Pictured: the faces of the Israeli hostage crisis

On the morning of October 7, Hamas terrorists broke out of Gaza and went on the rampage in Israel, killing more than 1,400 people and taking an unknown number of hostages back to the territory.

Those abducted men, women and children are now vital bargaining chips as Israel intensifies its attacks on Gaza from the ground and the air while diplomats engage in a frantic cycle of international negotiation.

The left’s Palestinian cover girl has revealed herself to be a proud, ghoulish Nazi

Ahed Tamimi. Raised Rabid.

Despite their fealty to “People of Color,” members of the media just love blonds, especially when those blonds are photogenic young women who slap around Israeli soldiers. No one was more beloved than Ahed Tamimi, a young woman from a village in the West Bank who got the star treatment after a video of her violent act went viral. The same outlets that once thrilled to her dynamism, though, have been strangely silent since she’s revealed an openly expressed, antisemitic genocidal bloodthirstiness that makes actual Nazis look kind of colorless.

GOLDSTEIN: Israel warns citizens to hide Jewish identity when travelling

In the face of a massive global outbreak of anti-Semitism following Hamas’ terrorist attack on Israel on Oct. 7, the Israeli government is advising its citizens to hide the fact they are Jews when travelling anywhere in the world.

By cautioning Israeli Jews against displaying any outward signs of their religion – for example, head coverings called kippahs worn by many Jewish men – Israel’s warning is, in effect, to Jews everywhere, including Canada.

Jewish Viewers Find a Refuge in Fox News

The network’s unflinching support for Israel in its fight against Hamas has put the conservative network in the good graces of many Jews who see other coverage of Israel as biased.

Ross Abramson, a software engineer and recent New York University graduate, had a fairly conventional news diet until recently. He regularly checked his phone for The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. And as a Jew with an interest in Israel, he would browse a handful of outlets like The Times of Israel.

Then the brutal Hamas-led attack on Israel happened on Oct. 7, and Mr. Abramson found himself turning to an outlet he said he didn’t rely on much before: Fox News.

“Did I watch it religiously before? No,” he said, adding that he found Fox’s reporting and commentary on Israel’s military campaign in Gaza “less antagonistic for sure” than that of other news organizations. “You don’t feel as attacked,” Mr. Abramson said.

One word explains the ugly of hypocrisy of Hamas apologists: antisemitism

There is something surreal, even sick about the current Gazan war.

Throughout European and American cities and campuses, tens of thousands of Middle East immigrants and students, and radical leftists chant nonstop “Free Palestine from the River to the Sea.”

More recently, they are also yelling, “Israel, you can’t hide, we caught you in genocide.”

Consider the hypocrisy of that dual messaging.

Here’s a shot from today’s Hamas support rally at the US consulate in TO. Note the hyperbole. “Tens of Thousands” Nope. That space cannot possible handle that many Hamasphrodites.

Is it a crime to support Hamas? What pro-Palestinian supporters need to know about Gaza rulers

If you support this you deserve to be fired from the human race.

The deadly Israel-Hamas war raging in the Middle East is bringing increasing volume, urgency, and bitterness to the Israeli-Palestinian debate within Canada and internationally.

One flashpoint for public anger is the nature of Hamas, the organization that launched surprise attacks on Israeli communities on Oct. 7, which brought a fierce response from Israel.

Howard Levitt: Students who signed petition condoning Hamas should have to answer for their decision

One of my partners sent me the following note this week:

“I trust that the first question that we will ask any potential new hire or student from Toronto Metropolitan University is whether or not they signed the letter condoning Hamas. They should also be advised that if they lie in response to that question it is grounds for dismissal for cause.”

UK: Chief rabbi warns of ‘hateful extremism’ at pro-Palestinian protests

Britain’s Chief Rabbi has criticised pro-Palestinian protesters for “standing alongside” extremists after Rishi Sunak said marches planned for Armistice Day were “provocative and disrespectful”.

In an article for The Times, Sir Ephraim Mirvis says it is “a stain on our common humanity that so many seem to have lost sight of the moral distance between Hamas and Israel”.

His intervention came before a fourth weekend of protests, which has raised concern that such action could trigger wider public disorder. More officers will be on duty than on previous weekends, with at least 1,600 Metropolitan Police officers and 170 drafted from other forces.

WARMINGTON: Dragging Terry Fox statue into pro-Palestine protest disrespectful

There are some things in life that are off limits and above the debate of the day – or at least they should be.

The Terry Fox statue across from Parliament Hill in Ottawa is one of those things. Yet, there it was this week, with a pro-Palestinian scarf draped around Fox’s shoulders and kids holding Palestinian flags climbing on the statue to pose for a photo.

Charity Commission ‘examines’ British mosques that hosted pro-Hamas hate preachers

Canada does not monitor the goings on in Mosques.

Sermons made since terrorist group’s October 7 attack include calls to ‘destroy Israel’, ‘kill the Jews’ and ‘wage your war for Allah’

The Charity Commission is examining British mosques after they hosted pro-Hamas hate preachers, The Telegraph can disclose.

This newspaper has obtained eight sermons from figures at mosques across the country, including in London, Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester, all of which are linked to registered charities receiving taxpayers’ money.

The speeches, all made since the proscribed terror group Hamas invaded Israel on Oct 7, include calls to “destroy” Israelis and to “come and kill” Jewish people.
