Diane Abbott has Labour whip suspended over Jewish racism claims
Diane Abbott has had the Labour whip suspended for writing to a newspaper to claim that Jewish people could not suffer from racism.
The former shadow home secretary has been forced to issue an apology and acknowledge that Jews have experienced the “monstrous” effects of racism after claiming that they had only experienced prejudice similar to discrimination against people with red hair.
