City plans to cut police budget, snow plowing if taxpayers stay silent

On Tuesday, Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow will hold the first of three telephone town halls to hear from residents about the city budget. Anyone concerned about a 16.5% tax hike should be on those calls this week making their voice heard.
