WARMINGTON: Indigenous elders help non-aboriginal cop killer get full parole

Cop killer Jeffrey Breese was not only granted full parole for the 1982 deadly shooting of OPP officer Rick Hopkins, he was also able to get the assistance afforded to Indigenous applicants going before parole board.

Only Breese is not Indigenous.
