New ‘hair texture inclusion’ law in New York requires all stylists to be trained in all hair types

Here’s your daily (or hourly?) reminder that politicians have outlived their usefulness.

According to a new article out at The Grio, Democrat Jamaal Bailey, a New York state senator, introduced a bill to revamp the hair industry and advance “hair texture inclusion” so people with all different hair types can pop in for a haircut anywhere, and expect trained staff

Palestinian flags flutter from the fallen cities of Eurabia

Nazi collaborator Quisling would be proud of his fellow Europeans, self-titled “wokes” and “progressives,” not national socialists.

“We let the Trojan horse in. I’ve been telling my friends for thirty years that we’re screwed with Islamism. When the Muslim Brotherhood appeared in Afghanistan, I wrote ‘The Sleep of the Monster’, a very harsh book published in 1998 and which sold 300,000 copies; my remarks were 100 percent inspired by the Muslim Brotherhood but, at that moment, I did not want to name, and therefore target, just one religion. So I chose to talk about the three monotheisms. In twenty years, and probably less, perhaps only ten, we will no longer recognize Europe. We are witnessing the end of a world, of a great world, our West. And the end of the West hides this kind of reverse McCarthyism called Wokism and which produces hatred towards Israel, towards capitalism, towards the white man. It takes incredible blindness, even a form of intellectual hemiplegia, not to see what Islamization is. How could this have escaped the attention of young people and wokists? How can one be Wokist, that is, integrate neofeminism and Islamogoschism? I do not understand ! Have we heard from the neo-feminists about Iranian women? Do the LGBT associations demonstrating for the Palestinians know how homosexuals are treated in Gaza? Lack of culture is winning.”

Teachers strike after Muslim threats over nudes in art class

Staff have gone on strike at a school near Paris saying they fear for their lives after Muslim pupils and parents voiced anger towards a teacher who displayed a Renaissance painting of nude women.

After the recent murders of two teachers by jihadi terrorists, staff at the middle school at Issou, on the Seine west of Paris, are worried that they too could be attacked.

We must be free to call this man a man

Even if someone looks like a man, talks like a man and actually is a man, you can now get yourself in trouble if you refer to him as a man. That’s the take-home message of last week’s social-media bust-up over Melissa Poulton, previously known as Matthew Viner.

Riley Gaines brands female Illinois cyclist a ‘traitor to women’ after she DEFENDED two trans athletes who left her standing in third on the podium

Former college swimming star Riley Gaines has accused a female cyclist of being a ‘traitor to women’ for defending two transgender athletes who beat her.

Kristin Chalmers finished third to trans women Tessa Johnson and Evelyn Williamson at the Illinois State Cyclocross Championships on December 3.

Their victory in the women’s singlespeed category sparked outrage among female athletes and anti-trans campaigners, including Gaines.

America’s Elites Are Not Fit for Purpose

The termites have been feasting on rot of the American establishment for a long time.

Some years ago, I was in Boston on business, and invited a European friend to lunch. The man was finishing a year-long fellowship at Harvard University, and was about to head back to Europe. Over a spread of delicious New England raw oysters, I asked my friend what the most important lesson he learned from his year at America’s most prestigious university.

He thought for a moment, then said, “How fragile the American elites are.”

It could be a ‘bloodbath for the Liberals’ if polls hold up until next election, say political strategists and insiders

If the Conservatives maintain a double-digit margin lead until the next election, they will target safe Liberal and NDP seats instead of just marginal ridings, say senior political strategists.

“It’s going to be a bloodbath. It’d be worse than 2011 [that year’s federal election] for the Liberals,” said Dan Robertson, a former senior Conservative strategist in the 2021 and 2011 election campaigns who now works as a senior adviser of Focaldata. “We’re looking at 1984 seat counts, not 2011.”

Some Are Talking, Some Are Getting Tough on ‘Immigration’ in Europe

The cost of “immigration,” as the Europeans have dubbed it, particularly the overly generous, open-border policies aggressively advocated for by the Merkel-era German government, is finally hitting home in ways neither those same governments nor the citizens who fund them can ignore.

Carson Jerema: Jew hatred, a prized feature of the anti-racist left

The absolutely deranged, ignorant and plain stupid war on Hannukah that has been waged across the country shows just how much those on the nonsense-obsessed left have been waiting to let their antisemitism down to fly free. North American Jews tend to be white, and are often successful, which makes them the perfect enemy.

The latest salvo comes courtesy of the University of Alberta. After a law student requested a menorah be displayed in a study area, alongside Christmas trees, the faculty declined her request and, instead, removed the trees. Suddenly, once a request for a Jewish holiday was made, the faculty decided that the space was to be “non-denominational.”

Tories have ‘successfully’ scapegoated carbon price in affordability crisis: Trudeau

OTTAWA – Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says the Conservative party has been successful at “scapegoating” the carbon price as the reason everything is more expensive.

Trudeau says in a year-end interview with The Canadian Press that the carbon price is not to blame for the cost-of-living crisis, and eliminating it will neither lower prices nor make climate action cheaper.

He says cancelling it, as the Conservatives are demanding, would also eliminate rebate cheques that are worth between $240 and $386 every three months for a family of four in most provinces.

It’s like government by Tourette’s.

It’s no surprise Palestine marches have drained the Met’s coffers

Much has been made of the supposedly peaceful nature of the weekly Palestine marches. But public order comes at a price. Yesterday, it emerged that the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, wrote to the Home Secretary to request more funds for police officers, pointing out that Scotland Yard was facing a £240 million funding gap because of the demonstrations.

Since 7 October, he wrote, more than 28,000 officer shifts had been consumed by policing the protests in London. On top of this, the near-daily stunts mounted by Just Stop Oil – staged presumably when they are taking a break from creating havoc in railway stations for Palestine – have cost the force £20 million since their first campaign last year, requiring about 300 officers per day being taken away from frontline policing across London. This, of course, is troubling for the rest of the capital.
