The truckers’ protests have exposed liberals as authoritarians and leftists as enemies of the working class.

It’s been quite a few weeks for our neighbours to the north. Three weeks ago, a ragtag, grassroots campaign of disgruntled truckers made their way to the Canadian capital to protest a government vaccine mandate. As of last night, two of the organisers of what has been, by all accounts, a peaceful protest have been arrested, giving Canada – a country that bills itself a democracy – its first political prisoners in recent memory.

The document has reduced our definition of freedom to box ticking

If Canada has a sacred cow, akin to the NHS in the UK, it is the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms — a constitutional bill of rights added to our constitution in 1982. As a national symbol, it is more popular than the national flag, the national anthem, and even hockey. Many Canadians can barely imagine that other, more benighted, lands might also have put some fundamental rights down in writing.

D.C. Officer Suspended, Under FBI, DOJ Investigation For Working With Proud Boys Leader To Evade Violence With Antifa: Report

A 22-year veteran D.C. police officer has been suspended from his post and is currently under investigation by his department, the FBI, and the Department of Justice for reportedly working with a leader of the Proud Boys to defuse  potentially violent confrontation with left-wing groups like Antifa, according to a report.

Shane Lamond, a lieutenant in the intelligence branch and father of three, “has been put on leave amid an investigation into alleged improper contacts with a prominent member of the extremist group Proud Boys,” reported The Washington Post.

This was despite the public pledge by protest leaders to stay until all COVID-19 mandates and restrictions were lifted.

After GoFundMe seized millions of dollars raised on its platform for the Freedom Convoy, Christian crowdfunding site GiveSendGo stepped in and enabled donors to give nearly $10 million.

Camera Caught Black Student Writing Racist Graffiti Over Water Fountains: REPORT

Video surveillance revealed the alleged perpetrator behind racist graffiti over water fountains in a California school.

The words “White” and “Colored” had been written over water fountains by a black female student, CBS Sacramento reported, adding that the student had confessed to the prank.

After a string of shoplifting thefts of retail stories in the Bronx, NYPD officers in the 44th Precinct arrested a dozen people on February 8, 9, 11 and 12. Police touted the arrest on Twitter with photos of the arresting officers and the $1,800 worth of household goods, including diapers, recovered.
