Come and Take It: Canadians Aren’t Complying with New Gun Law

Well, good on ya, Canada. It seems the motto ‘come and take it’ isn’t unique to just Americans. Our neighbors to the north have a new gun law. It’s something that anti-gun liberals want here nationwide. All Canadians that owned firearms that have been included in the nation’s latest ban on so-called assault weapons must turn them over to authorities. The only problem is that they’re not doing it.

Unvaccinated workers who lose jobs ineligible for EI benefits, Liberal party says

Jobless Canadians who refuse to get vaccinated for COVID-19 could be shut out of unemployment benefits, warns Employment Minister Carla Qualtrough.

Speaking to Canadian Press, Qualtrough said as long as there’s a public health emergency, unvaccinated workers who lose hours or their job may not be eligible for employment insurance benefits.

Trudeau calls the unvaccinated racist and misogynistic extremists

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau told a Quebec television station people who do not get vaccinated against COVID-19 are often racist and misogynistic extremists.

But he said the people of Quebec are not the problem and questioned whether the rest of Canada needs to “tolerate” the unvaccinated.

Progressives are monsters.

Trudeau Liberals Exempt FIFA Fat Cats From All Taxes, Will Make You Pay Security Costs For World Cup In Latest Scam

Canada makes major guarantees, including tax exemptions to host FIFA 2026 games

OTTAWA — The Canadian government has signed onto tax breaks, security costs and eased travel rules in order to have the FIFA World Cup come to Canada in 2026.

Canada won a joint bid with the U.S. and Mexico for the 2026 event, which will see the majority of games played in the U.S., but 10 games will be played in Canada with Toronto and Edmonton the potential host cities. Montreal was a candidate city, but pulled out earlier this year over cost concerns.

All the usual palms will be greased.

Trudeau’s call for a ‘united front’ against the ChiCom Slave State is all about protecting the financial interests of Canada’s Quisling China Class

Canada calls for ‘united front’ against China

In an interview with Global News aired on Saturday, Trudeau said that Western countries must “do a better job of working together and standing strong so that China can’t… play the angles and divide us one against the other.”

“There’s been a bit of competition, amongst friends, because we are capitalist democracies… especially given the extraordinary economic opportunity of the rising Chinese middle class,” he said, all but admitting that economic benefits outweigh the West’s publicly stated concerns about China’s alleged human rights abuses and “coercive” behavior.

OpEd: Will Handgun Bans Prevent Violent Crime in Canada?

My short answer is NO. Not in the slightest.

The Trudeau government recently committed $1 billion to help the provinces and municipalities ban handguns. How on earth they believe that this tremendous chunk of taxpayer money is going to take handguns out of the hands of criminals who would do others harm, is completely mind-boggling to me.

Glavin: The demise of the Special Committee on Canada-China Relations is not a good look

It was one of Parliament’s only open windows into the Trudeau government’s secretive dealings with Xi Jinping’s regime in Beijing. It was one of the few vantage points available for Canadians to get a glimpse of the Chinese regime’s influence operations in Canada.

‘Ill-considered’ vaccine deal quashed by China cost Canadian taxpayers $250,000 for aborted study

China’s decision to effectively quash a deal for Canada to test and produce a Chinese-made COVID-19 vaccine cost the government more than a quarter-million dollars, newly released figures indicates.

The National Research Council (NRC) paid Dalhousie University $253,997 to conduct a clinical trial of the CanSino Biologics vaccine last year — though the trial had to be called off before any patients were actually treated, a disclosure document posted online says.

Tories boycott security committee over Trudeau refusal to release docs on fired ChiCom scientists

OTTAWA — Erin O’Toole is refusing to name Conservative members to the national security and intelligence committee of parliamentarians.

The Conservative leader pulled his party’s MPs from the committee last spring to protest the Liberal government’s refusal to hand over unredacted documents related to the firing of two scientists from Canada’s highest security laboratory.

Canada, allies must confront China challenge united after two Michaels: Trudeau

OTTAWA — Canada owes no debts to its allies, including the United States, for their help in standing up to China and bringing the Meng Wanzhou-two Michaels affair to a close, says Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

Canada and the U.S. resolved the nearly three-year standoff with China by holding firm to their shared belief in the “rules-based” international order, and that united approach will be key to confronting the challenges posed by China in the future, Trudeau said in a year-end interview with the Ottawa bureau of The Canadian Press.

Trudeau Creates 3rd World-Dominated Immigration Committee

A recently established standing committee oversees matters relating to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB).

The committee is made up of elected Members of Parliament from each recognized political party. In Canada, a party is only recognized if there are 12 or more members in the House of Commons.

The 12-person committee is 25% Anglophone. Statistics Canada’s most recent study(2016) tell us that 68% of our population is comprised of Anglophones.

The irony arrives in no-uncertain terms. In any situation where “racialized” Canadians are under-represented, multicultural advocates scream for equal representation. In all cases of over-representation, “equality advocates” are silent as the lambs.

Liberals’ Decision on Huawei Still Pending, While Reports Mount on Telecom Giant’s Alleged Spying Activities

It’s been more than two months since Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said his government will announce “in the coming weeks” its decision on whether to ban Chinese telecom giant Huawei from Canada’s 5G network. But as Ottawa drags its feet on a decision, reports on Huawei’s alleged espionage activities continue to mount.

Margaret McCuaig-Johnston, senior fellow at the University of Ottawa’s graduate school of public and international affairs, says the decision to ban Huawei is a no-brainer, considering the “overwhelming evidence” that Huawei equipment has been used to spy for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) around the world.
