Pentagon Reliance on Chinese Pharmaceuticals Creates National Security Risk

The Defense Department’s reliance on Chinese supply chains for pharmaceuticals poses a severe national security risk, a Pentagon inspector general’s report warns.

The U.S. military’s ability to treat soldiers and personnel worldwide relies on products made and shipped in foreign countries. The Pentagon does not produce its own pharmaceuticals, so it relies on the American commercial sector to procure vital medicines for the armed forces. As the commercial sector increases its reliance on foreign countries the department follows suit, the report, which was released Wednesday, found.

‘Perhaps we should refer to it as The Snowflake’: Locals accuse pub owners of ‘giving into woke’ as historic ‘Black Boy’ pub is renamed after 200 years because of BLM

A historic pub has changed its name after more than 200 years ‘because of the Black Lives Matter movement’.

The Black Boy Inn, in Bewdley, Worcestershire, is now called The Bewdley Inn.

The current leaseholders said Stonegate Pubs, the brewery which owns the 15th Century tavern, ordered them to change the name ‘because of the Black Lives Matter movement’ and that they had ‘no say in it’.

Bill Gates squirms, fiddles with ring finger when asked about ties to Jeffrey Epstein

Billionaire divorcee Bill Gates squirmed and played with his ring finger when confronted in a TV interview about his dealings with late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

The Microsoft co-founder was pressed on “PBS NewsHour” Tuesday about having “had a number of meetings” with Epstein after the latter had already been “found guilty of soliciting prostitution from minors.”

1st Federal Gang Trial Since 2016 Opens in Chicago

CHICAGO—Labar Spann, sitting in a wheelchair next to his attorney, listened as Assistant U.S. Attorney Kavitha Babu accused him of being the leader of the notorious Four Corner Hustlers street gang that for decades reigned on the West Side of Chicago.

“You will enter a world that you otherwise would not have access to, a world of extortions, drug dealing, and murders between the mid-1990s and 2017,” Babu told the jurors during her opening statement on Sept. 20 at the federal courthouse in downtown Chicago.

Can Xi Jinping Defeat Biden-led America?

Look at it from Xi Jinping’s perspective.  The PRC’s leader-for-life learned nothing from Joe Biden’s abject surrender in Afghanistan but confirmed everything that he knows about our 46th president.  Xi’s knowledge of Biden is bound to lead him to conclude — if he hasn’t already — that his window for conquest is during Biden’s tenure.  Weakness — in Biden’s case, evident gross weakness — invites predation.  It’s a law of nature and human affairs.

New study finds internet freedom is rapidly declining worldwide

Internet freedom has declined for the 11th consecutive year globally, according to an annual report released this week.

The study from Washington-based democracy watchdog organization Freedom House analyzed 70 countries that account for 88 percent of internet users worldwide and measured indicators such as accessibility and content. Both a lack of internet regulation and excessive restraints to online material contributed to this year’s decline, the group said.

The Boys Who Cried Wolf

Throughout 2020, the media reported a ‘scientific consensus’ about the pandemic’s origins without providing any information about its investigations

“… Regardless of how COVID-19 started, the premature suppression of the discussion of the lab leak theory highlights a new and unhealthy relationship between the mainstream media and science. It is alarming that journalists were labeling the lab leak hypothesis with all its different branches a “debunked” conspiracy theory as early as February 2020 based on studies that simply said that the virus was likely not engineered. Reframing this partial answer as a much broader and more definitive one, the press then cherry-picked comments from scientists who had collaborated extensively with the lab and whose apparent conflicts of interest were ignored in order to present their statements as proven facts.”

Greta’s Chumps – Climate zeal decides an election in Norway.

Greta Thunberg Climate Hysteria Puppet

The main thing you need to know about the results of last week’s Norwegian elections is that the international media and political elites were absolutely thrilled – just like when Joe Biden won. “America is back!” they cheered in the world’s corridors of power last November. Similar sentiments greeted the news that Norway’s left-wing parties had secured a majority of parliamentary seats, ousting the conservatives.

Portland Activists Survey Themselves and Conclude Un-Woke Cops Are to Blame for Their Riots

Results of a survey taken after the Portland riots of 2020 and 2021 have just been tallied by a cop-watch organization and the conclusion is that un-woke cops – not actual rioters, protesters, rabid communists, and looters – are the reason they were so bad. Mayor Ted Wheeler says he’ll treat the survey seriously and the city council will consider adopting its suggestions.

