‘Foxes in the Vineyards’: Israel’s Very Own Subversives

When Yair Golan, an IDF reserve Major-General and former member of Israel’s parliament, falsely implies that the nation’s soldiers “kill babies as a hobby” in Gaza, something is serious amiss among Israel’s leaders at this critical time of an existential war.

Golan continued in his May 20 remarks, “[I]t is time to replace this government as soon as possible so that this war can also come to an end.”

Police arrest 11 Hamas supporters at CANSEC military trade show

Ottawa Police said they arrested 11 protesters outside of the CANSEC military trade show Wednesday morning.

The Ottawa Police Service’s public order unit cleared demonstrators around 10:30 a.m. after the police liaison team “made numerous attempts to have the protestors cooperate,” OPS wrote on the social media site X.

The shooting of Israeli embassy workers didn’t happen in a vacuum. And it could happen in Canada next

What we have witnessed in Canada and other Western democracies over the last year and a half is the rapid establishment of social licence.

Social licence for the type of violent extremism that resulted in the assassination of two Israeli embassy diplomats, Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim, in Washington last week. Social licence for the open celebration and justification of the murders – from extremist voices, yes, but also from academics, influencers and a former Green Party candidate in the recent Canadian election – by people convinced that emptying a gun into two people on an American sidewalk is a defensible form of “resistance” against the actions of a foreign government half a world away.

Some protests in Toronto are crossing lines. We shouldn’t let city staff decide where those lines are

Many Torontonians are sick of anti-Israel protests that have gone too far. Some have been peaceful, but others have blockaded major intersections or blared hateful chants. Some have targeted Jews. Recently, a protester appeared to direct a smoke bomb towards diners at Jewish-owned Café Landwer. Toronto police took the unusual step of charging the suspect with mischief.

The incident was a reminder that police already have the laws they need to end the disorder when protests cross a line. There is simply no need for the new “bubble zone” bylaw that the City of Toronto council passed on Thursday in a 16-9 vote.

The problem has been getting the Police to act.

Yes there have been arrests but appearances suggest political meddling in enforcement.

WARMINGTON: If a grenade doesn’t go off in a crowd, does it mean it wasn’t real?

Hundreds of armed police officers, 56,000 participating in the Walk With Israel, and one pro-Hamas supporter with a hand grenade.

It was quite a sight — and, thankfully, there was no terror attack.

The ‘Two-State Solution’ to Kill Jews, Destroy Israel

As the Hamas-Israel war in the Gaza Strip enters its 20th month, France, Britain and Canada have revived the talk about the need to establish a Palestinian state. In a joint statement in mid-May, the leaders of the three countries proclaimed:

“We are committed to recognizing a Palestinian state as a contribution to achieving a two-state solution and are prepared to work with others to this end.”

Next month, the United Nations is scheduled to host an international conference, co-chaired by France and Saudi Arabia, to advance the idea of a “two-state solution” between Israel and the Palestinians.

Barbara Kay: Antisemitism plagues Canadian medical schools. It isn’t healthy

Universities are ground zero for the most virulent strains of antisemitism that plague the West today. But within them, some clusters are more problematic than others. Above all, the widespread antisemitism in university faculties of medicine and affiliated hospitals.

Simmering for decades in these departments, the October 7 pogrom unleashed a dramatic surge in its expression amongst students, faculty and practitioners that cries out for attention at the highest levels.

‘Hide Jewish symbols’: Israel warns of travel to Canada

‘Hide Jewish symbols’: Anti-Israel protests spark NSC warning to Israelis in Canada

The Israeli National Security Council (NSC) has raised the travel alert level for Canada from Level 1 to Level 2, warning of a growing security threat to Israelis and Jews in the country. The decision comes in light of a series of recent incidents targeting Jewish institutions and individuals, as well as an increasingly hostile public atmosphere.

Our next great battle: The deprogramming of billions must get underway. Can it work?

Elias Rodriguez, a Chicago man, executed two people–employees of the Israeli Embassy when they attended the Jewish Museum in Washington D.C. As Rodriguez pulled the trigger, he shouted, “Free, Free, Palestine.”

