Canada’s population will hit 40 million Friday … But there’s no labour shortage and asylum seekers are sleeping on the street in Toronto

Despite setbacks during COVID-19, Canada’s population is now growing at a “record-setting pace” and will soon pass the 40 million mark, reads a new update from Statistics Canada.

According to StatCan’s real-time population clock, Canada’s numbers will hit the 40 million mark just before 3 p.m. EST Friday, the organization said.

Given the housing shortage and the strain all services are suffering Trudeau’s mass immigration scam is a cruel and heartless act inflicted on Canadians.

It’s a sleazy plan concocted by Junior’s fellow China class crony Dominic Barton & others that will solely benefit the Corporate Class.

There is no labour shortage and asylum seekers are sleeping on the street.

Contrary to Junior’s Star this is nothing to celebrate as mass immigration is a criminal fraud in progress..

Only the People’s Party is speaking out about this travesty.

Blackie’s Star: Majority Of Poorly Informed People Surveyed Support Trudeau’s Burgeoning VW & Stellantis Folly

Three-quarters of Canadians are in favour of hefty government subsidies to Stellantis and Volkswagen, a new poll suggests.

… Only 21 per cent of respondents said they were “familiar” with the issue, while 39 per cent had not “heard about it before today” and 40 per cent had “heard about it” but were unfamiliar with the specifics.

Terry Glavin: Justin Trudeau benefits the most from years-long public inquiry

So, David Johnston, the former governor-general, longtime Trudeau family friend and lifelong champion of deep political, institutional and economic collaboration between Canada and China has finally conceded what everybody already knew, which is that he cannot be trusted to shed any useful light on clandestine efforts to keep that catastrophic collaboration on life support.

To get a handle on what happens next in the Trudeau government’s ongoing, puck-ragging refusal to come clean about what it knew, when it knew and what it did about Beijing’s well-documented interference on the Liberals’ behalf in the 2019 and 2021 federal elections, it is necessary to remember why we’re at this clown-show juncture in the first place, exactly, and how we got here.

Special Crony David Johnston Quits

David Johnston resigning as special rapporteur on foreign interference

David Johnston — tasked by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau back in March with looking into allegations that China tried to meddle in the past two federal elections — says he has decided to step down from that role.

In a resignation letter sent to Trudeau, Johnston said his role has become too muddled in political controversy for him to continue.

“When I undertook the task of independent special rapporteur on foreign interference, my objective was to help build trust in our democratic institutions,” the former governor general wrote.

It’s difficult to read his resignation without smirking. Try as he might to come off as a noble man wrongly smeared as a Trudeau hack and ChiCom useful idiot it just doesn’t pass the smell test. Well it does if you like the aroma of rancid Egg Rolls I guess.

Johnston was hired for one reason only; To run cover for the China Class of which both he and Trudeau are members.

These puppets willingly danced to Beijing’s tune.

Even a cursory glance into their backgrounds turns up the stench of their grift.

Special Crony David Johnston testifies before foreign interference committee … brought to you live in “Cronyvision”

As mentioned this will be a couple of hours of how dare you question my integrity blah blah blah …

David Johnston’s lead counsel on foreign interference probe attended Trudeau fundraiser in 2021

The lead counsel for special rapporteur David Johnston, who oversees the government-appointed probe into Chinese foreign interference, has not only donated exclusively to the Liberal Party but also attended a private fundraiser where Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was the guest of honour.

Elections Canada records show that Toronto lawyer Sheila Block participated in a private Zoom webinar fundraiser in late March, 2021, billed as a “Virtual Conversation with Anita Anand and Justin Trudeau.” Ms. Anand, now Defence Minister, was minister responsible for public services and procurement at the time.

What’s the right number of immigrants for Canada?

” … a new working paper from a trio of Canadian academic economists digs deeper into the issues around immigration. The paper, currently circulating in draft form under the title, The Economics of Canadian Immigration Levels, offers a scholarly but withering critique of current policy.

The authors – Matthew Doyle and Mikal Skuterud of the University of Waterloo, and Christopher Worswick of Carleton University – argue that policy makers are mistaken to conclude “that if some immigration is good for the economy, then more must be better.”

Aaron Wudrick: Trudeau, Ford to blame for Stellantis shakedown

Canada’s long, sordid history of corporate welfare debacles should have been warning enough.

In this country, “paying to play” in a given industry — the polite euphemism preferred by its advocates — has never been a matter of buying a one-off admission ticket to Aerospaceworld or Automotiveland, freeing our economy to run about and hop on unlimited rides with exciting names like The Great Canadian Spinoff Effect.

