When Fascism Comes To America, It Will Look Like Justin Trudeau’s Canada

Trudeau’s dangerous not just because he’s abusing Canadians, but because he is providing the wish list for crackdowns by Democrats in the U.S.: “every single bank, credit union, investment broker and insurance provider in the country has been deputized to figure out if they have a blockader as a client, and to immediately freeze their accounts if so.”

MPs to vote tonight on Liberals’ decision to invoke Emergencies Act for blockades

Designating no go zones within Canada’s capital, ensuring tow trucks were available to remove vehicles from city streets and stopping the flow of money and goods keeping anti-government demonstrators fed and fuelled are all clear ways the Emergencies Act helped end the Ottawa blockades, Public Safety Minister Marco Mendicino said on Sunday ahead of a House of Commons vote on the controversial measure.

Conservatives, however, are highly critical of the government move and some are pushing the Liberals to revoke the act now that blockades that effectively shut the city down for more than three weeks appear to be over.

Conservative senator MacDonald derides Ottawa residents in video

A Conservative senator from Nova Scotia was seen on a video deriding the response of people who live in Ottawa to recent protests, saying he’s sick of their entitlement and “six-figure salaries and 20-hour work weeks.”

In the video recorded near Parliament Hill, Sen. Michael MacDonald expressed support for the protesters who occupied Ottawa for more than three weeks.

Barbara Kay: Trudeau’s hypocrisy regarding foreign funding should be evident to all

One American commentator observed that even amongst Canadians famed for “niceness,” truly absurd restrictions on freedom will create pushback.

He saw a pivotal symbolic moment in the refusal of citizens to obey the ban on taking fuel and other supplies to the truckers in the face of a police crackdown, describing it as perhaps “the greatest act of civil disobedience in (Canadian) history.”

Your Afternoon Musical Interlude

The protest song edition:

For those who held the line:

I’ve been saving this song for when Justin is deposed or before he mishandles some cutlery and asks the fatal question: “Why can’t Mr. Fork and Mr. Electrical Outlet be friends and shake hands?”:

Majority have lost faith in Canada’s ability to keep peace and order in wake of trucker protests: poll

Just over half of Canadians believe the country is ‘beyond broken’

After weeks of protests snarling downtown Ottawa and blockading border crossings, nearly two-thirds of Canadians have lost faith in the ability of the country to maintain peace, order and good government and 53 per cent have lost faith in the enforcement of the law, according to a new poll.

WARMINGTON: Police horses trample demonstrators at Freedom Convoy protest in Ottawa

Turns out the lasting image of the Freedom Convoy protest at Parliament Hill will not be bouncy castles but that of a woman with a walker being trampled by a police horse.

The violence the Prime Minister has expressed concern about during the three-week protest in Ottawa didn’t unfold until Justin Trudeau’s Emergencies Act police army was sent in to disperse the crowd.

The three major incidents Friday, under a form of martial law, were grotesque.

House of Commons sitting cancelled as police ready action on protesters in Ottawa

OTTAWA — The House of Commons will not sit Friday to debate emergency measures the government has brought in to deal with the protest just outside its doors that is entering its fourth week.

A note from Speaker Anthony Rota says the sitting is cancelled because of a police operation expected to take place by Parliament Hill and other locations around Ottawa’s downtown core.

The note goes on to say that anyone not in the parliamentary precinct should stay away from the core until further notice.

Increased police presence in downtown Ottawa after convoy protesters warned to leave

Boy does this sound familiar: Winnipeg General Strike 1919. The Citizens’ Committee of 1,000 quickly formed to organize opposition to the strike. It included Winnipeg’s most influential business leaders and politicians. This committee did not seriously consider the strikers’ demands. It called the strike a revolutionary plot led by a small group of “alien scum.” Winnipeg’s leading newspapers took this view, too. In reality, there was little evidence that the strike was started by Bolsheviks and immigrants from eastern Europe. But the Citizens’ Committee used these unproven charges to block any efforts to appease workers.

New fencing has been erected on the Parliament Hill side of Wellington Street, right next to where ‘Freedom Convoy’ demonstrators have been camped out for three weeks.

It’s the latest sign that police action to break up the downtown Ottawa occupation could be imminent. On Wednesday, police handed out notices to demonstrators warning them to leave the area or face arrest.

Groups of Ottawa police officers could be seen arriving downtown Thursday morning in the vicinity of the protest red zone.

Squad member Ilhan Omar rebukes Trudeauscu regime media for doxxing Ottawa cafe owner who donated to Freedom Convoy on GiveSendGo

Ilhan and fellow traveler Justin are usually on the same page on most issues.

Minnesota Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar has come out defending an Ottawa shop owner who made a donation to the Freedom Convoy in Canada.

Omar said journalists should not be reporting and publicizing the names of people who made ‘insignificant’ donations.