Clearly, he must have felt compelled to do this because he believed every single Big Lie that has been broadcasted and recycled for at least the last sixty years in the West. Assuming his post at X/Twitter is not a fake, Rodriguez, a former member of The Party for Socialism and Liberation and a supporter of Black Lives Matter, posted a Manifesto there. According to The Jewish Voice, The Times of Israel, and The Forward, this Manifesto is in the name of “kyodo.leather” and is signed by a Elias Rodriguex. In it, he writes:

“The atrocities committed by Israelis against Palestine defy description and defy quantification … (it is) genocide. The Gaza health ministry records 53,000 killed by traumatic force … what more can one say about the proportion of mangled and burned and exploded human beings whom were children….”.

Sorry but deprogramming Islam’s useful idiots is a wish dream.

Conrad Black: Canada covers itself in shame over Israel

On May 19, a joint statement was issued by the governments of the United Kingdom, France, and Canada whose principal points were: ”We call on the Israeli government to stop its military operations in Gaza and immediately allow humanitarian aid to enter Gaza. This must include engaging with the UN to ensure a return to delivery of aid in line with humanitarian principles.” “Israel suffered a heinous attack on October 7. We have always supported Israel’s right to defend Israelis against terrorism. But this escalation is wholly disproportionate.” “If Israel does not cease the renewed military offensive and lift its restrictions on humanitarian aid, we will take further concrete actions in response.” “It is a ceasefire, the release of all remaining hostages and a long-term political solution that offer the best hope of ending the agony of the hostages and their families, alleviating the suffering of civilians in Gaza, ending Hamas’s control of Gaza and achieving a pathway to a two-state solution.”

HANNAFORD: They should have been met at the gate, and sent back to Holland

As I write, a 2,500-strong group of anti-Israel protesters is arriving from Amsterdam, apparently intending to join the planned disruption of a pro-Israel march in Toronto. Sadly, the pre-event advertising for this counter-march can only be interpreted as an invitation to violence. (See the story from Western Standard reporter, Jen Hodgson.)

Local anti-Israel organizers post on social media, ‘Our friends from Amsterdam are coming to the Walk Against Israel and looking for anyone who celebrates the intentional murder of babies.’

“Looking for?”

STUDY: Broadcast Networks Won’t Even Admit Jewish Museum Shooter Is Left-Wing

Broadcast networks ABC, CBS, NBC, and PBS still have yet to utter a single word about the radical left-wing politics of the man who allegedly gunned down two Israeli embassy employees on Wednesday evening in Washington D.C. In the first 24 hours after the attack, across their live-streaming and flagship morning and evening news programs, all of these networks, as well as MSNBC, stubbornly concealed both the shooter’s political leanings — including his membership with the radical left-wing Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL) — from their audiences.

Thousands support Kneecap at first big gig since terrorism charge

Thousands of fans showed up to support Kneecap at a festival they headlined on Friday night, days after one of its members was charged with a terror offence.

The Irish-language act performed at the Wide Awake festival in Brockwell Park, south London, two days after band member Liam Óg Ó hAnnaidh, 27, who performs under the stage name Mo Chara, was charged for allegedly displaying a flag in support of Hezbollah at a gig in London in November.

The band called on supporters to gather outside Westminster magistrates court on 18 June when he is due to appear to “show support for Ó hAnnaidh”.

WARMINGTON: Will Olivia Chow attend this year’s Walk with Israel?

Known for dressing up at events, Olivia Chow does not have to wear a United Jewish Appeal T-shirt Sunday if she doesn’t want to.

But, her council colleague says it would be appreciated if the Mayor joins the 50,000 or so other Torontonians expected to participate in the UJA’s 56th annual Walk with Israel event – or at least just make a brief appearance to wish everybody well.

It’s obvious whose side Chow is on so it makes no sense to have her attend as it simply provides cover for her despicable self.

Dad of suspected terrorist Elias Rodriguez was invited to Trump address by left-wing Democratic lawmaker

The father of the terror suspect accused of gunning down two soon-to-be-engaged Israeli Embassy staffers at the Capital Jewish Museum was honored by a far-left member of Congress with an invitation to President Trump’s joint address this past March, The Post has exclusively learned.

“Eric Rodriguez was our guest during the President’s Joint Speech to Congress, but we don’t know his family,” a spokesperson for Rep. Jesús “Chuy” García (D-Ill.) told The Post Thursday night.
