The federal Liberals are promising legal protection for businesses asking for proof of COVID-19 vaccination from staff and customers.
Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau discussed the platform promise and other proposed supports for businesses and workers at a Labour Day campaign stop in Welland, Ont.
He says his party will table legislation if re-elected that will ensure organizations can require immunization without fear of legal challenges.

The first time I heard about ivermectin was from my doctor early on in the Era of Covid-hysteria. Of course, the experts weren’t to be believed. Donald Trump’s Manhattan Project approach to getting a vaccine developed in record time bore fruit. Pfizer had the first vaccine ready to go before the 2020 election, but selflessly waited until just after the election to make the announcement. They, and the other drug companies in on Operation Warp Speed, have been playing the opening bars of Pink Floyd’s song ‘Money’ nonstop at corporate headquarters ever since. Everyone must be vaccinated, twice (plus boosters) at government (i.e. taxpayer) expense immediately and forever.
Federal employees who do not comply with vaccine mandates “will face consequences,” Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has warned, exercising political muscle and flagrantly backtracking on his original promise that Canadians could make up their own minds about whether to take the Covid-19 injections. So far, the threat against the unvaccinated has not provoked the depth of backlash we’ve seen in countries such as France and Greece. But the risk of “consequences” applies equally to the public at large, as Dr. Denis Rancourt of the Ontario Civil Liberties Association makes clear in his compelling A Letter to the Vaccinated, following upon his earlier A Letter to the Unvaccinated.
The first letter, reviewed in an earlier article for The Epoch Times, presented a premonitory overview of government COVID policy.
A shocking story claimed that an Oklahoma hospital had to turn away gunshot victims because so many people had overdosed on “horse dewormer” in a bid to treat Covid-19 themselves. The sensation was destroyed by lack of proof.
As it turns out, the story was horse s**t from top to bottom. When podcast host Joe Rogan announced he was treating his own case of Covid-19 with a cocktail of medications including ivermectin, the establishment commentariat went into overdrive, describing the drug – a Nobel Prize-winning anti-parasitic widely used around the world – as a dangerous substance used in the treatment of livestock.

Several hundred people rallied in downtown Toronto on Saturday to voice their opposition to the vaccine mandates rolled out in Ontario this week.
The crowd set off from Queen’s Park and marched through downtown to protest the new proof-of-vaccination certificates announced by Ontario Premier Doug Ford on Sept. 1. People will need to provide proof of vaccination along with photo ID to access non-essential services such as restaurants, bars, gyms, and other indoor facilities starting Sept. 22.

Ontario reports 811 new COVID-19 cases; 3 additional deaths
Ontario reported 811 new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday along with three new deaths, as the province’s known active caseload hit its highest point since early June.
Ontario reported 944 new cases on Saturday and 805 on Friday.

At a mobile vaccine clinic at their Thorncliffe Park apartment tower Wednesday, a young couple told community workers they’d been worried about long-term side effects of the COVID-19 vaccine.
But then they heard news reports that it was going to become mandatory to do many things in Ontario. They decided they might as well roll up their sleeves.
Hours before the official announcement, the new provincial vaccine policy had already changed their minds.
Generally when Americans see what is happening in other countries, if they even do become aware of it, they take note and then move on, as we all have our own more local concerns to worry about.
When it comes to certain issues though, we see how liberals in America try their hardest to mimic the most radical liberal ideas and actions as possible.
Parents and students are fed up with draconian orders being shoved down their throats and now they are organizing a national school walkout.

A handful of provinces have introduced COVID-19 vaccine passports in the midst of a federal election, which means unvaccinated individuals could be prevented from fully engaging in our democracy.
It’s a feature not a bug.
Never ending booster shots are being introduced in Israel, where citizens must either accept the injection or have their vaccine passport revoked.

Alberta Premier Jason Kenney, Health Minister Tyler Shandro, and Chief Medical Officer just a few weeks ago were absolutely right when they explained that we need to learn to live with COVID-19 and that the goal some tout to have zero COVID is unrealistic. Regardless, in politics, people rarely stay on the right side of an issue for long, so Kenney has dropped Albertans back into a mask-mandate and the Alberta government is now offering unvaccinated people $100 to get vaccinated.
Opinions are sharply divided on party lines. A majority of Republicans, 53 percent, believe public health officials are lying, compared to 26 percent of Democrats and 35 percent of independent voters who say the same.
Denmark, a country whose approach earlier in the Covid pandemic was thought of as the opposite of Sweden, with early border restrictions and school closures, has now overtaken its neighbour as the most restriction-free country in Scandinavia.
