Jeremy Corbyn’s ‘Jewish liaison officer’ expelled by Labour in anti-Semitism row

A woman appointed by Jeremy Corbyn to rebuild Labour’s relations with the Jewish community has been expelled by the party after accusations she “undermined” its fight against anti-Semitism.

Heather Mendick, who is Jewish, was appointed as a stakeholder officer by the former opposition leader in spring 2019, working one day a week liaising with the Jewish community.

Labour’s investigation into Ms Mendick lasted more than a year and found that she broke party rules in a number of tweets sent at the height of the party’s anti-Semitism crisis that she subsequently refused to apologise for.

Black America’s Anti-Semitism Problem

An academic paper explores the character and sources of black anti-Semitism

From Kanye West endorsing Hitler to Kyrie Irving inviting followers to watch a documentary about how blacks are the true Jews, anti-Semitism from prominent black figures has been in the news. A recent study explores the phenomenon of black anti-Semitism more broadly, ruling out popular explanations—and excuses—for its frequency.

Black anti-Semitism is nothing new. It has appeared in the works of black intellectuals since at least the early-20th-century black nationalist Marcus Garvey, as Elliot Kaufman observed in Commentary, and defined politics in New York City—the American metropolis where blacks and Jews most often rub shoulders—for generations.

Jews in Belgium, Jews in America – things have changed

I Recently came across a fascinating book, “Before It’s Too Late – A Love Letter to my daughters and America” by Eric Rozenberg, a Belgian Jew who moved to the United States with his wife and children largely due to increased antisemitism.

His heartfelt, deeply personal book tells the history – in very personal terms – of antisemitism in Europe, and events his family felt and witnessed in Belgium. He then describes his current day fears in the United States – from BDS and college campuses to antisemitism from all sides of the political spectrum.

This book seems ominious in its release date given the rise in antisemitism in the US of late.

Avi Benlolo: Silence, as antisemitism abounds at U of T Faculty of Medicine

… But here in Toronto, a new important academic paper published in the Canadian Medical Education Journal by an insider at the Temerty Faculty of Medicine (TFOM) at the University of Toronto (U of T), has yet to mobilize our leaders into some-kind of serious action. Dr. Ayelet Kuper, an associate professor in the department of medicine, spent a year as senior advisor on antisemitism in the faculty. During that time, she detailed an incredible level of antisemitism among her professional colleagues that should warrant an investigation.

You’ve been marginalized in the victim hierarchy by mass immigration, multiculturalism & diversity Avi.

Some votes matter more than others.

As of 2021, Statistics Canada listed 335,295 adherents to the Jewish religion in Canada

After Christianity, Islam was the second most commonly reported religion in Canada in 2021, with nearly 1.8 million, or 1 in 20, people.

In 20 years, the share of the Muslim population in Canada has more than doubled—up from 2.0% in 2001 to 4.9% in 2021.

University of Toronto medical school report reveals the shameful realities of antisemitism today

Imagine being afraid to see a doctor. Not because of a deep-seated irrational fear or bad previous experience or because you are worried about a diagnosis … but because of what you’ve heard some doctors at the local medical school say about people like you.

In 2021, Ayelet Kuper, an Israeli-born Canadian physician and scientist, was appointed senior adviser on antisemitism by the Temerty Faculty of Medicine (TFOM) at the University of Toronto. The position was created in response to reports of increasing antisemitism affecting Jewish students, staff and faculty.

The realization that most of the anti-Semitism in Canada starts at the top must be frustrating to some.

Gone are the easy days when our betters could blame “white supremacists” a typically poor and uneducated fringe in Canada.

Nowadays the most dangerous anti-Semites pack the institutional power of our universities and government.

LPC and NDP MP’s hosted a Palestinian solidarity shindig that had no less than 3 anti-Semites in attendance. They blamed it on poor screening or some such nonsense, I bet Laith Marouf would have been welcomed with open arms had he shown his face.

And let’s not fail to mention the role our immigration and multiculturalism policy has played in all this.

