How was Kamala going to run to the left of a man like that?

To remake America, progressives have centered on a strategy of rewriting history, distorting current events, changing language, and using false allegations of disinformation, malinformation (facts progressives believe are presented out of context), and racism to censor and suppress centrists and conservatives.
A few days after President Trump called Kamala Harris “a Marxist” after the last presidential debate, Newsweek put on its “journalism” cap and attempted to debunk that claim, saying they decided to ask some “real” communists from the Communist Party U.S.A., a depleted husk of an organization which must have maybe 100 members.
Harris’s interview with the National Association of Black Journalists showed why she doesn’t do many interviews.
Kamala Harris spent the hour she devoted to only her second “high-profile national media interview since announcing her presidential run,” according to Politico, “carefully parrying” her interlocutors’ questions. That’s a diplomatic way of describing her evasive, equivocating, deliberately ambiguous performance in an interview with representatives from the National Association of Black Journalists. Keeping voters in the dark may be a civic sin, but, for now, it’s a winning strategy. And for the political press, whatever gets Harris across the finish line first is permissible.

Her progressive pedigree makes her all the more dangerous
Kamala Harris may have succeeded in convincing America that she’s a hip, “joyful” alternative to Sleepy Joe, but those outside the US shouldn’t be fooled. When it comes to foreign policy, all the signs suggest that Harris will follow the path set down by her former boss: one grounded in aggressively countering any challenges to America’s waning hegemony, by any means necessary.
But what, one might ask, about Harris the Progressive? For months, the American Right has gleefully painted the Democrat as a “woke” warrioress, a liberal campaigner who cares more about “kindness” than keeping America safe. Yet the truth couldn’t be more different. In fact, on the global stage, Harris’s progressive pedigree is precisely what makes her so dangerous.
There is a story that Kamala Harris likes to tell about why she became a prosecutor. Her friend was molested by her father and the young Kamala vowed to protect other women and girls. The pledge did not survive her relationship with Mayor Willie Brown, who was accused of covering up sexual harassment, her favorable plea deal for Mayor Bob ‘Filthy’ Filner who was accused by over 30 women of everything from groping them to putting them in headlocks, and alleged sexual harassment by a close associate in her office during her time as attorney general.
