Why the Trump-McGregor love-in terrifies the elites

It was a ‘dismal’ sight, cried the Irish Times. It was ‘beyond distressing’. It was ‘enough to curdle many a pint of stout’. ‘The shamrock bowl lies wilting’, the paper wailed, like one of those be-shawled auld women who once stalked the lanes of Ireland issuing dark prophecies to all and sundry. What has happened to stir up such fright and foreboding at Ireland’s newspaper of record? Have the Brits returned? Is a new potato blight afoot? Are the Magdalene laundries reopening? Nope – Conor McGregor went to the White House.

The Real Reason the Elites Were So Taken Aback by Taylor Swift Getting Booed

Like all of you, I was amused by the sight of Taylor Swift getting booed at the Super Bowl. I thought it was a nice little jab at the Establishment, i.e. the little people telling the self-declared elitists that they’re not as popular as their sycophantic groupies tell them they are. It was peaceful and harmless. Leftists shoot you in the back as you’re leaving a hotel; conservatives boo you.

How the far right is expanding its international network

Representatives of Germany’s far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD) party were among the guests at US President Donald Trump’s inauguration in January 2025. They were there alongside Argentina’s President Javier Milei, Italy’s Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and Nigel Farage from the UK.

One day before, Trump’s former chief ideologue Steve Bannon, the son of former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro, an AfD lawmaker and numerous influencers held an informal meeting in Washington to exchange ideas. One right-wing influencer from Germany posted a video from the sidelines, boasting that he had just received an invitation from El Salvador’s ambassador.

DW is a German state funded propaganda outlet and this article is a prime example of their work. The AfD is scaring the establishment to death.

It’s Not Just Trump and Musk They Fear—It’s You and Me

The contrast between the new and the old could hardly have been starker.

At his Washington D.C. inauguration, new U.S. President Donald Trump galvanised his supporters by banging the drum for all of the populist policies that won him the election in November: protecting America’s borders and stopping mass illegal immigration; trashing Net Zero madness and the ‘green deal’; resisting trans activism and woke ideology; ending the political weaponisation of the law; defending free speech vs. cancel culture.

Canadians are stupid and masochistic according to Globe

Carney and Freeland are perfect foils for Poilievre’s populism

There is probably no one in Canada today more qualified for the job of prime minister than Mark Carney. At 59, his life up to now has been one of awe-inspiring achievement fuelled by the pursuit of excellence in his field of specialization, central banking. His stellar reputation and real-world experience in the roller coaster global financial sector precede him.

Mr. Carney’s long-time friend, and now likely principal rival for the federal Liberal Party leadership, is similarly a woman of singular accomplishment. Chrystia Freeland rode a groundbreaking career in journalism covering the fall of the Soviet Union and rise of Vladimir Putin to insinuate herself among the upper echelons of the global financial establishment before charting a meteoric political career as Canada’s first female finance minister.

The revenge of the real economy

Europe’s governing classes have long been estranged from the real economy – from the world of production, industry and agriculture. To these green-hued technocrats, the economy appears as little more than a set of figures on a spreadsheet, to be regulated and managed towards a ‘better’, ‘greener’ future. To be redesigned according to a schedule of abstract, arbitrary Net Zero targets. All the while, the actual activity of making the stuff we need and use everyday – from energy to food – has remained out of sight and, above all, out of mind.

The working classes have their revenge

The left is more closely aligned with socialism and communism than it is with capitalism, and leftists are inherently self-contradictory in their ideological philosophy. They demand equality for all yet set themselves up as elitists who stand above the “masses,” arrogantly telling people how they should feel and live.

There’s a certain irony in this contradiction, especially when viewed through the lens of the volatile 1960s, when protests, riots, and assassinations dominated the decade. It was during this time when cultural and social criticism against the alleged conformist middle classes began in full.

The populist revolt is not a ‘whitelash’

The rise of Eurosceptic, nationalist, populist parties, which are now making the running in France, Italy, Belgium, Austria, the Netherlands and Germany, has horrified Europe’s political elites.

