CBC To Spend Even More Of Your Taxpayer Dollars On ‘Diversity’ Quotas

CBC and the whole federal government are already obsessed with quotas.

Whether based on race, orientation, gender, or language, quotas are everywhere.

The only thing that seems absent from this whole thing is the idea of merit, hiring the best person regardless of their background.

That’s long gone from the federal government.
And now, CBC is going to spend even more of your taxpayer dollars on quota-based programming.

The CRTC has ruled that starting in 2023, CBC must spend at least 30% of their overall English-language expenditures on programming created by a list of groups dictated by the government.

Far from promoting racial cohesion, hyper-political HR activists have normalised racism in the workplace

Many black people will attest that it isn’t unusual to fall prey to “well-meaning” assumptions about our supposed “victimhood”. There are those, usually on the Left, who think that we ethnic minorities are always suffering and that we therefore require their support and counsel, whether we know it or not.

That is what seems to have happened at the broadcaster Sky, where a diversity officer told a colleague of Latina heritage that she must have been “oppressed”. The colleague rightly objected and she later won a claim of race discrimination at an employment tribunal for the comments.

A diversity officer racially discriminated against a mixed race colleague at broadcaster Sky by telling her she must have been “oppressed” because of her Latina heritage, an employment tribunal has ruled.

Jane Bradbury was left “distressed” after Rosemary Cook made the remark as she prepared to deliver a presentation about racism in the wake of the murder of George Floyd and emergence of the Black Lives Matter movement.

Brothers Keeper gangster shot to death in Whistler

The brother of a gangster shot dead in Vancouver’s Coal Harbour was gunned down outside a Whistler hotel Sunday.

Gruesome video of Brothers Keepers gangster Meninder Dhaliwal, 29, and a second man lying face down began circulating shortly after the midday shooting in a busy commercial area in Whistler.

Sources confirmed that Dhaliwal, whose brother Harb was killed in Vancouver last year, died from his injuries. The condition and identity of the second victim has not been confirmed.

Toronto police still trying to identify man after ‘random’ assault at Kipling Station

Toronto police have released fresh images following an alleged “random” attack on a woman at Toronto’s Kipling Subway Station.

Police said officers responded to an assault at the station, which is located in the Dundas Street and Kipling Avenue area, around 11:15 a.m. on Thursday.

A man assaulted an 85-year-old woman and the victim was taken to hospital to be treated for her injuries, police said.

Nadeau-Dubois was immediately accused of being a “multiculturalist.”

60 yr old woman knocked unconscious after another apparent random attack at Toronto transit’s Kipling station

Police are investigating after a woman was knocked unconscious following an apparent random attack at a Toronto transit station.

It happened at around 11:15 a.m. at Kipling Station.

Police say that the victim, who is believed to be in her 60s, was walking through the transit station when she was approached by the suspect at random.

The suspect was last seen in the station and it is unclear whether he boarded a bus or subway.

He is described as a black man in his mid 30s. He was wearing a black shirt, black pants and a black toque.

“Shabbat Shalom bitches.” – Pro-Palestinians, pro-Israelis clash on Canada Day at kosher stores

Canadian supporters of Israel and the Palestinians clashed in the Thornhill suburb of Toronto on Friday in front of a shopping plaza with mainly Kosher stores.

According to Melissa Lantsman, a member of Parliament representing Thornhill, pro-Palestinian protesters had gathered at the plaza and harassed Jewish shoppers. Video shared by the MP showed protesters waving Israeli flags and chanting slogans in front of the shops.

… One video shared by the NGO Stop Antisemitism showed pro-Palestinian protesters shouting, “Shabbat shalom b*****s.”

“Shabbat Shalom bitches.” Well that’s a new one.

As I remarked in my earlier post Islamist hate is no longer imported it’s now homegrown.

These charming “anti-zionists” are likely 2nd perhaps even 3rd generation Mohammedans.

They aren’t indoctrinated in secret or by accident.

They did not pick it up in a schoolyard, in an alley or haphazardly on the internet.

Wearing masks obviously didn’t shield them from Islam’s inherent anti-Semitism.

They swim in it. It’s the air they breathe.

Family, community, Mosque. Our so called institutions of higher learning.

This will not end well.

Europe is the petri-dish we need to be watching.

In general it isn’t 1st generation Muslim immigrants who become terrorists. It is the 2nd and 3rd generations.

Europe’s experience is our future and a warning that will likely go unheeded.

