Trudeau Government Adopted 72 Secret Orders-In-Council
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has adopted dozens of secret orders-in-council (OICs) since coming to office in 2015, including two during the Freedom Convoy protests.
A small number of reasons are available to governments for keeping OICs secret, including matters of national security, military operations and foreign investments in Canadian companies.
The unpublished OICs – which are hidden from both Parliament and Canadians – are government orders drafted by Cabinet and signed by the Governor General. The number of secret OICs is evidenced by an absent number in the Privy Council’s database.

France is already feeling the sting of the shortage due to low mustard seed production both domestically and here in Canada. It is only a matter of time before the full effect of the shortage is felt internationally, says one expert.
Food distribution analyst and Dalhousie University professor Sylvain Charlebois said in an interview that the shortage can be attributed to multiple reasons.
“The harvest for mustard in Canada wasn’t great last year,” he said. “So that’s been a challenge.” Last year’s drought in the prairies significantly impacted mustard production, which is particularly problematic given that Canada is the second-largest producer of mustard seed in the world.

Washington College Staff Attend Seminar To ‘Interrogate’ ‘Systems Of White Supremacy And Capitalism’
The seminar entitled, “White People Working On It,” was hosted by the Washington State Faculty and Staff of Color Conference (FSOCC) on April 21 and 22. It was designed specifically for “white-identifying folks with European ancestry and people who benefit from white privilege,” according to an email sent out to educators statewide by Washington State Board for Community and Technical College’s Policy Associate Jennifer Whetham.
The program promised to “hurt your soul” as educators are brought “face-to-face with [their] own toxicity,” according to an introduction document reviewed by the Daily Caller.
