Recent filings from a lawsuit by the Louisiana and Missouri attorneys general against the Biden administration reveal that Facebook head Mark Zuckerberg gave Dr. Anthony Fauci his personal phone number shortly before the platform started to crack down on alleged COVID misinformation.
Residents of Portland, Oregon with physical disabilities have filed a lawsuit accusing the city of violating the Americans with Disabilities Act by failing to clear homeless encampments from city sidewalks.
The federal class-action lawsuit filed on Tuesday says that Portland has failed to keep the sidewalks accessible to people with mobility issues by allowing encampments to proliferate unchecked.
Justice Neil Gorsuch said Thursday that the investigation into the leaked Supreme Court draft opinion signaling the reversal of Roe v. Wade is ongoing and that a report on the findings is forthcoming.
“The chief justice appointed an internal committee to oversee the investigation,” Gorsuch said at the 10th Circuit Bench & Bar Conference at the Broadmoor resort in Colorado, according to the Wall Street Journal.
“That committee has been busy, and we’re looking forward to their report, I hope, soon,” Gorsuch added.

A Tennessee university has been slammed for putting on a campus drag show that mocked Christianity as little kids gave money to performers.
Tennessee Tech University’s theater team, dubbed Backdoor Playhouse, hosted a Christianity-themed drag show with the star dressed as a Catholic monk before stripping down to a corset and stockings.
Landon Starbuck posted the video on Twitter and called out the mockery towards Christians as children rushed up to the stage to hand the drag queen money.

And down the road at Madison High School in San Diego, a teacher has defined “fascist” with words including “Trump,” “white,” “Christian,” and “heterosexual.” The Republican Party, this sage wrote on his classroom whiteboard, “is a fascist organization that no longer fits the category of a conventional Democratic Party.” It’s not just the broad-brush slander. It’s the historical illiteracy. Our schools are turning out a generation of indoctrinated imbeciles. That appears to be the goal, in fact.
A Christian chaplain was dismissed after refusing to chant ‘smash heteronormativity’ at inclusion training at a fee-paying boarding school, an employment tribunal was told.
Reverend Dr Bernard Randall, 49, from Long Eaton, Derbyshire, did not join in the ‘chant’ when urged to do so by the leader of Educate and Celebrate Dr Elly Barnes during an inset session at the independent Trent College, Long Eaton.

Greg Abbott an inhuman, unpatriotic racist. She even lashed out at the bus companies who she said were “complicit in this indignity.”

No life lived so well, so dutifully, and with such faith in so many things now lost to us can be considered a tragedy. But it is nonetheless very sad, even for those of us in America — a nation she loved in so many ways.
Her death seems like another blow to another important institution of the West, undermined in recent decades by boomer proclivities and millennial narcissism, and likely to break into a thousand pieces in the absence of the old-world values Elizabeth represented.
