Farmer’s protest party win shock Dutch vote victory

A farmers’ party has stunned Dutch politics, and is set to be the biggest party in the upper house of parliament after provincial elections.

The Farmer-citizen movement (BBB) was only set up in 2019 in the wake of widespread farmers’ protests.

But with most votes counted they are due to win 15 seats of the Senate’s seats with almost 20% of the vote.

“This isn’t normal, but actually it is! It’s all normal citizens who voted,” said leader Caroline van der Plas.

Communist China Demands Apology For Rise In Anti-Asian Racism Following Interference In Next Election

China election interference investigation could cause more anti-Asian racism, communities warn

As Ottawa launches investigations into claims China interfered in two elections, some members of the Chinese diaspora are warning about an increase in anti-Asian racism, while others say racism could be used to hinder the search for the truth.

“The first thing we need to be very sure about is that racism is not being used as a shield to deflect or distract from the real issue at hand,” said Cheuk Kwan, co-chair of the Toronto Association for Democracy in China.

As anti-Asian racism has spiked as a result of the pandemic and as the Sino-Canadian relationship continues to be strained, many question the effect of the investigations on the Chinese diaspora.

‘This is simply cheating’: Massachusetts high school is slammed after winning girls state track and field championship with trans athlete

A Massachusetts high school has been criticized for allowing a transgender girl athlete to help win the state track and field championship last month – amid the heated debate over trans athletes in sport.

Chloe Barnes helped Brookline High School to the state’s Interscholastic Athletics Association Division 1 Indoor Track and Field Championships over three other schools after competing in the Girls 55m hurdles.

Her fourth-placed finish in the race – behind a Brookline teammate – helped her school get the points necessary to win the title.

Blackie’s Star Quotes Blatantly ChiCom Sympathetic MP Calling For Probe Of CSIS In Article Praising Trudeau’s Dodgy Rapporteur

Behind the scenes, Trudeau’s MPs say a public inquiry into Chinese election interference is the only real option at this point

OTTAWA — Former governor general David Johnston has been hand-picked to advise Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s government whether it should call a public inquiry into foreign elections interference — a choice Conservatives criticized but many welcomed, including several Liberal backbenchers who believe a public inquiry is an inevitable outcome.

… Another Liberal MP from the Greater Toronto Area, speaking confidentially, said it is “time for an inquiry” but it should also probe the role of Canada’s national security apparatus, particularly CSIS and the RCMP, which he said is unable to identify real threats and unfairly targets some communities.

The Star regurgitates that crap like a CCP stenographer no questions asked.

Michael Higgins: Dark arts of Katie Telford and the PMO cast a shadow over all of Canada

Is the Prime Minister’s Office keeping Justin Trudeau in the dark?

At first blush, such an idea seems outlandish, but what if the PMO had done so in the past? And what if such a manoeuvre allowed the prime minister the luxury and expediency of plausible deniability?

Now the dark arts of PMO advisers would be a major bonus.

Opponents of Ontario’s Sex-Ed Curriculum Run Up Against Human Rights Code

When parents and others have raised the alarm over sex education in Ontario schools, many have hit the same wall: the province’s Human Rights Code.

School board trustees who support the current sex-ed regimen often frame complaints as discriminatory by citing the code. These trustees, along with the province’s human rights system itself, create a significant barrier to change.

The “Human Rights” scam is a case of the lunatics running the asylum.

Canadian MPs hear testimony about Chinese Communists shipping in ‘busloads’ of people to vote in nominee races

During testimony before the House of Commons ethics committee last week, a Chinese-Canadian filmmaker revealed that he witnessed firsthand proxies of the Communist Party of China (CCP) take busloads of people to vote for the regime’s preferred candidate in Canada’s nomination races.

The revelation was made by Toronto filmmaker, Cheuk Kwan. He testified before the committee last Friday that, as co-chair of the Toronto Association for Democracy in China, he’s well aware that such practices of CCP election meddling are the “standard modus operandi.”

Tents slashed and supplies destroyed: ‘Cop City’ activists describe police intimidation

A police helicopter circled so close to a house in the leafy Atlanta neighborhood called Lakewood late on Saturday night that a resident said he could “damn near see the pilot”.

The resident, who asked for anonymity in order to speak with the Guardian, decided to go to a nearby friend’s house. Others were not so lucky. Several dozen other people, including members of a medical crew, were then rousted from campsites on the resident’s property during a post-dawn police raid that followed.

The Untold Story of Racial Classification in America

… Bernstein writes about “identity entrepreneurs,” people who claim and leverage a minority identity for economic or other gains, even though that identity never resulted in their facing discrimination. He writes about race fakers such as the Malone twins and Rachel Dolezal, and the suspect Cherokee ancestry claims of Sen Elizabeth Warren (D-MA). He also raises the complexities posed by people like Tiger Woods, who calls himself ‘Cablinasian’ and refuses to identify as African-American as that would ignore his own mother’s part in his ancestry; and Kamala Harris, who identifies as Black but can legally claim Asian and White identities as well.

The Humans Who Live as Lab Rats

The trainee couldn’t find Raighne Hogan’s vein. They were at an inpatient facility in West Bend, Wisconsin, northwest of Milwaukee, and she was maybe 18, and she was trying to draw his blood. She kept poking and prodding his forearm. No dice. When Hogan started to bleed all over himself, down his arm, his wrist, she fainted. He remembers sitting there. No nurses in sight.

It wasn’t the first time something like this had happened.

The Pedophile Behind Prison Abolition

Foucault, who sexually abused 8-year-olds, advocated for pedophiles.

When Angela Davis, a domestic terrorist, wrote, “Racialized Punishment and Prison Abolition”, she began by extensively citing an ex-Marxist French philosopher. “Michel Foucault’s ‘Discipline and Punish’ is arguably the most influential text in contemporary studies of the prison system,” she argued while crediting herself with an analysis of the “racial implications” of his ideas.
