Canadian Government and Media Colluded to ‘Instill Fear,’ Coerce Citizens Into Taking Vaccines: Report

The Canadian government and media spread fear among citizens about the COVID-19 pandemic while implementing measures to force them into taking vaccines under threat of potential reprisals, according to a report by the National Citizens Inquiry (NCI).

“The pandemic was a textbook case of the collaboration of government and industry to subvert the democratic institutions and convince the citizens of the validity and truthfulness of a narrative that was objectively false from the start,” the Nov. 28 report reads.

Nato has three years to prepare for Russian attack, warns Poland

The countries on Nato’s eastern flank have as little as three years to prepare for the possibility of a Russian attack, the head of a Polish national security agency said.

As Ukraine suffered a series of setbacks in its defensive war against Russia, and Europe and the United States have struggled to secure their next packages of military aid to Kyiv, attention is turning to the threat the Kremlin will pose to Nato if the conflict becomes “frozen”.

Canada’s proposal to cut methane emissions by 75% ‘dangerous and unconstitutional’: Alta. premier

Canada is aiming to cut methane emissions from the oil and gas sector by at least 75 per cent over the next six years, but the Alberta government said the rules would be “dangerous and unconstitutional.”

The announcement of the proposed regulations was announced Monday morning by Environment Minister Steven Guilbeault at COP28 in Dubai(opens in a new tab).

“Lowering methane emissions from our oil and gas sector is one of the fastest and most cost-effective ways we can cut the pollution that is fueling climate change,” Guilbeault said.

Alberta’s premier and environment minister, who are also in Dubai at COP28, slammed the federal announcement.

The Hunka affair has embarrassed Canada — how bad is it, historically speaking?

In the days since parliamentarians unwittingly applauded a Ukrainian veteran who fought in a Nazi unit, political parties and observers have found one thing to agree on — Canada has embarrassed itself.

Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre has called it the “biggest single diplomatic embarrassment in Canadian history.”

Politicians across party lines have condemned the impact the incident has had on many people in Canada and around the world, including Jews and Poles.

To Be a Jew in America after 10/7

On Sunday night, hundreds of protesters took to the streets of Philadelphia to march in favor of Hamas, chanting slogans of intifada and calls to remove Jews from Israel “from the river to the sea.” In other words: It was, alas, a pretty typical night for a pro-Palestinian rally in the post-10/7 world. That is until the protesters, on the march, decided to stop by the falafel restaurant Goldie, mass together outside its entrance, and shriek “GOLDIE, GOLDIE, YOU CAN’T HIDE, WE CHARGE YOU WITH GENOCIDE.” The restaurant’s crime? Its owner, Michael Solomonov, is an Israeli-born chef based in Philadelphia, and is donating the store’s proceeds to a medical charity for victims of the Hamas attacks.

LESSONS FROM UKRAINE: Quantity Still Has a Quality All Its Own

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy admitted last week that his country’s 2023 counteroffensive “did not achieve the desired results,” and that “we have a new phase of war.” Russian strongman Vladimir Putin could have said the exact same thing this time last year after his country was forced to retreat from huge swaths of occupied Ukraine.

So what can we learn from each side’s successes and failures?

Starvation, Abuse: New Details Emerge About The Horrors Of Romania’s Communist-Era Orphanages

BUCHAREST — The fall of communism in Romania decades ago lifted the lid on the country’s infamous network of orphanages, shocking the world with images of dirty and underfed children, most dressed in rags, crammed in filthy wards, some of them chained to beds.

A special Romanian committee established to investigate the crimes of the era of dictator Nicolae Ceausescu, who ruled from 1965 to 1989, has determined that more than 15,000 minors — orphans, children with physical or mental disabilities, or those unwanted by their parents — died in orphanages and other residential facilities.

‘The media have become stenographers for terrorists’

Since Hamas’s attack on Israel on 7 October, the West’s identitarian elites have tied themselves in knots. The atrocities of that day ought to have challenged their simple-minded view of the world, in which Israel is always the evil aggressor and Palestinians are always the virtuous victims – even when they are Hamas murderers. But that hasn’t happened. Instead, the purveyors of identity politics, especially in the media, have doubled down. Many have gone out of their way to diminish the suffering of Israelis, while excusing the crimes of Hamas.

Did a South Carolina Imam Know the October 7 Attack Was Coming?

Ibrahim Dremali stated in 2021 interview that Hamas was planning a “strong surprise.”

Following the October 7 Hamas assault on southern Israel, reports came out claiming that Hamas had been planning the brutal attack for three years. This puts the spotlight on a South Carolina Muslim leader, Ibrahim Dremali, who, during a live interview, stated that Hamas was planning a “strong surprise” involving new rockets he said Hamas had obtained. If Dremali did know about this far-reaching act of terrorism – an act that included American abductions – perpetrated by a group found on the US terror list and whom he has a relationship with, prior to the attack taking place, this would make him an accessory to the crime in need of facing justice.

Hamas raped men as well as women during October 7 attack

Israeli investigators probing the fallout of the brutal October 7 attacks have found evidence that men as well as women suffered sexual violence and rape at the hands of Hamas and Islamic Jihad attackers, activists have claimed.

Yael Sherer, a spokeswoman for Israel’s Survivors of Sexual Violence advocacy group, said there was physical evidence as well as eyewitness accounts of sexual violence perpetrated against both sexes amid the attacks.

‘There was sexual violence and rape in these communities in the south of Israel… we have a few living survivors – not a lot – of both genders. It didn’t only happen to women, it happened to men as well,’ she told BBC Radio 4.
