On the Korean Peninsula

How did this fly under the radar?:

What has happened to Kim Yo Jong, the North Korean leader’s influential sister?

That is a question many who watch the cloistered, nuclear-armed country are wondering after she failed to appear in absolute leader Kim Jong Un’s newly released lineup for the country’s powerful Politburo in recent days.

Some say Kim Jong Un may have demoted his sister over general policy failures. Others, however, believe he could be worried about her rapid rise and increasingly high profile as he tries to bolster his domestic authority in the face of growing economic challenges.

In June last year, North Korea launched storm corps (11th corps) and 7th Corps in the north-central border area, and in August it warned that “personnel and beasts entering and invading buffer zones are shot without notice” through a social safety statement.

As such, the North Korean authorities used various measures to prevent the epidemic from infecting the country last year, including actual shootings while using military forces to prevent it from infecting the epidemic.

This continues into the new year. On January 2, residents were captured shooting at a bird flying from China by soldiers in Bocheon County, Yanggang. In particular, there was also a “drama” in which soldiers were killed in the shooting of soldiers who searched the border in search of food.

“Now we’re forcing the people to kill the beast,” the source said, noting that “it’s also inducing a kind of spread of fear that a cat coming from China could be buried with a coronavirus (virus).”

More and more residents are displaying their anger at the unknown ‘singing’ instructions.

“It’s not about killing a cat on the plate where people shoot and kill people,” he says, “it’s not too barbaric instruction.”

Trudeau Is An Ugly Liar

Prove me wrong:

Trudeau was asked why Canadians could travel out of the country to tropical all-inclusive vacations, while children are being fined for playing hockey on an outdoor rink.

“There are rules in different part of the country that apply differently, and different jurisdictions will set up the rules they think are best based on the best advice from public health officials,” said Trudeau.

“We have strongly discouraged non-essential international travel, including by imposing mandatory quarantine to anyone returning to Canada, and now mandatory testing before they get on a plane to come back to Canada,” said the prime minister. …

On Wednesday, Bloc Quebecois leader Yves Francois Blanchet questioned newly-appointed Transport Minister Omar Alghabra’s ties with what he called “the political Islamic movement.”

Blanchet said that “questions arise” due to Alghabra’s role as the former head of the Canadian Arab Federation.

“I was absolutely floored,” said Trudeau. “Carefully coded questions, particularly this week when we just lived through last week, what happens when leaders don’t take care of the words they do, and play these dangerous words around intolerance and hate.”

“That kind of political pandering to the worst elements and to fears and anxieties has no place in Canada,” said Trudeau.

In order for the F@g to be a traitor, he would have had some allegiance to Canada in the first place. As usual, he is divisive and petty like a teen-aged high-school queen.

Ontario has a stay-at-home order, so why are 5 movies filming in Hamilton?

While the Ontario government has asked the public to stay home and only leave when it is essential, it has also approved production crews to film movies in Hamilton.

A team of roughly 60 people in Ancaster is filming Loving Christmas, according to the city. It adds there are four other movies being filmed in Hamilton, but the city wouldn’t disclose any more information about them.

When 29-year-old Daniel Norwood saw the Ancaster crew working in front of the old town hall on Thursday morning, he says he had questions. He also says other locals are confused.

I can see the Cinespace parking lot from my balcony it’s always busy. This is an evil act of hypocrisy, a government letting the well connected off the hook while the little people face bankruptcy and eviction.

Solving the Vaccine Crisis

Solving the Vaccine Crisis

Americans are desperate to get vaccinated against COVID. Deaths are soaring, and new strains of the virus, including the UK strain and a newly discovered US strain reported for the first time last week, are reported to be even more contagious. Doctors are warning that as the virus becomes more infectious, even a trip to the supermarket with a mask is risky. Survival hinges on getting vaccinated.

Yet only a third of the vaccine doses shipped to the states by the federal government are actually making it into people’s arms. The public hears they may have to wait months. That is unacceptable.

Ontario seniors ‘living in fear’ of COVID-19 feel forgotten in vaccine rollout plan

When the first COVID-19 vaccine was approved in Canada, Ketty Samel and her 76-year-old husband Morris believed the end to the long months of isolation was in sight. Since last March, the Thornhill, Ont., couple has been hunkering down in their home.

