Ken Burns is all wrong about the Holocaust

One example: A dark blot on the non-Orthodox American Jewish leadership is its absence from the March on Washington. Burns omits it.

In “The U.S. and the Holocaust,” a new PBS Ken Burn’s documentary, he attempts to place America’s response in perspective.

There are many issues is this very flawed film that he fails to explain and clarify. One of them is the response of the American Orthodox community. One example was The Rabbis March on Washington D.C. on October 6, 1943, which was the only public demonstration by American Jews to highlight the issue of rescue of the Jews of Europe.

Palestinians Cuddle up with Arabs Who Kill Palestinians

A report published on September 18 revealed that 638 Palestinians have been tortured to death by Syrian intelligence officers in the past few years. The victims include 37 women, according to the report by the Action Group for Palestinians of Syria (AGPS), a human rights watchdog that monitors the situation of Palestinian refugees in war-torn Syria.

The group called on the Syrian authorities to disclose the status of hundreds of Palestinians who are being held in Syrian prisons and whose fate remains unknown. “What is happening inside the Syrian detention centers against the Palestinians is a war crime by all standards,” it said.

U.S. to seek death penalty against Mohammedan terrorist accused of New York bike path killings

NEW YORK, Sept 19 (Reuters) – The U.S. government said it plans to seek the death penalty for the man charged with using a truck to kill eight people on a Manhattan bike path on Halloween in 2017.

In a letter filed late Friday in Manhattan federal court, prosecutors said Attorney General Merrick Garland “decided to continue to seek the death penalty” against Sayfullo Saipov, and that they notified the defendant’s lawyers and victims.

6 Mohammedans face trial over links to gunman in 2020 Vienna attack

BERLIN (AP) — Six men with alleged links to a sympathizer of the Islamic State group who carried out a deadly shooting in Vienna in 2020 will go on trial next month, a court in the Austrian capital said Monday.

Four people were killed in the attack on Nov. 2, 2020, and the gunman also died. More than 20 other people, including a police officer, were wounded. Assailant Kujtim Fejzulai, a dual national of Austria and North Macedonia, had a previous conviction for trying to join IS in Syria.

Ukraine captures Russia’s advanced T-90M tank

One of Russia’s most advanced tanks has been captured in near-perfect condition during advances by Ukrainian troops in the Kharkiv region.

The T-90M was found abandoned with one of the tracks missing. Although the Ukrainians have destroyed at least one of the battle tanks since the Russian invasion began nearly seven months ago, this is the first time one has been captured — providing the Kyiv government and Nato allies with a unique opportunity to examine the Kremlin’s most capable operational tank.

‘Our world is in peril,’ says chief of UN kleptocrats

In an alarming assessment, the head of the United Nations warned world leaders Tuesday that nations are “gridlocked in colossal global dysfunction” and aren’t ready or willing to tackle the challenges that threaten humanity’s future — and the planet’s. “Our world is in peril — and paralyzed,” he said.

Speaking at the opening of the General Assembly’s annual high-level meeting, Secretary General Antonio Guterres made sure to emphasize that hope remained. But his remarks reflected a tense and worried world. He cited the war in Ukraine and multiplying conflicts around the world, the climate emergency, the dire financial situation of developing countries and setbacks in UN goals for 2030 including an end to extreme poverty and quality education for all children.

The world can only be saved by giving that foreign cheeseball all your money!

4 Ukrainian regions schedule votes this week to join Russia

KYIV, Ukraine (AP) — Russian-controlled regions of eastern and southern Ukraine announced plans Tuesday to start voting this week to become integral parts of Russia. The concerted and quickening Kremlin-backed efforts to swallow up four regions could set the stage for Moscow to escalate the war following Ukrainian successes on the battlefield.

The scheduling of referendums starting Friday in the Luhansk, Kherson and partly Russian-controlled Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk regions came after a close ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin said the votes are needed and as Moscow is losing ground in the invasion it began nearly seven months ago, increasing pressure on the Kremlin for a stiff response.

Is the FBI Falsifying Reports to Exaggerate A White Supremacy Threat?

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is allegedly fabricating evidence again. This extrajudicial exercise isn’t the first time this agency has overreached. They manufactured evidence to secure a FISA spy warrant on Trump campaign official Carter Page while also burying exculpatory evidence. They ran interference against any potential felonious activity tied to Hunter Biden through his laptop. And now, they’ve raided the home of a former president to prevent him from running again in 2024. The raid itself was the warning, while the cockamamie dragnet they hurled over Mar-a-Lago to find supposed classified materials has yet to produce the smoking gun evidence that can lead to Donald Trump being led away in handcuffs by federal agents. It’s a circus. The point is the FBI, motivated by political bias, is interfering in our elections—and will veer into the extrajudicial to accomplish their aims on behalf of the Democratic Party.