Take the sneering response by one Berlin-based think-tank to the populist revolt that was so evident in the European Union (EU) elections in the summer.

The European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) lamented that ‘the EU’s “whiteness” was on full display’, despairing that ‘drivers of discontent [are] behind [a] drift to ethnic European-ness’.

Why we need more ‘polarisation’

The real divide is between the people and the elites.

I’d like to spend the time I have mounting a trenchant defence of polarisation – or at least what is often called ‘polarisation’ by our political and media classes.

The narrative that is constantly being spun at the moment is that, as of about 10 years ago, politics was… perfect.

It was consensual. It was moderate.

P. Diddy And Jeffrey Epstein Barely Scratch The Surface Of America’s Elite Rot

Last week, Sean “P. Diddy” Combs, the rapper and music producer, was arrested and charged with sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion; racketeering conspiracy; and transportation to engage in prostitution.

As many have pointed out since his homes were raided back in March, the allegations against Combs echo the disturbing pattern of Jeffrey Epstein’s criminal activities. The individuals connected to Combs and Epstein are influential figures in government, media, and entertainment. They shape our culture, and their moral corruption matters because it seeps into the very fabric of our society.

Has the time come for Canada to leave the British Commonwealth?

Dublin anti-migrant riot

The review below of what is happening to free speech and Western culture in England may be a preview of what is going to happen in Canada. Perhaps Canadians should leave while they still can.

Something has gone awry in Great Britain. White indigenous people are now evil. They are racist. In Northern Ireland Minister for Justice Naomi Long said the violence and racist attacks in recent days were “not reflective” of the people of Northern Ireland.

“We need to call it for what it is. It is racism, it is Islamophobia, it is xenophobia. “If we’re going to deal with it, we need to name it for what it is, and we need to challenge it.″

Seems that British people of no colour are called out as racists when they march proudly with the British flag. Patriotism to ones’ heritage is now called out as racism. It isn’t about racism or religion. It is about CULTURE and acculturation.

Sky-high migration can hurt economies. Canada needs to find a balance

Douglas Todd: It’s become the new thing among the West’s centre-left politicians — to regret the super-charged migration rates of the past three years. And acknowledging they’ve been hurting the finances of many, including the young.

It has become the new thing among centre-left politicians — to bemoan the super-charged migration rates of the past three years.

Australia’s Labour Prime Minister Anthony Albanese now says his country’s migration system “isn’t working properly.”

Britain’s new Labour Prime Minister Keir Starmer says his nation needs to be “less reliant on migration.”

Unfortunately for Canadian citizens mass immigration is seen as a weapon by the Liberal-Left and their corporate cronies.

Trudeau and Singh see identity politics as the path to electoral success and as the means to destroy the white working class that rejects their elite values of diversity, multiculturalism, DEI and CRT all of which have been used to demonize and discriminate against Whites because … our skin is white.

The Trudeau government considers it mission accomplished to have caused serious harm to Canada’s demographic by the mass import of incompatible cultures resulting in a low trust balkanized society.

As for Canada’s corporate welfare class they love driving down wages by employing cheap foreign labour. Getting caught is just the cost of doing business.

And of course there’s profits galore just waiting for those able to exploit the shortages mass immigration brings.

But it’s all legal of course just like the Nuremberg Laws.

Establishment ‘Farageophobia’ Is Really Fear of Ordinary Voters

It might seem as if there were two general elections here in the UK last week. One was staged in the fantasy Britain of the political and media establishment; in this make-believe election, the Labour Party reportedly won an “historic landslide,” giving new prime minister Keir Starmer a “huge mandate for change.”

The other election took place in the real Britain where voters live and work. In this, actual, election, the majority of voters and non-voters rejected both the Tories and Labour as two wings of the old establishment. The sort of ‘change’ millions voted for was best reflected in the overnight breakthrough of Nigel Farage’s insurgent sovereigntist party, Reform UK.
