Prosecution seeks life sentence on terrorism grounds for alleged mass killing threat in Montreal

A Crown prosecutor is now treating a man’s alleged threat of a mass killing in Montreal in May as a terrorist act and wants to secure a life sentence for the accused.

Mohammed Abdullah Warsame, 51, was arrested by the RCMP last month and charged with one count of uttering threats. According to the Mounties, he allegedly told an employee at a local homeless shelter in late May that he wanted to “commit an attack with the goal of killing a large number of people.”

A new generation is being radicalised

The grandiose Makkah Masjid Mosque in Leeds marked an impressive contrast with the surrounding terraced properties, as I walked through the tightly packed red-brick Victorian streets leading onto Royal Park Road. While the austere, graffitied houses still bore signs of poverty and neglect, their metal security gates indicating a grim sense of insecurity, the mosque stood as an oasis of calm and tranquillity.

This down-at-heel cosmopolitan community, home to immigrants, artists and students, had always been poor but peaceful. Yet on that afternoon 20 years ago, something had changed. The atmosphere was tense: the familiar sounds of Asian music, reverberating from youthful sound systems, had been replaced by a chorus of police sirens, and the colourful aura of the storefronts was lit up by flashing blue lights.

New footage shows moment two Muslim brothers ‘assaulted police officers trying to arrest them at Manchester Airport’

The dramatic moment when two brothers allegedly assaulted police officers as they tried to arrest them at Manchester Airport last summer was shown to a jury today.

Captured from two angles by CCTV cameras, it shows the violence which broke out when police attempted to detain Mohammed Fahir Amaaz at a pay station.

He had been identified as having headbutted a passenger at a Starbucks café in the arrivals area minutes before, Liverpool Crown Court has heard.

Half of Migrants Refuse To Work in Germany’s Community Service Program

After the first few months, one of Germany’s pilot projects—requiring unemployed asylum seekers to enroll in community service or have their social benefits cut—has produced abysmal results, as every other migrant with work obligations refused to show up, despite the incentives and threat of sanctions.

The data was reported by Udo Recktenwald, the CDU district administrator of St. Wendel in Saarland, which joined three other CDU-led districts this spring in expanding a program launched last year, hoping to serve as a successful integration model that could be later implemented across the country.

Noticing the Muslim slaughter of Christians is ‘Islamophobic’ says the United Nations

On June 22, Muslims murdered 25 Christians — mostly women and children — and wounded nearly 100 more inside a church in Syria.

According to eyewitnesses, one or two armed men entered the Mar Elyas Greek Orthodox Church in Damascus during mass, when it was packed with some 350 worshippers, and indiscriminately opened fire before detonating an explosive belt inside the sanctuary.

“When we got to the church, we found the doorway filled with body parts,” said a relief helper who arrived soon after the attack. Photos showed charred and blood-splattered floors, with shrapnel peppering the church walls.

Is the UK really any safer 20 years on from 7/7?

There are extraordinary secret surveillance images – now largely forgotten – that in their own grainy and mysterious way, tell the story of missed opportunities that maybe, just maybe, could have stopped the horrific suicide attacks that took place in London 20 years ago.

They are images of the ringleader of the 7/7 bombings – first caught on camera at an al-Qaeda-associated training camp in the Lake District in 2001.

Two more images from 2004 show him – name and intentions then unknown – meeting a different cell of bomb plotters outside London and being followed by an MI5 team as he made his way back to Leeds.

This is how mass migration will change Britain beyond recognition

Our political elites have utterly failed to address the cultural changes that are undermining our nation

Britain will be unrecognisable by the end of this century. Unless things change, and change fast, the population of the UK will be permanently transformed by mass immigration. White Britons will become a minority by the year 2063. The foreign-born and their immediate descendants will become a majority by 2079. And nearly one in four people in the UK will be following Islam by the year 2100; this figure would rise to around one in three among under-40s.

Many people struggle to make sense of the pace and scale of these changes. They ask how a nation can be transformed this fast without the consent of the governed.

But, last week, brand new data from the Office for National Statistics has made it abundantly clear that these trends are already well underway.

Germany Finally Wakes Up: Criminal Syrians No Longer Safe From Deportation

After the Austrian center-left coalition government became the first European country to deport a Syrian criminal earlier this week as part of a tighter asylum policy, Germany has now worked up the courage to do the same.

The German Interior Ministry announced on Saturday that it had instructed the federal migration office (BAMF) to take action against “dangerous Syrian individuals and delinquents,” a spokesman told AFP.

Inside the ugly relationship between Islamism and the Left

Barely an hour after Zarah Sultana announced that she was leaving Labour to lead a new Left-wing party with Jeremy Corbyn, the Muslim Engagement and Development (Mend) campaign group posted a statement on X wishing the pair “every success in this bold new chapter”.

Labour refused to engage with Mend after Sir Keir Starmer took over as leader, and cut the party’s ties with groups accused of links to Islamism. In his official review of the Prevent anti-extremism programme in 2023, Sir William Shawcross described Mend as an “Islamist organisation” and, before becoming Met Commissioner, Sir Mark Rowley highlighted the group’s alarmist opposition to British counter-extremism measures.

Palestinian students say visa delays have stranded them despite admission to Canadian schools

With two of their peers killed last year, more than 70 Palestinian students are raising the alarm over stalled immigration to Canada despite admissions and scholarships at universities across the country, stranding them in Gaza or nearby Egypt and Jordan as they wait out a war.

“The situation in Gaza is getting hard day by day, they are targeting many crowded and random places,” said Meera, an industrial engineering student who has been accepted to the University of Regina on scholarships to pursue a master’s degree, but is stuck waiting in Gaza City, where she’s unable to submit a completed visa application to the federal Immigration Department.

“Like so many other students, I become trapped with my dreams,” she told CBC News in an interview.

The need to acknowledge Muslim antisemitism

For much of this week, Britain has been consumed by the appalling spectacle at the Glastonbury festival when the rap duo Bob Vylan led chants by thousands of festival-goers of “Death, death to the IDF,” as well as making vicious remarks about Jews and Zionists.

Even though incitement to murder crossed a red line among politicians and commentators, many still qualified their revulsion by asserting that Israel’s behavior in the war was beyond the pale.

I took the pic above in 2015 in Toronto at the ROM. Our idle police contributed to today’s excesses.

Concertgoers Cheer Muslim Terrorists Killing Them

On Nov 13, 2015, Muslim terrorists attacked a concert at the Bataclan theater in Paris, opening fire on the crowd while shouting, “Allah Akbar.” The Muslim attackers took 20 hostages, killed 90 concertgoers and left hundreds wounded. A year later the theater reopened under new ownership with ‘Insallah’ or ‘If Allah Wills” by Sting to support the Muslim migrants invading Europe. One of the members of the American band that had been playing during the attack was banned from attending the commemoration because he had been accused of ‘Islamophobia’.

A few years later, there was a Bataclan concert featuring a Muslim rappers supporting Jihad. After Oct 7, the Bataclan was filled with shouts of ‘Free Palestine’ at yet another Islamic concert.

STUDY: Media Are Concealing Mamdani’s Radicalism from Voters

On June 25, a 33-year-old Marxist Muslim named Zohran Mamdani won the Democratic mayoral primary in New York City. Over the following week, broadcast networks ABC, CBS, NBC, and PBS ran nearly an hour of coverage about the self-described democratic socialist, but spent less than two minutes on his numerous radical positions and scandals.

Just another racist grifter.
