Gould: Jewish Canadians ‘on high alert’ amid rising antisemitism, says nature of Jew Hate has mysteriously changed in Canada!

… Gould says the situation has left her and others feeling that the nature of antisemitism in Canada has changed and threats to the Jewish community have increased.

Yea sure, it changed overnight, what a mystery. That translates as “Oh Crap we can’t blame anti-semitism on white men anymore.”

Never liked her. Deceitful Liberal.

For all those who pushed Multiculturalism, Diversity and DEI and called those who disapproved of Muslim immigration “Racists” enjoy the “Changed Antisemitism”.

Let us know when you’ve figured out what’s changed Gouldy.

They Ran Into a Bomb Shelter for Safety. Instead, They Were Slaughtered.

Hamas’s assault on southern Israel began with a barrage of rockets, sending scores of people into roadside refuges. Then gunmen came to hunt them.

Nearly 30 young people took refuge inside a grimy bunker on the morning of Oct. 7, hoping the reinforced-concrete shelter near the border with Gaza would fulfill its promise of protection.

But just after 7:40 a.m., when a group of Hamas assailants, armed with assault rifles and grenades, attacked the shelter near Kibbutz Re’im in southern Israel, the very characteristics that made the tiny fortress a refuge from incoming rockets turned it into a deathtrap for those inside.

In less than an hour, after a desperate defense that included throwing live grenades back at their attackers, more than a dozen of the shelter’s occupants had been killed, their bodies blown apart and riddled with bullets. Others, dazed and injured, were taken to Gaza as hostages.

Who will control Gaza after Hamas?

The most popular candidate among Palestinians is in jail

Who will rule Gaza once the war is over? Israel, so far, hasn’t provided an answer. The country’s prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been clear that his aim is to wipe out Hamas. He said this week that Israel will claim responsibility for security in Gaza for an “indefinite period,” in order to stop Hamas from rearming and establish long-term security. But Israel is unlikely to have the stomach to stay in Gaza as casualties mount. So who will step into this vacuum?

Israel, Iran and the Biden Administration: If America Does Not Win, Its Enemies Do

In January 2021, Iran was on the verge of economic asphyxiation, barely able to continue financing Hezbollah, Palestinian Islamic Jihad and Hamas. The Abraham Accords outlined the prospect of regional peace, and Saudi Arabia was considering joining the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kosovo, Morocco and Sudan. Israel was a respected regional power.

Russia had not yet invaded Ukraine. Chinese President Xi Jinping was not threatening Taiwan.

Reporters Demand Use of Terms Like ‘Genocide,’ ‘Ethnic Cleansing’ to Describe (Defame) Israel

On Friday, The Washington Post reported that journalists by the hundreds are signing a petition demanding that all media outlets should describe Israel in hateful terms, including “apartheid,” “ethnic cleansing,” and “genocide.” In other words, they want all news accounts to sound like an “eradicate Israel” rally.

But the Post used the most anodyne words for this radical petition. On the front page of the Style section, it said “Journalists sign letter protesting war coverage.” On an inside page, it was “Letter calls for precise terminology.” Are they too afraid to put “apartheid” and “genocide” in the headline?

Hamas Death Worship Is a Plague

We are responsible for cleansing the world of this abomination.

Last week, Ben Shapiro engaged an audience at Cambridge University. In his short presentation that opened into an extended question and answer session, he defined and argued against the moral code which Hamas and its enablers use to justify its orgiastic spree of murder, rape, torture, and kidnapping in all of its sadistic horror.

French Jews concerned over Macron’s Israel ‘killing women and children in Gaza’ comments

“The CRIF has expressed concern regarding the remarks made by the President of the Republic in his interview with the BBC,” the umbrella organization for French Jewry said in a tweet on Saturday night. French President Emmanuel Macron said on Friday that Israel is killing women and children in Gaza, in an interview he gave to the BBC at his official residence.

“De facto – today civilians are being bombed,” Macron claimed. “These babies, these women, these old people are being bombed and killed. So there is no reason for it and no legitimacy. So we do plead with Israel to stop.”

Macron sits on an Islamist powder keg. No doubt he’s afraid.

Anne Akbar. In Europe, the Palestinian Arabs are the new Jews

Anne Frank Defamed BDS South Africa

“Diversity” is the beach where old European whales go to die.

A Minister of the Family begins to criticize the “sexist and racist” fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm, explaining that she reads the “correct” versions of children’s stories to her daughter. This continues at a university that cancels the name of Kaiser Wilhelm, then the Foreign Ministry that changes the name of the Bismarck Hall, the city of Cologne that eliminates the cathedral from its logo, the State Ballet that cancels “The Nutcracker” and a school that after 600 years abandons Christmas celebrations to adopt “a sensitive approach”.

The moment you adopt political correctness you begin the journey of no return to the beach of the old whales.

Netanyahu: We’ll defy the world if needed to defeat Hamas; PA can’t run Gaza after war

The leaders in charge of directing Israel’s war in Gaza vowed Saturday to soldier on with the grinding military offensive aimed at vanquishing the Hamas terror group, pushing back at international pressure to slow down or halt it, and pledging to “stand firm against the world if necessary.”

In a joint press conference, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and Minister Benny Gantz rejected mounting international criticism over the civilian costs of the war, urging Western leaders to throw their support behind the Jewish state since its victory would mean victory for the entire free world as well.

I hope they grind Hamas into dust but in a nuanced way.

Anatomy of a Paris Demo

“Paris could become a battlefield!” This was how commentators speculated about a “solidarity with Palestine” demonstration that the police had authorized for last Saturday. The concern was not groundless.

A few days before, a Harris opinion poll had shown that 82 percent of the French feared a wave of terrorism in France and 72 percent believed that something like the 7 October attack by Hamas would happen in Paris.

“People are right to have concerns,” says Brice Hortefeux, a former Minister of the Interior.

French march against antisemitism shakes up far right and far left

Something unprecedented is happening this weekend in Paris, brought about by the war between Israel and Hamas and its spill-over in Europe.

For the first time ever, a major demonstration is being attended by representatives of the major political parties includes the far right – but not the far left.

On Sunday afternoon thousands of people heeded a call from the Speakers of the two houses of parliament to show their support for French “Republican” values and their rejection of antisemitism – this in the face of a steep rise in antisemitic actions since 7 October.

GOLDSTEIN: The left’s alliance with Islamofascism ignited today’s anti-Semitism

Hating Jews and Israel is normal for Islamists. So why did our politicians invite them here?

Political leaders from Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow are saying all the right things about opposing anti-Semitism but are at a loss on how to put this evil genie back in the bottle.

The problem is they can’t, because appealing to people’s better angels doesn’t work with people who hate Jews because they are Jews.

Montreal Jewish school hit by gunfire overnight for 2nd time this week

Montreal police are investigating after gunshots were fired at a Jewish school in the city’s west end for the second time this week.

Police say they received several calls about gunshots near Yeshiva Gedola of Montreal, located on Deacon Road in the Côte-des-Neiges neighbourhood, at around 5 a.m. Sunday.

When officers arrived, they say they found bullet impact marks on the building and shell casings on the ground nearby.
