St Augustine portrayed as black in children’s book

St Augustine has been pictured as a black man in a children’s book written by Church of England officials.

The 4th-century saint, one of the most revered and influential figures in the history of Christianity, has been included in a new book called Heroes of Hope, which features illustrations that show him as a black man.

This book seeks to inspire children with examples of “Black and brown saints, often erased and whitewashed from history, who formed the church and therefore modern society as we know it today”.

Gill twins, mother charged with fraud over Inuit ancestry claims

The Iqaluit RCMP have charged Amira and Nadya Gill as well as their mother, Karima Manji, with two counts of fraud after they allegedly falsely claimed to have Inuit ancestry.

The Ontario twins made headlines earlier this year after Nunatsiaq News reported that Nunavut Tunngavik Inc. — the organization in Nunavut that, among other things, checks claims of Inuit ancestry — was investigating allegations of fraud.

Although cancel culture clowns have done their best to personify a woke Wayback Machine that sifts through people’s pasts, making bigotry accusations and blackface scandals almost ubiquitous now, true “racism” is a serious allegation. So when somebody exposes entertainment as a “minstrel show” that’s “kind of like blackface,” we shouldn’t take it lightly.
