CARPAY: Outside of the CBC’s echo chamber, everyone is ‘far-right’

When the CBC dislikes a person or an opinion, our taxpayer-funded broadcaster calls it “controversial.” In CBC-speak, “controversial” means conservative, libertarian, religious, traditionalist, classical liberal, or otherwise not in line with woke ideology. For the CBC, there is nothing “controversial” about a man who “identifies” as a woman having an absolute right to enter women’s washrooms and other female spaces. Only those who seek to protect safe spaces for women are “controversial.”

Canada’s Immigration Policy Still Needs Course Correction for Long-Term Prosperity: Report

Canada’s immigration policy is still moving in the “wrong” direction and needs a course correction to achieve long-term prosperity instead of short-term labour market solutions, says a new report by C.D. Howe Institute.

“Canada must move from chasing numbers and pursuing short-term or non-economic objectives to focusing on skills,” C.D. Howe Institute senior policy analyst Parisa Mahboubi said in a Sept. 16 release on the report.
Labour market skills and the earnings potential of permanent and temporary immigrants should be prioritized over achieving numeric targets in immigration policy, the Sept. 16 C.D. Howe report said. The report is based on the recommendations made by members of C.D. Howe’s Immigration Targets Council, including academics and policy experts.

I Have a Solution to Crime

Political crime, like the murder of Charlie Kirk, is one thing, and we are committed to crushing it – at this writing, there is a suspect in custody in Utah, which shoots criminals, and I’d hate to be his life insurance underwriter. Street crime is another issue, and after the assassination briefly took the focus off Iryna’s public transit murder, it will be back. As Republicans, solving street crime is a moral obligation as well as our ticket to victory in 2026. Luckily, the solution to the criminal disorder sweeping blue-run cities – yeah, Governor Hairstyle, the chaos in the red states is entirely within those parts of them that are deep blue – is pretty simple. It’s no secret. You simply refuse to tolerate disorder, from the worst manifestations of criminality like that shambling semi-human who decided to stab an innocent woman on a train car to the relatively minor (but still important) petty crimes like vandalism, shoplifting, fare-beating, and public disorderliness. But it’s not just actual crime that contributes to the inexcusable vibe of insecurity Dems tolerate. Some scumbag out in public who is demonstrating dominance of public spaces by acting menacingly, playing loud music, puffing on a spliff, or whatever, needs immediate and firm attention, whether by the official authorities or by citizens who understand that the government will have their back rather than the back of the miscreant.

Carney government to table first budget on Nov. 4

The Liberal government will table the federal budget — the first under Prime Minister Mark Carney — in early November.

During Tuesday’s question period, Finance Minister François-Philippe Champagne said the federal finances will be introduced on Nov. 4.

The early November date is later than the government had initially indicated. Carney said as early as May that the budget would come in October, and a number of ministers had stuck to that date when talking about the budget in recent days.

Mass migration is creating a new anti-Western underclass

Immigration was once economically beneficial. Now the arguments of the ‘anti-colonial’ Left no longer accord with reality

The “anti-colonial” Left wants Western societies to atone for their “original sins”. From its historical role in slavery, imperialism and the extirpation of native peoples to class oppression, progressives argue that the West should pay penance today by allowing unrestricted mass immigration from the most wretched parts of the earth.

Yet mass migration has aroused increasingly fierce opposition throughout the West. This is true not only in the United States, but in other countries with a long history of successful migration, including the UK, the Netherlands and France. Moves to reduce migration are already in place in Italy, and seem set to be imposed soon in Germany, whose welfare state is creaking under the burden. Canada, once seen as one of the countries most positive about mass migration, has also announced plans for major reductions.

The propagandists of mass immigration, that is the liars attempting to to steal your country and replace you, are an odd alliance of Corporate, Political and Liberal-left demons.

They have weaponized not just language and institutions but entire groups to serve their hateful purpose.

And their purpose is seeing you dead. Do you think BLM and DEI were accidents? That Antifa is a grass roots political movement?

Do you think their glee at Charlie Kirk’s murder is some sort of demonic one-off?

Ford believes Carney will designate Hwy. 401 tunnel as ’national interest’ project

The Doug Ford Super Tunnel comes with a Highway, Gondola canal and Monorail!

Ontario Premier Doug Ford believes Prime Minister Mark Carney will back his idea for a tunnel under Hwy. 401 through the Greater Toronto Area, though it is unclear if he had received any such assurances from Ottawa.

Carney recently named the first five projects in the national interest that will be fast-tracked, which is intended to strengthen the country’s economy, particularly in the face of U.S. tariffs.

Tyler Robinson confessed to murdering Charlie Kirk in a chilling text exchange with his trans lover hours after allegedly carrying out the assassination — and left him a hidden note confessing to the plot, prosecutors said.

Less than three hours after the Sept. 10 killing, the 22-year-old told his live-in partner, Lance Twiggs, that he had been planning the killing for a week, according to an indictment filed Tuesday.

Food insecurity in Canada got worse this year, new report says

A new report from the charity Food Banks Canada says food insecurity continues to climb, but new government programs could ease financial strain.

The organization’s 2025 “Poverty Report Card” gives Canada a failing grade on food insecurity and unemployment, but a slightly more palatable “C” for legislative progress, making the overall mark a “D”.

Scotland’s African Tribe

Scottish Borders Council has begun new court proceedings to have a self-styled “African tribe” evicted from its land.

The three members of the self-proclaimed Kingdom of Kubala group were officially evicted from their makeshift encampment in private woodland near Jeburgh by five sheriff officers on Tuesday morning.

However, they set up a new camp, just a few metres away on the other side of a wire fence.
