Comey indicted for alleged false statements, obstruction of congressional proceeding

Former FBI Director James Comey was indicted by a grand jury on two counts, alleged false statements within jurisdiction of the legislative branch and obstruction of congressional proceeding, Fox News Digital has learned.

Fox News Digital exclusively reported in July that Comey was under criminal investigation by the FBI. The probe into Comey centered on whether he lied to Congress during his Sept. 30, 2020, testimony about his handling of the original Trump–Russia probe at the FBI, known inside the bureau as “Crossfire Hurricane.”

Living in the Gray Zone of Political Violence

Batshit Crazy Homicidal Progressives – Liberal Left Assassins, Mass Murderers

The American Left has a long history of celebrating or excusing purveyors of mayhem.

In 2011, Martin McGuinness, the former leader of the Provisional IRA (Irish Republican Army), ran for president of the Republic of Ireland. Over the four decades of his public life, McGuinness had moved from supporting terrorism, including assassination, for political ends to pursuing votes through the ballot box. Some now feted him as a “peacemaker.” But to many voters, his personal journey from the use of violence to the use of democratic means to achieve a united Ireland still seemed like a work in progress.

We Totally Voted for Trump to Tick Off Tiresome Foreigners

Quick, everybody care what a bunch of impotent, fussy foreigners think about us! No, really, we should give a damn that some herring-gobbling fjord jockey is mad about Donald Trump. Yeah, Norwegians totally matter. But not really. No foreigner matters. Not Canadians, not the English, not the Arabs (especially of the nonexistent Palestinian variety), not the Papua/New Guineans. Here’s the reality. Most foreigners are trash. Most people who aren’t Americans suck. And treacherous Americans who presume to leverage the puny outrage of second-rate cultures against ours deserve our contempt and mockery almost as much as the foreigners themselves.

For Too Many in Education, Charlie Kirk’s Assassin Is Exactly the Type of Person They Are Trying to Create

Recently, the National Assessment for Educational Progress (NAEP) released its 2025 report, assessing that there was no educational progress. Called the Nation’s Report Card, NAEP measures math, reading, and science performance in fourth, eighth, and 12th grades. Scores on all three tests administered in 2024 were down from 2019 results.

“Students from the class of 2024 had historically low scores on a major national test administered just months before they graduated,” as one media report described the results. Education Secretary Linda McMahon lamented that the “NAEP results confirm a devastating trend: American students are testing at historic lows across all of K-12.”

Trannies the real victims of Charlie Kirk murder says Guardian

Transgender Americans are seeing a wave of hate unleashed by Charlie Kirk’s killing

On the day anti-LGBTQ+ activist Charlie Kirk was shot, fear rippled through the left that the far right would seize the moment to consolidate power. Nowhere was that fear more acute than in the transgender community.

Within hours, Republicans were already blaming trans people; one commentator even claimed the bullets carried “transgender symbols”, a claim investigators quickly debunked. But the deeper fear wasn’t misinformation – it was the crackdown that would follow. With fragile rights hanging by the thread of court rulings and blue-state protections, trans people braced for the worst. And they were right: The right has seized on the shooting as its own Reichstag fire, accelerating a campaign to target transgender existence – now with the full weight of the Trump administration behind it.

When U.S. Tuition Dollars Collide with National Security

In late August, President Donald J. Trump announced that up to 600,000 Chinese students would be allowed to study in the United States. He stated that without the revenue from full tuition and fees from international students, financially vulnerable schools could collapse:

“I like that their students come here, I like that other countries’ students come here. And you know what would happen if they didn’t, our system would go to hell immediately. And it wouldn’t be the top colleges, it would be colleges that struggle on the bottom.”

This policy, however, has drawn criticism across the political spectrum, even from supporters of MAGA. They argue that it prioritizes tuition dollars over national security.

$2.2 billion solar plant in California scheduled to be turned off after years of wasted money: ‘Never lived up to its promises’

Seen from the sky, the Ivanpah Solar Power Facility in California’s Mojave Desert resembles a futuristic dream.

Viewed from the bottom line, however, Ivanpah is anything but.

The solar power plant, which features three 459-foot towers and thousands of computer-controlled mirrors known as heliostats, cost some $2.2 billion to build.

With Canada Post on track to lose $1.5 billion in 2025 and contract discussions between the union and the corporation stalled, the federal government is embarking on a modernization plan it says will allow Canada Post to stabilize its finances and ensure its survival.

“The bottom line is this: Canada Post is effectively insolvent,” Government Transformation Minister Joël Lightbound said in a statement on Thursday.

Megyn Kelly’s brutal takedown of left-wing student who said Trump rhetoric was to blame for Charlie Kirk murder

Megyn Kelly brutally took down a young liberal student after they tried to blame Charlie Kirk’s murder on ‘rhetoric’ from Donald Trump.

The former Fox News anchor berated the student at a Turning Point USA event on Wednesday, in a Q&A session reminiscent of those that Kirk held before his assassination two weeks ago.

As Kelly hosted the event at Virginia Tech, she faced a question from a student who cited Trump’s controversial remarks at Kirk’s memorial service about ‘hating’ his opponents.
