Diane Francis: Liberals need to crackdown on the Mexico-Canada backdoor into the U.S.

The Biden Administration has asked Ottawa to reimpose visa requirements on Mexicans entering Canada in order to prevent a surge of illegal crossings at its northern border. But Canada’s minister of immigration Sean Fraser said he has no plans to do so.