“We’re living in fear. For me to go to a grocery store right now, I’m in a total sweat. I’m stressed, I walk in and I walk out. I grab whatever I need off the shelves and that’s it.”

Under Ontario’s vaccination rollout plan, Samel, 71, and her husband will be vaccinated in Phase 2 — a phase that could begin as early as March, according to government officials, and will continue through to July. It’s a tiered system by age groups, starting with those 80 years of age or older, then decreasing by five-year increments.

The comments are running from charges of fear porn by the CBC to blame Trudeau and even Harper?!!?

My 95 year Mum has been in hospital since before Christmas, never infected she has yet to be vaccinated despite being held in two weeks of isolation twice because of pandemic outbreaks at the hospitals. She’s in more danger there than at home.

The New York Times is Now Weirdly Pushing The Idea of Wearing 2 Masks at Once to Combat COVID

Most of us are old enough to remember back to March 2020, less than a year ago. That was a month in which multiple health officials, including U.S. Surgeon General Jerome Adams, advised against wearing masks to stop the spread of the coronavirus.

“It actually does not help, it’s not been proven to be effective in preventing spread of coronavirus amongst the general public,” Adams said of mask-wearing in an interview with Fox News.

CBS’ Catherine Herridge Drops Some Troubling Previously Unknown Info About Coronavirus

There has been a lot of speculation over time about the origin of the Wuhan coronavirus.

Obviously, it originated out of Wuhan and China was responsible for hiding from the world its true nature and spreading it to the rest of the world.

But now CBS’ Catherine Herridge is dropping some intriguing information from the U.S. State Department. They’ve come out with a fact sheet with previously unknown facts about the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Gripping ’09 Documentary Featuring Fauci, Redfield, & Other Now-Familiar Faces Inadvertently Sheds Some Very Interesting Light on COVID-19

Sometime in the early 2000s, a young Canadian filmmaker by the name of Brent Leung found himself struck by a number of facts:

The media and education establishment had instilled an obsessive fear of HIV and AIDS—not just in him—but in his entire generation.

He didn’t have a clue about the difference between HIV and AIDS or even whether there was one or, for that matter, what either is even precisely supposed to be.

Neither did virtually anyone else.

It is, of course, very unlikely that Monsieur Leung was the first to recognize this all-too-common gap between the general public’s certainty about some topic and their paucity of any actual knowledge that might warrant it.

Be that as it may, Leung’s proactive response to his befuddlement certainly was unique.

He went to the trouble of contacting all the major experts on HIV and AIDS and somehow got every single one of them to appear on camera as he asked the most basic questions about what those two acronyms represent and the relation between them.

The result of Leung’s dogged determination to get to the bottom of this disease he’d been taught to obsessively fear is about the most fascinating, can’t-stop-watching-even-if-you-want-to, 90-minutes of video that you’re likely to encounter.

That would be so even if the massive worldwide upheaval we experienced in 2020 had been nothing more than an awful bad dream.

But, of course, it was, sadly, all too real.

As such, Brett Lueng’s documentary—though released way back in 2009— winds up inadvertently shining a very different and interesting light on the obsessive fear of COVID-19 that overcame the world in 2020.

Ice Cream From China Contaminated With CCP Virus: Officials

Officials in a Chinese municipality said that three samples of ice cream tested positive for the CCP virus, and thousands of boxes were confiscated, according to state-run media.

Storage of the ice cream, produced by Tianjin Daqiaodao Food Co., was sealed after samples sent by the firm to a local disease control center last week tested positive for the virus.

Officials said that the company’s more than 1,662 workers were placed under quarantine due to the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus—also known as the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19.

Stop Quebec’s ineffective lockdown now

In Quebec, our government has issued orders shutting down the province for a month, complete with an 8 pm curfew and a ban on religious services, in response to an entirely predictable seasonal surge of the coronavirus, which emerged from Wuhan, China, about one year ago. Premier Legault has offered no cost/benefit analysis and no moral justification that can stand the least scrutiny. He merely repeats the refrain of equally irresponsible medical experts who claim that this will somehow rescue us from an impending disaster by stemming the winter wave of COVID transmissions. It will do no such thing. What it will do is cause still more serious harm to people deprived of their incomes and of their support communities, to say nothing of their constitutional rights and freedoms.
