This latest woke ideological project is especially pernicious.
The nation’s largest teachers union, the National Education Association, held its annual meeting last week, and suffice it to say that the measures the delegates passed were radical.
One measure passed by the delegates warrants special attention.
The measure called on the union to issue a study criticizing “empire, white supremacy, anti-Blackness, anti-Indigeneity, racism, patriarchy, cisheteropatriarchy, capitalism, ableism, anthropocentrism, and other forms of power and oppression at the intersections of our society.”

One of the leaders of the NAACP has been spotted outside a Virginia middle school denouncing opponents of critical race theory and saying ‘let them die’.
NAACP Vice President Michelle Leete – who is also a member Virginia state PTA – gave a fiery speech to a crowd outside a school board meeting at Luther Jackson Middle School in Falls Church, Fairfax County.
And she ranted about a separate group of parents who were also at the school protesting over the teaching of CRT.

For the first time, a female sailor has completed the US Navy training programme to become a Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman (SWCC).
Members of the elite US defence force group support Navy SEALs in high-risk warfare missions, and conduct their own classified military operations.
The sailor who completed the gruelling 37 weeks of training has not been named, in line with Pentagon policy.

A six year old girl was killed and five adults were injured in a mass shooting in Washington DC late on Friday night.
The shooting happened just after 11pm near a Popeyes restaurant at the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X avenues.
Migrant arrests at the southern border rise for the SIXTH month in a row under Biden
More than one million migrants have now been apprehended at the southern border since October, new figures show.
Customs and Border Protection revealed that 188,829 migrants were stopped at the southwest border in June, the sixth monthly increase since the start of 2021.
It was also another increase on the 180,641 who were apprehended in May.