Stellantis says reports of deal to keep EV battery plant in Canada are premature

Stellantis says there is not yet a final deal to save a $5-billion electric vehicle battery plant in Windsor, Ont., as high-stakes negotiations between Ottawa, Ontario and the company continue around billions in additional subsidies for the facility to stay in Canada.

The global auto manufacturing giant on Thursday denied a report the previous day by the Toronto Star that a “tentative deal” between the company and federal and provincial governments had been reached.

Canada’s much-touted labour shortage is mostly a mirage

No one takes orders at the Burger King in the rest stop off of Ontario’s Highway 401 near Port Hope. Instead, there’s a large touch screen that customers use to select and pay for their Whoppers and fries.

That is just one small example of how companies are choosing to adapt to falling unemployment, rather than griping about a labour shortage that is in large part a mirage. Unfortunately, such innovation seems to be the exception, with many business groups preferring to press for increases in cheap labour, in the form of temporary foreign workers.

Tell the modern day Judas clique of the UNIPARTY and their Century 100 and China Class cronies to go to hell.

They are looking to destroy Canada for the sake of a few pieces of silver.

Mass immigration is a ponzi scheme.

Stellantis Bribe Likely to Exceed Volkswagen Boondoggle

Stellantis NV is likely to receive more in subsidies for a new electric-vehicle battery plant in Canada than the C$13 billion ($9.5 billion) Volkswagen AG extracted for a similar project, according to an expert who has crunched the numbers.

Stellantis and South Korean partner LG Energy Solution Ltd. announced the factory in Windsor, Ontario last year, but have halted construction while they negotiate more financial aid from Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s government. The companies are seeking the equivalent of what they would receive under the Inflation Reduction Act if they located the plant in the US.

Job creation tied to Windsor, Ont., Stellantis EV battery plant compared to ‘musical chairs’: prof

A Carleton University business professor is casting doubt on the number of jobs that will be added to Windsor’s economy by an electric vehicle battery factory.

Ian Lee says the country’s unemployment level is the lowest it’s been since the 1960s and calls the idea that Ontario is desperate to create new jobs as “nonsense,” adding the province is already seeing a critical shortage of workers.

Stellantis and LG Energy Solution will draw many of their employees from other plants that are already operating in the region, he says.

A message from the greedy lying bastards who want to destroy Canada …

Canada on track for 100 million immigrants but public support can’t be taken for granted: Century Initiative CEO

The chief executive of the Century Initiative says Canada “has reached the point of no return” when it comes to welcoming more immigrants, as its modelling shows Canada is on track to more than double its population to at least 100 million by the turn of the century.

But Lisa Lalande warned that existing high levels of public support for increasing immigration cannot be taken for granted.

“If public opinion shifts on immigration, policy will shift, and ultimately that will be detrimental to the future of the country,” she said in an interview.

StatCan report casts clouds on claims of a widespread labour shortage in Canada

OTTAWA – A new report is casting doubt on the idea that Canada is facing a widespread labour shortage and bolsters the arguments by some labour economists that high job vacancies aren’t due to a shortage of workers.

The Statistics Canada analysis finds there are no labour shortages for jobs that require high levels of education, suggesting other factors, such as a mismatch in skills and pay, might be to blame for a high number of empty positions.

Trudeau is a lying bastard shilling for the corporate class. Stupid, greedy and evil people run this country and they profit from the pain mass immigration inflicts on you and your family.

Stephen Harper thinks foreign interference is ‘far worse than we think’

China’s political interference in Canada is pervasive, and likely goes well beyond what has already come to light, former prime minister Stephen Harper is warning, calling for an end to what he calls “naive globalism.”

The Chinese government has sought to influence elections in Canada, channel money to curry political favour and seek vulnerabilities in politicians who have family living in China, according to secret intelligence documents reported by The Globe and Mail in recent months.

What else could be expected? Canada is a balkanized state of 5th Columns thanks to Multiculturalism which makes loyalty a one way street.

Canada’s billions to Volkswagen and Stellantis are irresponsible and inflationary

It’s easy to see what Volkswagen and Stellantis get out of the billions in subsidies that Canada is dangling in front of them for domestic battery plants. Such subsidies clearly improve the companies’ returns on investments enough to attract these electric-vehicle battery plants away from other jurisdictions such as the United States or Europe. It’s harder to see what the Canadian and Ontario governments get in return.
