India among top actors for foreign interference in Canada: national security adviser

OTTAWA — Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s national security adviser says India is among the top sources of foreign interference in Canada, a public designation Ottawa has largely limited to authoritarian states.

“When I talk about foreign interference and economic security, I’m now talking about a number of state actors and non-state proxies,” Jody Thomas said last Friday.

“This includes Russia, Iran, India. That said, the actor that comes up most on these issues, and it’s no surprise to anybody, is China.”

India doesn’t surprise me. Justin’s embarrassing vaction is justification enough.

Communist China and Pakistan both back the Khalistan movement supported by Jagmeet Singh so you know where his loyalties lie.

Just one more reason for India to be suspicious.

Do not surrender to feminism’s dystopia

Full disclosure: I profess an intense dislike for the Vagina Family pictured.

The war between the sexes has ended, and rather than a co-operative future that could benefit all, it has turned out to be more like a lopsided win for the female side.’

So begins Joel Kotkin’s National Post op-ed Women have won the “war between the sexes”, but at what cost? It is a welcome but disappointing analysis that starts with a show of defiance and ends in quiet desperation. Of course, it’s good to find anyone in a major newspaper willing to cast a less-than-adulatory eye on The Future [that] is Female or to write sympathetically about men. Kotkin, a prolific author on cities and technocracy, proves his good faith on the strength of that opening statement alone. Aside from the wishful thinking of believing feminism to be winding down (was #MeToo a prelude to a ceasefire?) or ever having envisioned a cooperative future (he should take a look at Kate Millett’s incendiary Theory of Sexual Politics), Kotkin is to be commended for daring to name as a war the decades of post-1960s activism in which all the decisive victories have been claimed by feminists against men.

Biden’s Unpopularity Mystifies the Media

Our befuddled Fourth Estate encounters an insoluble conundrum.

If you spend much time perusing the musings of political pundits you may have noticed the emergence of a subgenre of opinion writing that devotes itself to the following question: Why is President Biden so unpopular? A recent contribution to this growing body of work was offered a few days ago in Newsweek. Matt Robison, a former congressional staffer turned podcaster, laments that Biden boasts a long list of “massive achievements” yet somehow endures historically low approval ratings.

Palestinians’ Preferred Candidates: Terrorists Who Want To Kill Jews

Palestinians have once again shown that their real heroes, sadly, are those who carry out terrorist attacks against Jews and seek the elimination of Israel.

In May, elections for student councils were held at the two most important Palestinian universities in the West Bank: An-Najah University in Nablus and Birzeit University, north of Ramallah, the de facto capital of the Palestinians. The two major student lists that ran in the elections are affiliated with Hamas, the terrorist organization controlling the Gaza Strip, and Fatah, the ruling faction headed by Palestinian Authority (PA) President Mahmoud Abbas.

The SEC sues Binance – the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange – and accuses it of mishandling billions of dollars in customer funds

The world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, Binance, was sued by the Securities and Exchange Commission for allegedly operating an illegal exchange in the US and mishandling billions of dollars in money.

Changpeng Zhao

The lawsuit – which is the latest action taken by regulators to get crypto firms to comply with US law – was filed in federal court in the District of Columbia on Monday, and named Changpeng Zhao as a defendant.

Zhao is the founder and controlling shareholder of the cryptocurrency. Wall Street regulator SEC filed 13 charges against Binance for allegedly mishandling billions in customer funds, as well as lying to regulators and investors about its operations.

Interesting as Zhao is blamed/credited with bringing down Sam Bankman-Fried and FTX.

Comey Warns Trump Might Use the Constitution Against Him and His Corrupt Friends

It is now well established that the FBI has become thoroughly and possibly irreparably corrupt and politicized, serving as a thuggish arm of the Leftist establishment rather than any kind of law enforcement agency. Its decline accelerated during the tenure of the intensely partisan Leftist apparatchik James Comey as FBI director, but in the six years since Donald Trump removed Comey from office amid a storm of controversy, the lanky corruptocrat has shown not the slightest hint of introspection, much less regret. Instead, he just went on MSNBC to warn that a new Trump administration could see the president weaponizing the justice system. Well, Comey certainly knows all about weaponizing federal agencies for partisan purposes.

Vitriol in Val d’Or: How homelessness and petty crime have reignited racial tensions

Most municipal council meetings go unnoticed. Not so for one recently in Val d’Or, Que., when fear, anger and racism bubbled to the surface and a shouting match erupted with hate on full display.

“There’s an Indian pissing outside!” cried one man, a resident.

“It is always the Indigenous,” a business owner said, outraged.

The French seem to have no difficulty expressing themselves.

Spy watchdog’s relations with intelligence agencies ‘challenging’: memo

Newly released documents say the intelligence community’s relationship with its key watchdog has been particularly strained over the last year due to a “level of resistance” to scrutiny.

The assessment appears in briefing materials prepared for Canada’s top public servant in advance of a late January meeting with the chair of the National Security and Intelligence Review Agency.

Target funds group that wants Mt. Rushmore shutdown for being a ‘symbol of White supremacy’ backs destruction of Israel

Fox News Digital found that Target, via its nonprofit foundation, which has been directed by the retail giant’s senior corporate treasurers, funded a grantee pushing to shut down and give away U.S. sovereign land such as Mount Rushmore – believing it to be an “international symbol of White supremacy” and to demilitarize the “violent” U.S. military. The same grantee also supports the destruction of Israel’s Jewish character through what is called the Palestinian “Law of Return” and implementing economic warfare tactics against the Jewish State, such as boycotts and sanctions, to “Free Palestine.”

This should put Target out of business.
