How the BBC Blames Israel and Absolves Palestinians for the Mistreatment of Journalists

Everyone remembers the death of Palestinian-American reporter Shireen Abu Akleh, who worked for Al Jazeera. She was standing just outside the entrance to Jenin on May 11, 2022, while a firefight went on between the IDF and terrorists from Jenin camp, when she was shot and killed. The Israelis have said that they believe there was a “high possibiity” that an Israeli bullet had hit Abu Akleh, but that there had been no intent to kill her; in the fog of war, errors are made. And indeed, it would have made no sense for the IDF to have deliberately killed her; there was nothing to be gained, and everything to lose, in the propaganda bonanza that the Palestinians could — and did — exploit as they denounced the IDF’s “deliberate murder.”

The Washington Post’s ‘Good’ Terrorists

On August 21, the Palestinian terror group Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades claimed responsibility for the murder of Batsheva Nigri, a 42-year-old Jewish mother of three who taught pre-school. The woman was gunned down by two terrorists near the West Bank city of Hebron.

Shortly after the attack, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, the armed wing of the Fatah faction, headed by Palestinian Authority President — and Fatah chairman — Mahmoud Abbas, issued a statement in which it took credit for the attack. The group said it will continue to “adhere to the option of the rifle as a strategic choice.” The “option of the rifle,” as is evident, refers to terrorist attacks against Jewish civilians and soldiers.

After Destroying Lebanon, Iran-controlled Hezbollah Threatens War with Israel

Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary-General of the Hezbollah terror group, recently threatened to send Israel back “to the Stone Age” if it goes to war with Lebanon — meaning defend itself against an Iranian-Lebanese attack:

“Today, I can present evidence, when I say to the [Israeli] enemy: You, too, will return to the Stone Age. The civilian airports, the military airports, the Air Force bases, the power plants and electricity distribution grid, the water plants, the main communication centers, various infrastructure – there is no need to go into detail. The oil, petrol, and ammonium nitrate plants. You can also add Dimona [nuclear] plant. All of these are located in a small territory [Israel]. If the fighting expands to the entire resistance axis, nothing will be left of Israel.”

Iran’s Plan To Turn The West Bank Into A Terror Base

Palestinian terrorists are working hard to turn the West Bank into a launching pad for waging war on Israel. They have already turned the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip into a base for firing tens of thousands of rockets towards Israel. Now, the terrorists, with the help of Iran, are trying to use the West Bank to launch rockets at Israeli civilian communities.

The US Administration’s recent move to give Iran access to at least $16 billion, including $6 billion held in South Korea, as part of a prisoner exchange deal, will undoubtedly benefit Tehran’s Palestinian terror proxies: Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad. The two terror groups, which seek the destruction of Israel, have long been receiving financial and military aid from Iran’s mullahs.

Palestinians: Prime Minister Shtayyeh’s Straight-Faced Lies to Official US Delegations

Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh has shown that he can include two lies in one short sentence. On August 8, he met with a visiting US Democratic Congressional delegation in his office in Ramallah, the de facto capital of the Palestinians where he and his boss, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, live and work.

Will Congress Save Itself by Stopping the Iran Deal and Biden’s Imperial Presidency?

The United States, rather than maintaining its status as a republic, has been backsliding toward a monarchy, according to a 2020 report by then-Cato Institute Constitutional researcher Trevor Burrus. The continuing trend of broad expansions of presidential powers, Burrus notes, is eroding the powers of the legislative branch. Two examples are the Obama Administration’s 2016 “Dear Colleague” letter that had the effect of changing the definition of gender for choosing what bathroom one wished, and President Donald Trump’s 2018 imposition of steel tariffs in the name of national security, a decision that was upheld in court.

Democracy Dies in Terrorism, WashPost Platforms Palestinian Killers

The Washington Post likes to say “democracy dies in darkness,” but after a Monday article written by Jerusalem Bureau Chief Steve Hendrix they may want to update their slogan to “democracy dies in terrorism” or “terrorism lives in the World section.”

The main subject of the profile is a man referred only to a Zoufi, “the commander of the [Nablus’s Balata refugee camp] camp’s branch of al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade. which is listed as a terrorist group by Israel and the United States. He founded the armed militant cell just over a year ago as Israeli military raids spiked across the West Bank.”

Palestinian ‘Unity’ To Destroy Israel

Ismail Haniyeh is the leader of Hamas, the Palestinian Islamist movement designated by the US and European Union as a terrorist organization because of its “armed resistance” against Israel. Haniyeh, who is currently based in Qatar, has always supported terror attacks against Israel and remains fully committed to Hamas’s covenant, which states that the land of “Palestine” belongs only to Muslims and rejects any “initiatives or so-called peaceful solutions and international conferences.” The Hamas covenant further states that “there is no solution for the Palestinian question except through Jihad [holy war].”

The EU-Funded Education for Jihad and Martyrdom

UNWRA text book illustration

On July 20, tens of thousands of Palestinian students in the West Bank and Gaza Strip celebrated the results of the high school matriculation exam, known as the Tawjihi. Sadly, many of these students are unlikely to continue their studies in colleagues and universities. Instead, they are expected to join one of the many Palestinian terror organizations that seek the annihilation of Israel. This happens because Palestinian schoolchildren are exposed from an early age to a curriculum that incites violence, glorifies Jihad (holy war) and promotes “martyrdom.”

Palestinians’ Summer Camps To Kill Jews

While schoolchildren around the world are enjoying the summer vacation through sports and entertainment, Palestinian children are being taught and trained how to fight Israel and Jews.

The indoctrination and brainwashing of Palestinian children is not new. Palestinian leaders have been raising generation after generation on hatred for Israel and Jews. This incitement has been taking place in Palestinian kindergartens, schools, universities, mosques, the media and even crossword puzzles, for decades. That is why public opinion polls continue to show, unsurprisingly, that Palestinians endorse radical views and support terrorism against Israel.

Iran’s Plan To Drive Jews Out of ‘Palestine’

Iran’s mullahs are seeking to create a situation where Jews no longer feel safe in their own country and are forced to leave Israel. To achieve this goal, the mullahs have instructed their Palestinian terror proxies, Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), to step up their campaign of terrorism against Israel and Jews.

The mullahs have also succeeded in recruiting to their Jihad (holy war) to destroy Israel members of the Palestinians’ ruling faction, Fatah, headed by Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas.

What Israel is fighting against

The Islamists in Jenin pose an existential threat to Israelis – and to Palestinian nationhood.

Israel’s large-scale military incursion into Jenin on the northern West Bank has drawn widespread international condemnation. Starting on Monday morning, the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) deployed over 1,000 troops with armoured vehicles, military bulldozers, drones and helicopter gunships to move into a refugee camp. The military operation is expected to last for a few more days. It is Israel’s largest operation in the West Bank in over 20 years.
