On Thursday, reporters asked Biden a hard-hitting question about his ice cream.
“Mr. President, what did you order?” the admiring reporter asked.
“Choka choka chip!”, Biden said slurring. He meant to say “chocolate chocolate chip”, but he couldn’t even get THAT out correctly.
