A key problem in Canada today is that the political elites believe they are automatically owed the trust of Canadians.
In our own lives, we all know that trust is earned, and that those who lie constantly are no longer believed.
Somehow, politicians like Trudeau think that doesn’t apply to them.
Thus, in response to the escalating Brenda Lucki-RCMP-Trudeau government scandal, he is trotting out the same tactics he uses every scandal:
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau slammed the U.S. Supreme Court ruling stripping American women and people who can get pregnant of the right to abortions, calling it “horrific.”
The top court overturned the precedent-setting Roe v. Wade decision on Friday.
“The news coming out of the United States is horrific. My heart goes out to the millions of American women who are now set to lose their legal right to an abortion. I can’t imagine the fear and anger you are feeling right now,” Trudeau tweeted.
No government, politician, or man should tell a woman what she can and cannot do with her body. I want women in Canada to know that we will always stand up for your right to choose.

It didn’t take long.
With outrage growing amid reports that RCMP commissioner Brenda Lucki tried to exploit a mass shooting to push Trudeau’s agenda, the establishment is already focused on “tone-trolling” or “tone-policing” to deflect attention elsewhere.

Podcaster Joe Rogan slammed Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for his recent comments that Canadians do not have the right to own a firearm for self-defense.
On last Tuesday’s episode of ‘The Joe Rogan Experience,’ Rogan played a clip of Trudeau’s appearance on the podcast ‘Pod Save the World,’ during an interview with his guest and gun rights activist Colion Noir.
Over the past two years, Canadians have been stripped of their Charter rights. Unvaccinated Canadians have been locked away from leaving the country and from seeing family members, people were forced to stay home in order to “save lives”, businesses were forced to shut their doors, church gatherings were limited by order of the state and now the government is seeking power to control what you and can and cannot see and say on the internet.
The next election is supposed to be three years away, but we’re seeing a lot of predictions of Justin Trudeau’s political demise. But for his Liberal Party, there is no easy way to leave him behind.
Predicting Mr. Trudeau’s next three years seems like a mug’s game when you consider the surprises of his first seven years in office included Donald Trump, pandemic and war in Europe.
But this is a Prime Minister whose last two re-election bids saw him eke out minority governments without winning the popular vote, and who will have been in office for 10 years by the time the next election is due.
Remember when Prime Minister Justin Trudeau committed to running an open and transparent government and guaranteeing freedom of information when the Liberals won the 2015 election?
That’s another broken promise on the Liberal record.
To put it in popular culture terms, believing the Trudeau government is going to achieve any climate change target it sets for itself is like believing Lucy is going to hold the football for Charlie Brown so he can kick it.
The past couple of weeks has brought us an alarming series of reports that indicate life in Canada is about to become a whole lot more challenging for millions of people.
According to Blacklock’s Reporter, during Thursday’s House of Commons transport committee, NDP MP Taylor Bachrach sponsored a motion requesting “a copy of all relevant documents containing public health advice and scientific modeling received by the Minister of Transport” used to justify quarantines, masking, mandatory vaccination and other measures.