Diversity strikes again … and it shouldn’t be a surprise

For Canada day a bunch of Pallies decided to share their views on Israel at a Thornhill strip-mall populated in part by Jewish owned businesses.

CPC MP Melissa Lantsman posted the first two videos below, an “Arab” voice posted the 3rd.

How is it possible to support mass immigration from Muslim states and not expect the Israel-Islam conflict to be played out in our streets?

During the decade following 911 both the LPC and CPC colluded to double the Islamist population in Canada from 500K to 1 Million roughly. Bear in mind that Harper was in power for most of that period.

That number has only increased.

Do our politicians and bureaucrats assume our magic Canadian soil will nullify the supremacist nature of Islam?

The protesters in the video are probably born in Canada and that means they have been indoctrinated here in the land of peace, order and good government to hate Israel, Jews and the rest of us in general.

Their hate is no longer imported, it has taken root here.

Is our political class even aware of what Islamists are doing to Europe? In cities across that continent the authorities have lost control of their streets and Muslim enclaves now form parallel societies.

What lays behind this seeming ignorance? Are they stupid? Evil? Or both?

Surely they can’t claim to live such busy & or sheltered lives that the goings on in Europe escaped their attention.

They certainly aren’t naïve. Naivete implies innocence and I’m not buying that for a minute.

Any politician who expresses “shocked surprise” over such incidents is lying and unfit to govern.

Sadly we will have to get used to it my fellow Canadians. We are following Europe’s path and it never gets better.

Legault says he’s against multiculturalism because ‘it’s important to have culture where we integrate’

Ahead of Fête nationale celebrations this week, Premier François Legault said he’s against the idea of multiculturalism, saying it is a threat to the French language and Quebec culture.

“It’s important that we don’t put all cultures on the same level; that’s why we oppose multiculturalism,” Legault told reporters Thursday. “We prefer to concentrate on what we call interculturalism, where we have one culture, the Quebec culture, and we try to integrate newcomers. I think new people coming to Quebec add to our culture, but it’s important to have culture where we integrate, especially to our language.”

Makes sense. Rare for a Canadian politician.

The diversity industry is bad for business

The more woke a company is, the fewer minorities want to work there.

‘A more diverse business is a more successful business.’ This has been the mantra of HR managers, business-school professors, CEOs and the Wall Street Journal for several decades now. The ‘business case for diversity’ is that companies whose staff represent a range of different identities are more profitable than those that employ only old white men. In other words, it makes financial sense for businesses to get on board with equality, diversity and inclusivity initiatives.

Timothy Caulfield has spent the pandemic battling bunk science and lies.

The course of COVID-19 has seen more Canadians spiral into the realm of conspiracy theories and it’s kept the misinformation expert busy.

So busy, he says, he felt he didn’t have time to really delve into one, particular conspiracy theory that was gaining traction: the racist lie that there is a co-ordinated effort to replace white people with immigrants, in what is known as the Great Replacement theory.

You know they’re running scared when ham-fisted efforts to label anyone who questions immigration policy as a “far-right” racist start turning up. The goal, plain and simple, is to stifle debate and even criminalize dissent. 

Sorry Star but the jig is up. Multiculturalism and Diversity are widely and correctly viewed as toxic lies used to justify a Mass Immigration policy that is designed to sate corporate greed and buy votes for our vile political class. It sure as hell isn’t designed to benefit citizens.

Besides it’s not a conspiracy if it’s true. 

Opinion: Canada replacing its population a case of wilful ignorance, greed, excess political correctness

According to University of London professor Eric Kaufmann, almost seven out of 10 Vancouver residents will be “visible minorities” within two generations and 80 per cent of the Canadian population (compared to 20 per cent today) will be non-white in less than century.

Kaufmann notes that, with its continuing high immigration intake and the fact that four out of five newcomers are visible minorities, Canada is undergoing the fastest rate of ethnic change of any country in the Western world.

Questions must be asked about why such drastic population replacement is taking place and who is benefiting from it.

While Canada has been helped by large-scale immigration at various times in its history, the current high intake causes more problems than benefits for our current population. Our economy grows because of the increasing population, but the average Canadian gets a smaller piece of the bigger pie. The cost is huge — with latest estimates indicating taxpayers have to underwrite recent arrivals to the tune of around $30 billion annually. Young people in large cities such as Vancouver and Toronto are being crowded out of the housing market by sky-high prices caused largely by the ceaseless flow of new arrivals, and the quality of life of most residents is negatively effected by increased traffic and commute times, along with congestion and pressure on the health care and education systems.