Much of Canada’s resurgent anti-Semitism was imported and has taken root aided and abetted by our elite’s cynical exploitation of identity politics.

Diversity is anti-Semitism’s strength.

This blog made its bones calling out Islamist hate & anti-Semitism.

While lauded by some for those efforts I was labeled a racist Islamophobe by many on the Liberal-Left for the simple act of pointing out the facts. Right Bernie?

Fear the resurgence but also the silent voices.

Teach your children well much?

‘Black People are the real Jews’

The Jewish presence in the civil right movements has been erased from black history. The Jews have erased their own history.

Black Hebrew Israelites are getting the attention that they didn’t when they spent decades screaming antisemitic and racist slurs in urban centers, killed four people in two separate attacks in New York and New Jersey (one that took place on Chanukah) and provoked the Covington Catholic incident.

That last one led to the New York Times defending the racist hate group as “sidewalk ministers” who practice “tough love” in “blunt and sometimes offensive language.” Examples of that include, “The Holocaust is a damn joke! Heil Hitler!” and “The messiah, who is a black man, is going to kill you”.

The Squad Is Way More Anti-Semitic Than Trump’s Dinner With Ye

Democrat Jew-haters are having a deleterious effect on U.S. policy toward Israel and Jewish Americans.

Donald Trump’s dinner last month at Mar-a-Lago with the vile Kanye West, now legally known as “Ye,” and Holocaust denier Nick Fuentes has thrust the conversation surrounding anti-Semitism into the national spotlight. Republican lawmakers correctly criticized the get-together, which by most accounts concluded in a heated exchange between Trump and West over the rapper suggesting that the former president join the presidential ticket as his running mate. For their part, Democrat denouncements over the affair included White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre affirming in a Nov. 28 press conference that “this administration, this President totally rejects bigotry, racism, antisemitism.”

GOLDSTEIN: Shocking anti-Semitism at University of Toronto’s medical school: report

… Kuper said she was repeatedly told by some staff and students within TFOM that “Zionists” and “Zionism” — support of a Jewish homeland in Israel — “means various racist and hateful things, ranging from ‘hating all Muslims’ to ‘wanting to murder all Palestinians’. Such false definitions are then used to justify hatred of any Jews who ‘admit’ to being Zionists …

“I’ve been told by colleagues that being born in Israel and refusing to denounce the existence of my place of birth as a Jewish state means that I am inherently racist and that any discrimination I encounter as a Jew in Canada is therefore deserved.

That sounds very multicultural and diverse. U of T must be well strengthened.

Pats on the back all round to those who drank the Kool-Aid and invited this here.

Congrats. It will only get worse.

Trudeau Liberals can’t stop attracting antisemites

The Trudeau government has been finding it a lot harder to avoid keeping company with and giving money to terror enthusiasts and antisemites than recent scandals would suggest. Whatever it is that’s going on here it’s not just a laxity in “vetting.”

Last week, the Canada-Palestine Parliamentary Friendship Group drew unwelcome attention to itself when it was revealed that publisher Nazih Khatatba, whose newspaper al-Meshwar is notorious for such indecencies as referring to the Holocaust as the “Holohoax” and claiming that Jewish bankers financed the Nazi Party, was one of the guests in attendance.

Pay attention.

It’s not going to get better.

The “Canada-Palestine Parliamentary Friendship Group” means that anti-Semitism and it’s attendant requirement to destroy Israel has been institutionalized.

The Identity Politics game means that some will win and some will lose.

It’s just a numbers game. All our mainstream political parties play it.

Islam is ascendant. Judaism in decline.

It’s too late to jump off the multicult bandwagon.

What were you thinking when you hopped on to begin with?

OG Anti-Semite Al Sharpton Somehow Has the Gall to Criticize Donald Trump

The nerve of this guy.

