Everyone wants peace in the Mideast, but there will never be peace between Palestinians and Israelis as long as Hamas controls Gaza.
The government of Canada (and many other countries) classifies Hamas as a terrorist group —“a radical Islamist-nationalist terrorist organization” that uses violence “to pursue its goal of establishing an Islamic Palestinian state in Israel.”