Everybody Hates the Jews

A disturbing new study confirms what many Jewish Americans are feeling.

Everybody hates the Jews. That’s the refrain from the brilliant satirist Tom Lehrer in “National Brotherhood Week,” a song that I had memorized by the time I was ten, given that I was raised by the kind of dad who made sure songs like “The Vatican Rag” and “Poisoning Pigeons in the Park” were the soundtrack to our lives.

Kerry: ‘We can’t get where we need to go’ in climate fight if China isn’t joining in

John Kerry, the special presidential envoy for climate, said the world “can’t get where we need to go” in its climate fight if China does not join the effort.

Kerry, during an interview with MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” on Wednesday, pointed to China’s high percentage of emissions as a reason why their cooperation is needed to become net-zero by 2050.

Ex-Chinese Communist Party insider Wei Jingsheng said The World Military Games in October 2019 could have acted as the virus’ first superspreader event.

The international tournament for military athletes was held in Wuhan – the origin of the Covid-19 pandemic – two months before China notified the World Health Organisation about its first cases.

QAnon, Proud Boys: Huge hack reveals details of far-right websites’ internet provider and clients

Epik has long been the favourite internet company of the far-right, providing domain services to QAnon theorists, Proud Boys and other instigators of the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol — allowing them to broadcast hateful messages from behind a veil of anonymity.

But that veil abruptly vanished last week when a huge breach by the hacker group Anonymous dumped into public view more than 150 gigabytes of previously private data — including user names, passwords and other identifying information of Epik’s customers.

Media takes to the fainting couch over the PPC

Not one but two hit pieces…

Rise of People’s Party is moment of reckoning for Canada

Canada needs to reckon with the People’s Party.

Far-right. Fringe. Toxic. The party won five per cent of the vote share in the 44th general election with more than 820,000 ballots cast for it. It won no seats but grew its support.

The People’s Party of Canada has become a rallying point for extremists who existed before it did, but who now have an organizational anchor and home. That is troubling.

And…

The PPC got more than 800,000 votes, and that should worry all of us

The Liberals held a snap election in the middle of a pandemic, rolling the dice to gain a majority government, and they lost. Although the votes are still being counted, 320 of the 338 seats have been confirmed, and while the Liberals held on to their minority government status, they look to only gain one additional seat. At an approximate cost of $610 million dollars—which does not include the costs borne by Canadians to travel to their voting station or arrange child care while they stood in line for hours—this election, by any measure, cost far more than it was worth. However, the results did reveal a growing threat to public safety that has been largely unaddressed—the rise of far-right groups who have used the stress and uncertainty of the pandemic to gain support.

The permaclass is skeered.

Sweden’s cultural revolution – The refugee crisis changed the country, and its politics, forever

“… Ironically, one of the reasons Sweden is far less polarised today than many other Western countries is probably the belated discovery that these consequences of immigration are in fact very real, and that methods of ”shaping the narrative” cannot really change material reality.

More critically, there is the realisation that nobody — certainly not middle class progressives — wants to live with those consequences at all. Crimeovercrowded schools, social and ethnic tensions, and violence toward ethnic Swedish children committed by gangs of immigrants have all conspired to cool attitudes on the subject. Indeed, the word förnedringsrån (literally “humiliation-robbery”) has now entered the Swedish lexicon as a term for robberies that display a particular sort of sadistic cruelty, where the aim of the perpetrators mostly seems to be to inflict pain and humiliation onto their victims. As such, it is hardly surprising that the recent fall of Kabul to the Taliban was not in fact met with calls to increase Sweden’s humanitarian commitment, but rather with conspicuous silence, except for a speech by Prime Minister Löfven promising that the country would “never return to the days of 2015”.

Every Canadian should read this.

Canada has shifted to the left

Stephen Maher: Elections allow us to get a better read on what the public wants. And the results—and where the parties moved—point to a clear trend.

In the speech he gave Monday night, after his dreams were dashed, Erin O’Toole said that he would work to make sure “reconciliation is more than a box to check.”

“It is the very keystone of Canada reaching its potential. And it starts with clean drinking water as a basic human right, still denied to Indigenous children born today.”

It was one of the biggest applause lines of his speech.

I don’t agree. What has happened is the suppression of political dissent brought about by our permanent political class and their media lackeys. This is why they hate the PPC, they’re shifting the bounds of “political discourse” and the permaclass is threatened.
