Hostin Looks to Blame Israelis for Hamas’s Barbarism Against Civilians

One would think that Hamas’s terrorism campaign, which included kidnapping Israeli women to rape and murder, would mean all the ladies at the table of ABC’s The View would be in lock-step opposition to the group. But on Monday’s edition of the show, chronically aggrieved and staunchly racist Sunny Hostin tried to weasel in a way to blame Israel and the victims of the attacks for giving Hamas a reason to do what they did.

Luckily, Hostin was the odd one out. She was the fourth person to ask questions of ABC foreign correspondent James Longman, who was live in front of the rubble of a destroyed building in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Canada’s developers are building less housing despite crunch, a new study says. That could keep prices up

Despite a desperate need for new housing, Canada’s developers are building fewer homes than they were at the height of pandemic lockdowns, a new study says – and experts say that could mean a generation of Canadians won’t be able to afford homes for most of their adult lives.

Inflation and the Bank of Canada’s response to it, has been the main reason for the slowdown, according to David Macdonald, a senior economist with the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives (CCPA).

The new decline in housing development started last year, when the Bank of Canada started to raise interest rates to cool the economy and combat inflation, Macdonald found in a new report for CCPA.

Look what Volkswagen and Stelantis got. Makes sense to have Junior come begging.

Eyewitness Account of the Rave Massacre – Scenes of young women raped next to the dead bodies of their friends

I’ve spent the last 12 hours speaking to Israelis who were at the Supernova music festival. Their testimonies, as you would imagine, are very emotional. At least one broke down mid-conversation and wasn’t able to continue his recollection.

The attack on the festival outside of Re’im began around 7 a.m. The party was at its peak by then—which meant that by then most people were inebriated. At first, partygoers heard a loud explosion, which they took to be another sporadic rocket attack on southern Israel. But then the explosions grew louder and constant, and kept going for about five minutes. The music stopped, and the police protecting the 4,000 or 5,000 ravers began pushing everyone to leave.

By then, the terrorists were approaching in pickup trucks bearing Hamas military markings.

Hamas threatens to kill captives if Israel continues attacks without warning

GAZA, Oct 9 (Reuters) – Hamas’ armed wing said on Monday it will begin executing an Israeli civilian captive in return for any new Israeli bombing of civilian houses without pre-warning.

Hamas armed wing spokesman Abu Ubaida said they have been acting in accordance with Islamic instructions by keeping the Israeli captives safe and sound, blaming the intended move on Israel’s stepped-up bombing and killing of civilians inside their homes in air strikes without warning them.

I don’t think Hamas gave the 900 dead Israelis much warning – Israel at war: At least 900 killed, Hamas claims over 100 in captivity

Meanwhile at Toronto’s Nathan Phillips Hamas Memorial Square …

Jow Warmington is on site follow him.

The crowd looks pretty sparse so far for what was advertised as a 2 pm start.

The lunatic socialists are there as always but cold weather will keep some away, mounting public disgust will force others to lay low.

We’ll keep an eye on it but frankly I suspect my intuition will prove correct, this will not have been worth fighting Toronto traffic and a parking fee to stand in the cold.

A pretty good turnout but not “massive.”

Immediately below – One thing to keep in mind is that these are not “New Canadians.” Most are born here and in fact are second and third generation kids. Hatred for Israel is generational, it is bred in the bone and that “home schooling” is reinforced by our twisted academics and much of our media. Listen to the howls of Allahu Akbar.

This is what multiculturalism and bad immigration policy has wrought. Those responsible should burn in hell.

Blackie dodges Haiti duty!

Canada on sidelines as Haiti finally gets an armed intervention against gang violence

Back in February, the Caricom group of Caribbean nations met in Nassau to discuss ways to reduce the chaos and violence in its biggest member state — Haiti.

Bahamian Prime Minister Philip Davis acknowledged that the problem was too big for the bloc of small island nations to deal with on its own.

“What we at CARICOM have come to appreciate is that we do not have the resources to be able to deal with the Haiti problem ourselves, and we do need outside help,” he said.

… The story of Canada’s involvement in Haiti over the past two years is above all a story of a government determined not to get drawn into a potential quagmire.

I find myself oddly in agreement with Bytown Blackie.

Canada is alone in the world

It has not been a happy time for Canada in international affairs. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s accusation that Indian officials had been behind the murder of a Canadian citizen in Surrey, B.C., in June has sent our relationship with India into a deep freeze. To make matters worse, Canada found itself largely alone, with our friends and allies, who all have an interest in further developing a geostrategic relationship with India, hardly offering Canada their full-throated support.

Israel caught unprepared. Why?

This much is certain…Iran is behind all this. The mullahs timed it for the 50th anniversary of the Yom Kippur War, so here we are again.

Further, they felt fat and secure knowing they had a friend in Washington. After all, a few weeks ago, Joe Biden handed them six billion dollars, for reasons nobody knows, except that through his wobbly leadership, he creates one crisis after another, starting with Afghanistan, and now the consequences have arrived in Israel in the form of war.

Suppose the Israelis run short of ammo? How much of our stockpile has gone to Ukraine?

Michael Higgins: Trudeau must condemn these obscene rallies that shame Canada

Ottawa, Montreal and Mississauga, Ont., saw hundreds of men and women waving Palestinian flags, honking car horns, and shouting Allahu akbar (God is great) only hours after terrorist atrocities in Israel shocked the world. More “cheerleading” rallies are due to be held today.

Obscene as they are the Hamas support marches should not be banned.

I like my enemies in the sunlight.

Maybe a lesson will be learned by Canada’s horde of virtue signaling drones.

Maybe they’ll realize that not all cultures are equal.

That mass immigration invites societal chaos.

That identity politics, multiculturalism and diversity are dangerous weapons wielded by hateful totalitarians.

Will they learn? Maybe but not likely.

Only one thing is certain. Come next election Justin Trudeau will be licking Hamas ass for votes.

‘All I’m Asking Is to Have My Babies Back Home’

“I want you to know they’re just normal teenagers. They just love what normal teenagers love. They fight constantly between them. They can drive me mad. And I love them to bits. And I miss them. And I want them home. Where they should be. In their beds. This is where children should be. In their home. In their beds. Living their lives. And I’m asking every mother in the world to think of her children and help me make the effort to release those people and my children.”

These are the words of a mother whose two sons, ages 12 and 16, were taken from their home by Hamas terrorists and are now being held hostage in Gaza after Saturday’s attack on Israel.

It is just one heartbreaking story among thousands from the greatest slaughter of Jews since the Holocaust.
