Left’s Coalition Cracking: Ilhan Omar Enrages Muslims by Wishing Gays a Happy Pride Month

In the Left’s universe, “diversity” means that people of all colors, creeds and sexual proclivities, as well as all 73 genders, say the same things and espouse the same political positions. And while Leftists have assembled an impressive coalition of the allegedly marginalized, discriminated against, non-white, non-binary, and non-sane, cracks in the edifice are inevitable, as all the coalition members don’t hold the same values. Leftists may destroy the country first, but eventually, their “diverse” mosaic is going to devolve into warring factions.

Mendicino was ‘misunderstood’ saying cops asked for Emergencies Act: deputy minister

… In April, Public Safety Minister Marco Mendicino told the same committee that after weeks of blockades in downtown Ottawa and at several border crossings, the government was in regular consultation with law enforcement including the RCMP.

“The advice we received was to invoke the Emergencies Act,” Mendicino said at the time.

But Stewart said Mendicino didn’t mean police directly asked for the law to be used.

“I believe that the intention that he was trying to express was that law enforcement asked for the tools that were contained in the Emergencies Act,” Stewart said.

Russian proxy fighters in east Ukraine have said they are opening a trial against two Britons, Aiden Aslin and Shaun Pinner, who were captured fighting alongside Ukrainian soldiers in Mariupol.

The two men, who are serving in the Ukrainian military, and Ibrahim Saadun, a captive from Morocco, were shown sitting in a courtroom cage reserved for defendants in a video released on pro-Russian social media channels on Tuesday.

Prosecutors from the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic, a proxy government in east Ukraine controlled by Russia, have said that the men face the death penalty for “terrorism” and for fighting as “mercenaries” against the Russian invasion.

No regrets over handling of Vladimir Putin, says Angela Merkel

Angela Merkel has said she feels no regrets for her handling of Vladimir Putin during her time in power, arguing that Russia’s president would have perceived a 2008 Nato membership plan for Ukraine that was blocked by her government as a “declaration of war”.

The former German chancellor also claimed that an oligarch-run and democratically immature Ukraine would have been less prepared for an invasion then than it is now.

“I would feel very bad if I had said: ‘There’s no point talking to that man [Putin]”, Merkel said in an onstage interview at the Berliner Ensemble theatre on Tuesday night – her first public appearance since leaving office half a year ago.

Importing masses of uncivilized Mohammedan cultists was a great idea.

Movie lovers tonight hit out at protesters who called for a film about Islam and the daughter of the prophet Muhammed to be banned because they feel it is blasphemous.

Cinema goers said everyone should be able to see the £12million movie, which was released in the UK last weekend, because shutting it down prevents discussion and instead fuels intolerance.

Hundreds of demonstrators turned out in Bradford, Bolton, Birmingham and Sheffield to protest venues showing The Lady of Heaven.

Lunatic Liberal San Francisco ousts even crazier Soros funded Lunatic Liberal DA Chesa Boudin in heated recall

My Mom and Dad are murdering left-wing terrorists.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — San Francisco residents voted overwhelmingly Tuesday to recall progressive District Attorney Chesa Boudin following a heated campaign that captivated the country and bitterly divided Democrats over crime, policing and public safety reform in the famously liberal city.

Recall proponents cheered the results at a victory party, with California state leaders of the hotel and retailers associations lauding Boudin’s removal as a sign that visitors, shoppers and workers will be prioritized again in a city that relies heavily on tourism. They rejected Boudin’s efforts to paint them as Republicans.

“This election does not mean that San Francisco has drifted to the far right on our approach to criminal justice,” said Mary Jung, a chair of the recall campaign, in a statement. “In fact, San Francisco has been a national beacon for progressive criminal justice reform for decades and will continue to do so with new leadership.”
