hezbollah in Lebanon or Houthi action in Yemen. Settling the Sunni and Shia factions in Iraq after the Iraq war would have been much easier. And there would not have been the October 7 attacks on Israel.

The regime in Iran is plain old evil. The UK’s and Europe’s obsession with a negotiated settlement is madness. There can be no negotiation with an enemy that wishes to destroy you.

Texas Dems Choose Candidate Who Called White People a “Virus”

The Texas Senate Democrat primary came down to a race between a black woman and a white man who both hate white people. And in a perfect embodiment of white privilege, the white man won. But woke white people are just better at hating white people than any black person could.

Still some are asking whether hating white people is really the best strategy for flipping Texas?

Today’s Western alliances require a potluck mentality. Canada can’t keep coming empty-handed

During the post-Cold War decades, Western alliances often functioned like formal parties. The United States played host, extending invitations on the basis of shared values and political affinity. Allies affirmed common principles and, more often than not, Washington carried the heaviest burdens.

That world is gone. Today’s coalitions look less like parties and more like potlucks. Every participant is expected to put something on the table – whether it’s just a bag of chips or a full dressed turkey. The message now is that you cannot arrive empty-handed and expect a seat.

Donald Trump warns Australia NOT to let Iran’s female soccer stars return home after players made SOS signals: ‘They’ll most likely be killed’

Donald Trump has urged Australia to avoid ‘a terrible humanitarian mistake’ by potentially allowing the Iranian women’s soccer team to return to their home country.

Trump’s comments come amid uncertainty over the players’ future after they were branded ‘traitors’ by Iranian media for refusing to sing the national anthem before a game against South Korea at the Asian Cup last week, which is being hosted in Australia.

Then, one of the Iranian players could be seen performing the international SOS distress signal from inside the team bus after a lost game on Sunday that ended their involvement in the tournament. According to reports, she tucked her thumb into her palm and folded her fingers down over it – the recognized sign that someone is pleading for help.