Omar tweeted in response to a newspaper editor from the Ottawa Citizen who had shared a report about Stella Luna Gelato Cafe in Ottawa, which was forced to close down after receiving continual threats.

RCMP identify dozens of financial, crypto accounts tied to convoy protests

… A letter sent to banks names fewer than 20 people the national police service has identified as being involved in illegal acts related to the demonstrations, according to a source who has reviewed the document. It describes the RCMP’s “first disclosure of information” to financial institutions and includes pictures and summaries with details about the people, some of whom are identified as main organizers of the protests.

The Globe and Mail is not identifying the source because they are not authorized to discuss correspondence with the RCMP.

A separate letter to several cryptocurrency exchanges obtained by The Globe notes that the RCMP and the Ontario Provincial Police are investigating cryptocurrency donations in relation to illegal acts falling under the scope of the Emergencies Act.

FUREY: Legal voices have big concerns with what Trudeau has done

There is no downplaying the magnitude of the decision made by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to invoke the Emergencies Act.

That includes transactions exceeding $10,000,and those suspected to be tied to money laundering or terrorist activity.

But the details of how the new rules will apply to cryptocurrencies weren’t available Tuesday evening, a day after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced the government would invoke the Emergencies Act to shut down protests against COVID-19 mandates that have blocked streets in downtown Ottawa and border crossings to the U.S.

Police will soon establish ‘no-go’ zones in Ottawa’s downtown core, minister says

Public Safety Minister Marco Mendicino sought to assure Ottawa residents Tuesday that the chaos in their city will soon end as local law enforcement, bolstered by the RCMP, works around the clock to restore order.

Empowered by the federal government’s move to invoke the Emergencies Act, police will soon establish “no-go” zones in the city’s downtown core to control unruly crowds associated with the anti-vaccine mandate convoy protest, the minister said. People who defy orders to leave, he added, will face fines or jail time, or both.

If Canada had a loyal opposition they would stand with the Truckers.

But we get what we deserve and what we have is a corrupt permanent political class and a scared one at that.

Parliament is overrun by lifestyle politicians aided by an ever expanding predatory “public service” whose goal is our financial and spiritual impoverishment.

Their bought media and minions are gleefully ratting out our fellow citizens for the crime of peaceably protesting.

They are threatening protesters with financial ruin, even jail.

So like Trudeauscu’s beloved Cuba and Uncle Fidel’s Block-Watchers.

We are not far at all from criminalizing dissent as a psychiatric disorder.

And don’t we all look forward to Junior’s internet censorship legislation.

No one in good conscience can ever vote for a mainstream party again.

We are a shithole nation.

Because we let them.

Trudeauscu’s Liberal Party and their Corporate cronies intend to flood Canada with 1.3 million bodies over 3 years

Canada wants to welcome 1.3 million newcomers over three years — but can its immigration system keep up?

Canada Trudeauscu’ handlers plan to welcome more than 1.3 million new immigrants to the country over the next three years to help its economy recover from COVID-19 and to drive future growth.

Immigration Minister Sean Fraser’s multi-year immigration-levels plan was announced Monday.

“If we’re not ready to significantly increase our ambition when it comes to immigration, we are going to be in a position where our economy will suffer, and it could put into jeopardy so many of the public services and social supports that make me very proud to be Canadian,” Fraser said.

But the plan comes amid calls from critics for the federal government to first reduce the ballooning backlog of 1.8 million applications piling up in the system as a result of slowed processing capacity during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mass immigration does not benefit Canadians. It benefits Trudeau’s handlers.

Hey let’s make that housing shortage even worse! See how it works? You pay and pay and pay while Trudeau’s crony capitalists get rich.

Average Canadian home price hit $748,450 in January, up 21% in past year

The association says actual sales in January totalled 33,166, down 10.7 per cent from 37,137 in January 2021.

Media ‘Predictably Silent’ on Communist Flags Carried at Pro-Lockdown Protests: Jason Kenney

Alberta Premier Jason Kenney says the “media has been predictably silent” on the display of communist signs at pro-lockdown counter-protests in Ottawa, drawing a contrast to the wide condemnation of Nazi symbols that appeared in isolated incidents during the trucker protests, which Kenney said he had called on convoy organizers to disassociate themselves with.

“Two weeks ago I called on convoy organizers to disassociate themselves from symbols of hatred displayed by a small number of people. They did so,” Kenney wrote in a post on Twitter on Feb. 12.

“Today pro-lockdown counter protestors displayed Communist flags & signs in Ottawa, but the media has been predictably silent about it.”

No one should need reminding that Communism is the ideology behind the largest mass slaughters of the 20th century.

No one should need reminding that the chattering class routinely lies.

Bottom line: The membership of Canada’s public service union predator class in Ottawa are distressed at coming face to face with the proles they financially rape to sustain their privileged lifestyles. That’s the reason for invoking the “Emergencies Act.” They would have you disappeared if they could.
