Sweden To Review Refugee Status for Migrants Vacationing in Countries They Fled From

The Swedish government has given its migration agency an expanded mandate to collaborate with police and embassies on new procedures for tracking and investigating asylum seekers’ travel to their countries of origin. The initiative aims to make the process more efficient by improving information sharing between agencies. The agencies have been asked to deliver a joint report by July 1, 2025.

A Novus survey for the news magazine Bulletin in 2022 found that 79% of immigrants who came to Sweden as refugees have at least once traveled back to their country of origin for a vacation.

B.C. premier says feds and provinces have right-left strategy to tackle Trump tariff threat

British Columbia Premier David Eby says his fellow premiers and the federal government have hatched a game plan to fight U.S. tariffs, with conservative premiers lobbying Republican counterparts, left-leaning provincial leaders courting the Democrats, and Ottawa focusing on president-elect Donald Trump.

Seriously, can someone explain to me why everyone is so adverse to protecting the US-Canadian border and is focused on combating tariffs?

Teachers say immigrants not to blame as Quebec links teacher shortage to newcomers

Quebec’s school year started on a familiar note: thousands of teaching spots were unfilled, and the provincial government had to defend itself for its failure to solve the problem.

But as politicians continue to point to immigration — a common justification for the province’s ills — as the main culprit, education experts say newcomers are not the underlying cause of the widespread teacher shortages.

New York City Exempts Some Illegal Aliens From School Vaccine Requirements

According to the program, migrant students will receive backpacks full of supplies, mental health counseling, and enrollment assistance as they choose which schools to attend. These families will also have access to shelters and lodging, and the city will prioritize school bus “routing for all students in temporary housing.” The city also says it will coordinate with its Department of Youth & Community Development “to prioritize after-school enrollment for students/ families impacted communities.”

Under the “Vaccinations” section, the plan stated that the government will “link these families to [Federally Qualified Health Clinics] and health centers not just for immunizations but also for on-going pediatric care.”

The city advised families, “As a reminder, students in temporary housing are excluded from immunization requirements as part of their right to immediate enrollment.”

Did The Government Of Canada Create An Aging Population On Purpose?

Canada’s aging population. It’s a story well-told within Canadian media.

“We need giant immigration quotas to offset our aging population. Our elderly workforce means that mass immigration is the ultimate solution for our demographic shortcomings.”

CAP wonder how many Canadians have considered the following:

Demography is a long-term business. Statistics Canada specialize in tracking these trends from decade-to-decade. Meaning that if the government wished to do so, they could stimulate birth rates based on future need.

They didn’t do it. Neither the Liberals, nor the Conservatives, implemented a program to encourage Canadian births during the years previous to government rationalization for the highest immigration quotas on earth.

Biden Regime Beginning Program To Give Amnesty-Lite To Illegal Aliens

The Biden Regime has announced another amnesty program for illegal aliens; likely this is the start of a full amnesty for all illegal aliens. This new amnesty involves issuing an identification card, first to all illegal aliens currently in removal proceedings, but the intent is clear that eventually all illegal aliens will be issued this amnesty-lite card. The program appears to be based on the Deferred Action For Childhood Arrivals (DACA), amnesty where a subset of illegal aliens was just given an amnesty-lite status: employment authorization, protection from deportation, ability to travel on commercial aircraft, and the ability to access all the breeder government documents necessary to remain in the United States equivalent to being a Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR). The only thing missing will be a real legal status in the United States. Like DACA, the plan is to make it a fait accompli, and dare the Republicans to end the program after the mid-term elections. Under DACA, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) used the vehicle of Form I-765, Employment Authorization Document (EAD), as the basis for the amnesty. As with Form I-765, an alien receives authorization to work, and de facto welfare, access to commercial aviation, state driver’s licenses, Social Security cards, and other government benefits. It is the functional equivalent of a green card.
