The Mask Mandates Did Nothing. Will Any Lessons Be Learned?

The most rigorous and comprehensive analysis of scientific studies conducted on the efficacy of masks for reducing the spread of respiratory illnesses — including Covid-19 — was published late last month. Its conclusions, said Tom Jefferson, the Oxford epidemiologist who is its lead author, were unambiguous.

“There is just no evidence that they” — masks — “make any difference,” he told the journalist Maryanne Demasi. “Full stop.”

But, wait, hold on. What about N-95 masks, as opposed to lower-quality surgical or cloth masks?

“Makes no difference — none of it,” said Jefferson.

RCMP Says Recruitment a Challenge as Attrition Rate Hits 10-Year High

The federal police force says it’s facing recruitment challenges while at the same time dealing with the departure of regular members at high rates over the last decade.

“While there has recently been an increase in departures relative to historical averages, it is likely that this is a ‘catch-up,” as 2020 saw far fewer retirements than would normally be expected,” RCMP spokesperson Kim Chamberland told The Epoch Times.

Judge bars public from court in NYC bike path terror trial

NEW YORK (AP) — A federal judge barred the general public and media from a courtroom Tuesday where defense lawyers claim emotional testimony from victims has spoiled the death penalty phase of the trial of a man who admits that he killed eight people on a bike path on behalf of a terrorist group.

Judge Vernon S. Broderick issued the edict Friday at the trial of Sayfullo Saipov through a court spokesperson, who wrote that courtroom seats would only be available to witnesses or parties considered essential to the trial. The judge announced late Tuesday that a few reporters might be allowed at the trial Wednesday on a “bench all the way in the back” of the courtroom.

Google Blogger Goes Islamist: Unpublishes Posts That Mention Religion Of Peace

I started out using Google Blogger before switching to an independently hosted blog.

When I made the move way back in 2014 we mapped all the old blogger posts so they showed up her in the new blog.

Now Google Blogger or rather a bot seems to be on a Jihad against Blogger posts that mention Islam in any way shape or form.

They are simply unpublishing the posts and sending an email notification.

I have received about 30 notices since this began yesterday.

I have appealed the decision on every post worth saving and to be fair have received a reasonable response on several occasions – (See pic).

I have been republishing the “unpublished” posts at the same time and date stamp as they originally appeared here at the new blog.

Funny how the only thing Blogger is going after is posts that tell the truth about Islam.

Justin Trudeau’s Liberals have entitlement problems. Big ones

There is an old saying in politics that governments defeat themselves.

They are often brought down by arrogance, carelessness and the lack of a meaningful agenda. Voters resent governments that begin taking their power for granted.

We may be seeing this now with the federal Liberals in their almost allergic reaction to accountability. The lack of respect they routinely demonstrate toward a public whose trust they promised not to betray is beyond disappointing.

Arkansas cops rule suicide in death of Clinton aide linked to Jeffrey Epstein – who was found shot and tied to a tree with an electrical cord around his neck – despite no sign of gun

The grisly scene where a top Bill Clinton adviser was found hanged from a tree with a gunshot wound to his chest has finally been revealed nine months after he died.

But the sheriff’s report into Mark Middleton’s mysterious death raises more questions than answers as it rules he died by suicide – despite no sign of the weapon that killed him.

Middleton, 59, was found dead last May at the Heifer Ranch in Perryville, Arkansas, an hour west of Little Rock.

That’s a very creative Arkancide.

Biden Administration Funds Anti-Netanyahu Protest Group

Even while Israeli children were being murdered by terrorists, the only thing the media wanted to talk about were the leftist protests against the new Israeli government’s democratic judicial reforms. And the Biden administration has joined this campaign.

Israel’s new conservative government under Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has finally initiated the long overdue process of restoring democratic checks and balances by limiting the unlimited power of Israel’s Supreme Court. And the left has threatened everything up to civil war to protect its illegitimate power, while its angry protests have been spun as grassroots opposition.

Old Joe knows nuthin.

Plea Deal? Alleged Pedophiles in Lovers’ Quarrel Could Turn on Each Other

As the groundwork is being laid for the Georgia child-prostitution-and-pornography trial of Zachary and William Zulock, an activist LGBTQ couple facing multiple life sentences for allegedly raping, filming, and pimping out their adopted 9- and 11-year-old sons to other gay men in a suburban pedophile ring, one of the co-defendants is considering a plea deal, Townhall has learned.

Execution seems too merciful.

CSIS found specific Chinese interference in Canada’s election. What happened next?

We now know the Canadian Security Intelligence Service found there was an organized Chinese-government effort to interfere in Canada’s election in 2021. What we don’t know is whether anything has been done with that information.

It’s not a question of exposing CSIS’s spy-versus-spy world of clandestine surveillance and neutralizing threats with shadowy techniques.

The LPC is in Cahoots with the ChiComs no bones about it.