For some reason, Al Sharpton imagines he has moral standing from which to denounce Donald Trump as an anti-Semite. Sharpton is piling onto the latest Two Minutes Hate against the former president, spawned by Trump having supper with his old friend, Ye (aka Kanye West). In the latest Worst Scandal Ever, the meal had been in the works since before West started yaking up a bunch of vile Jew-hate. When the get-together finally happened just before Thanksgiving, Ye brought two uninvited guests. One was Milo Yiannopoulos, whom Trump surely knew, and the other was Nick Fuentes, who I never heard of before, so I doubt Trump had either. The host graciously invited the extras to join the party, the men ate and chatted, the guests departed — and Big Left blew up in righteous dudgeon. Apparently, Fuentes is one of those white-nationalist-super-Nazis we’re always hearing about.

Canada New Democratic Party Denies It Invited Holocaust Denying Journalist to Event

Canada’s New Democratic Party (NDP) has denied it invited an antisemitic, Holocaust-denying newspaper editor to a political event, following reports that its members hosted him at an event on Tuesday.

Nazih Khatatba, an infamous Holocaust denier appeared at an “International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People” event held by the the Canada-Palestine Parliamentary Friendship Group. He reportedly met with cabinet official and transportation minister Omar Alghabra, Green Party MP Elizabeth May, and CPFG chair and Liberal Party MP Salma Zahid.

This is the natural end point of multiculturalism – tribal warfare.

MPs shocked rabid Jew Hater attended Parliament Hill reception for International Death To Israel Day

Appropriately named Nazih Khatatba

MPs condemn controversial publisher’s attendance at Parliament Hill reception

The Liberal MP who chairs the Canada-Palestine Parliamentary Friendship group is among multiple Canadian politicians condemning the presence of a man accused of being a “Holocaust denier” at a Parliament Hill reception held earlier this week to mark the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.

Salma Zahid, the Liberal MP who chairs the all-party friendship group, condemned the views of Nazih Khatatba, the publisher and editor of a Toronto-based Arabic-language newspaper, who Conservative MP Melissa Lantsman told the House of Commons Thursday was “a dangerous antisemite, Holocaust denier, and terrorist sympathizer.”

Bullshit, this is Laith Marouf 2.0. They’re apologizing because they got caught.

Get used to it multiculturalists, this is the diversity you wished for and you shall have it in ever increasing abundance.

“Rightwing Zionists” Tainted “Our” Elections, Islamist Group’s Antisemitic Report Says

You are not going to believe this. During the mid-term elections, advocacy groups gave money – a lot of money – supporting candidates they thought would be good on the issues they care about.

It’s shocking, right?

The anti-Israel group Americans for Justice in Palestine Action (AJP Action) seems to think so. It touted a “groundbreaking report” last week that showed pro-Israel groups gave money to pro-Israel candidates.

Hundreds of black supremacists march through Brooklyn chanting ‘we are the real Jews’

Hundreds of supporters of black supremacy and NBA star Kyrie Irving marched through the streets of Brooklyn on Sunday chanting: ‘We are the real Jews’ and ‘Time to wake up.’

In one video obtained by DailyMail.com, the Black Hebrew Israelites, specifically the groups’ Members of Israel United in Christ sect, can be heard chanting in unison: ‘It’s time to wake up. I’ve got good news for you, we are the real Jews.’

The black supremacists have become emboldened in recent weeks after both Irving, who has previously said he believes the earth is flat and pushed unfounded conspiracy theories around Covid-19, as well as music superstar Kanye West brought their anti-Semitic talking points into the mainstream.

Whoopi Goldberg: Hamas, Taliban being terrorist groups ‘depends who you talk to’

Classifying Hamas and the Taliban as terrorist organizations “depends on who you talk to,” ABC’s The View talk show hosts Whoopi Goldberg and Sunny Hostin said on Tuesday in a discussion about potential Republican Party moves to remove Rep. Ilhan Omar from congressional committees.

During the program’s segment on incoming Republican Majority House leader Kevin McCarthy’s comments on removing what he determined were untrustworthy Democrat representatives from some committees, another host, Sarah Haines, explained why she was sympathetic to the removal of Omar.

It’s the new normal.
