It’s always refreshing to have an adult walk into the room when talking about Canada’s energy and climate change polices.
Such was the case this week when Stephen Harper, during a virtual meeting of the Canada West Foundation, displayed more common sense in five sentences than all of the flowery rhetoric pouring out of the UN COP 26 climate change summit in Glasgow.
